"Drove 2 Hours For Nothing"

I was talking with Shanique, an online salesman, about a used car I was interested in and asked several times for actual pictures of the car (the site only showed stock images) which she has still not sent to me. She told an in store salesman, Brian, about me and he called me to make an appointment for the next week to see the car. A week went by, and Shanique still never sent me pictures of the car. I drove 2 hours and when I got there for my appointment the secretaries acted odd, which made me think something was up, and Brian did not help me at all even though I clearly saw him just standing around. After about 20 minutes of waiting Luis came up and helped me, and was very friendly. Luis showed me a model of the car inside the showroom, which looked different in appearance than the description online. I asked if this was the used 2014 model and he told me that it was actually a new one. I asked if I could see the 2014 one and he walked away to ask where it was, and after a few minutes he came back apologetic saying that it was still in the mechanic shop. Shanique and Brian had a week to inform me that I wouldnt be able to see the car, but never said anything about it so I wasted about 5 hours of my time driving and sitting in a dealership to see a car that wasnt there. Afterwords I got an email from the general sales manager asking how my experience was. The email did not apologize or even acknowledge the fact that I wasnt able to see the car, meaning his employees probably didnt mention it to him. My recommendation if you end up dealing with Shanique or Brian is to either ask for another salesman or just stop contacting the dealership altogether.

Have a BMW, want a new BMW and its like pulling teeth to get their attention, never mind any action. I want to buy a car. They are expensive cars. I shouldnt have to stand on my head to give you a large amount of money. Little to zero follow-up when you express interest in a car. Waiting a week for a response seems to be standard. I dont quibble, I dont haggle, I dont often even test drive. I should be the dream customer, since I just show up with my pen and checkbook. I dont know what is going on there now, but selling cars doesnt seem to be a priority for them anymore. If it was, Id have a new BMW from them.

I brought my car to BMW of Portchester for regular maintenance, oil change, brakes and rotors, it was first time trying a this BMW dealership for servicing and absolutely my last. I left my car at the location and received the usually service call. I was told however that there were several other issues with my vehicle, one involving both front tires, an issue, which was never observed before or led to any problems prior. A part of my maintenance included the front brakes and rotors being changed. After I returned for my vehicle, the day before Thanksgiving everything seemed completely fine apart from the fact that my front license plate was knocked off my vehicle and was placed on the front passenger seat when the vehicle was handed over to me. I thought this was extremely tacky customer service, but it was quickly resolved and I figured at the moment at lot more could have gone wrong. Little did I know at the time my terrible customer service woes were just starting. Seconds after I drove off the lot unto the main street and before entering the highway, I received a dreaded “low tire pressure warningâ€, I exited the highway shortly after to realize that my left front tire was now completely flat, luckily I had run flat tires and was able to make it to a nearing tire shop. After having it looked at by a tire professional was told that there was a hole in the side of the tire around the rim. I called the dealership and my service provider told me I must have hit a pot hole or a nail that resulted in a blow out and in later conversation stated that there was nothing done to the tire even though they had to remove the wheel from the car to fix the brake and rotors. Intentionally or unintentionally damage was done to the tire at the dealership, I had ZERO problems with my tires before and the likelihood of me damaging my tires to the severity where I had a hole in one of them around the rim within seconds after driving of the BMW of Portchester is highly unlikely. The dealership has and will not take responsibility for this damage or made any attempts to remedy this situation. My best advice is to avoid this dealership like the bubonic plague. Any dealership that blatantly discredits a problem that NEVER occurred before taking your car to their location and which magically occurs within seconds after leaving, is a dealership not worthy of your business. My best advice if you are considering a dealership within this location is the take your car to BMW of Westchester (10mins drive away) for better BMW and a true customer experience.

Very happy with my experience, Lee was very helpful and good at returning calls and providing me with the information needed on a timely basis. This is the first time that I have bought a car out-of-state and via the internet. You hear so many bad experiences and this one has a happy ending. Great price and great sales staff. Sorry that I do not live in this state to take advantage of the service facilities.

