The Cabriolet is now available with all-wheel drive, while all A4s now come standard with a tire-pressure monitoring system, revised steering wheels and two-stage airbags. The 1.8T models have been upgraded with 16-inch aluminum wheels and now offer a six-speed manual transmission as an option.

  Built like a tank,handles like a dream,my audi A4-3.0 quattro automatic is the best car i have ever owned, and i have owned caddy,lincoln,mecerdes,infiniti.this baby wants to be driven,no matter what the weather.overall performance is outstanding, sorry i didnt buy one years ago.

  For the money the best car on the road. Ive driven in torential downpours at 80mph and the car didnt budge. I also have a BMW and I must say they handle about the same.

  I purchased this car w/ 44K and now have 79K on it. You cant beat the tasteful, subtle but sporty styling and the interior design and quality is impeccable. Apart from the lack of power (170hp in a 3400lb car just cant compare to its rivals in terms of acceleration), but the quattro all-wheel-drive system all but makes up for it in the twisties and it moves like a much lighter, more balanced car. Like almost all 1.8T owners Ive had to replace my coil packs (I opted to upgrade to aftermarket Hitachi plugs instead of the OEM versions). A new clutch was also required at 75K, but that may have been due to the previous owners driving style. I love my car and will drive it until its dead.

  I purchased my A4 about a month ago after owning a 97 Lexus ES300. Wow, what a huge driving difference. While the ES was super smooth, it got a bit boring. The A4(3.0) has a great engine and is a blast to drive in the hills and mountains of West Virgina. Add to that the fact I got EXACTLY the options I wanted for well under Edmunds suggested fair value and I am quite satisfied.

  Owned since new. No major engine problems ever with this car. Would recommend good aftermarket warranty after 50K miles. Had to replace both front window regulators and 2 coil packs. I have 93,000 miles on the car and I dont baby it. 4cyl turbo w/6speed manual is a gas saver but lacks in power. Opted for APR Stage 1 program upgrade $499 value worth every penny. Car now has about 230hp and 275ft lb of torque and is much more fun to drive. Worst thing about the car is the useless cup holders. Best looking A4 ever IMO. Careful choosing tires for this car, very susceptible to road noise once tires begin to wear. Pirelli P Zero Rosso were the best. Yokohamas handle great but make a lot of noise.

  This A4 is undoubtedly the best all around car that we have ever owned. Zero defects so far. The Quattro system and ESP are unbelievable in slippery conditions. These systems also assert themselves in the dry; impervious to crosswinds; dead steady if you nail the throttle on a freeway cloverleaf. This car inspires confidence. The build quality is great. Complaints; poor fuel mileage and poor outward visibility. The outside mirrors are too small.

  The ride was fun, always a good experience. Gas mileage is pretty good, and so is just about everything else. Not exceptionally fast, but it does the job well.

  This car is SAFE, FUN,it performs GREAT, this is my wifes car and I feel very comfortable with my family being in this car. We live on a highway that has a turn that many loose control, especially when wet. Well good luck if you think you can get the A4 Quattro to turn loose! And the optional shifter in the automatic is great fun if you feel like assaulting the road. If my wife would just let ME drive it !