THE BEST! From the moment we walked into the dealership, we were greeted by 2 kind and welcoming receptionists. We requested to speak with the manager. Within 5 minutes, Hugo welcomed us to his office. Hugo was kind, thoughtful and very receptive to what we were looking for. He began to run numbers and provided us with an outstanding opportunity to lease a 2016 X1. Before anything was finalized Hugo provided some additional options and we test drove the vehicle. Upon our return, we signed the papers and we were all set. Hugo and his team are full of integrity and care about the customers needs. This is the best BMW dealership!

I just purchased a new 328i and couldnt be happier with my experience. I had been to several other local dealerships and had heavily researched this car. Despite coming in on a very busy day, I was able to rapidly access the manager and to complete the deal that I knew I wanted. No other local dealerships were able to come close. Thanks to Brian and Hugo for their great service. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a great deal on a BMW!

This dealership is amazing! I have bought many cars and I have never had the pleasure of dealing with such a great dealership. Every single person I encountered was professional, courteous, knowledgable and respectful. It was an amazing car buying experience. Reiko Kondo is an amazing salesperson. She was patient and gave me an amazing deal on a perfect new BMW 5 series. I was trying to trade out of an Audi back into a BMW and every other dealership I went to told me they couldnt match the deal I was getting at BMW of Mamaroneck. The amazing experience was perfect from beginning to end. From walking in the door to driving out in my new car. I was able to experience exemplary customer service in every aspect. The finance department with Isabella was a breeze, the appraisal process with Anthony was amazing, even chatting with the manager Kristen Zallo was fun and easy. They are truly a great team. This is honestly, the first truly nice experience I have ever had buying a car. The reviews from someone saying they were insulted and then went elsewhere reads like an ad for the other dealership. I wouldnt believe a word of it. I must say, I never take the time to write reviews like this, but it was well deserved. They have just won my business and loyalty for sure!!!!!

I recently purchased a used BMW from BMW of Mamaroneck. I love my car and the deal was pretty good. The customer service provided by the staff was okay during the buying process....until I drove my car off the lot. I was lied to. I signed the papers and the car was already being payed for and I did not receive it for three days. There has been several problems with my car already and I was never notified of any of them. I was told the car went through 72 point inspections, but somehow none of this came up? They have fixed some of the issues, but not until I am at the point of nagging and nagging them. Lighting issues, Brake issues, radio issues and even tire problems. The people who work there are very nice, but almost IMPOSSIBLE to reach. When you finally do reach someone, they tell you the right person will get back to you, then they rarely ever do. I was happy, but VERY stressed. My cars issues are minor, but need fixing. Its almost a month later. Thats my experience. P.S. This is a BMW, not a Honda. Expensive to fix. Should be Courteous in satisfying the customer fully for such a prestigious dealership.

I bought a pre-owned vehicle here from C. Robertson. The car itself was a great deal and I was happy with the initial buying process. Robertson was very friendly and responsive at the onset of the transaction. HOWEVER, things fell apart as it came time to finish the deal. I was trading in another car, but for some reason they couldnt full explain, BMW of Mamaroneck requested that I get a clean title from the DMV (mine had been sold with a signature on the back). At the DMV the staff there told me there was no reason that should be an issue and they hadnt experienced dealers asking for that in the past. So that was 1 unnecessary DMV trip. Robertson gave me a temporary license and permit for the car I was buying while they registered the new one with the DMV. I made it clear that we simply wanted to transfer the old plates from the car I traded in, but they got me new ones for some reason. So I had to go back to the DMV to exchange the new, unnecessary plates and also pay for the 2nd set of plates. Bottom line, once Robertson thought the deal was done he became difficult to reach and sloppy. There was over a month of going back and forth on the phone and with the DMV, really ruined my experience. Having to make two needless trips to the DMV was very inconvenient; we all know how unpleasant waiting in line at the DMV can be.

Im normally dont write reviews but I felt compelled to do so because I had such a great experience at Mamaroneck in particular with Anthony. I was nervous to go alone to buy my first new car but Anthony removed my fears in the first 10 mins of our meeting. He was super patient and clearly informed me about the cars, my options and the contract. He wasnt the stereotypical sleazy car sales man by any means. He made me feel comfortable while still being professional. Im glad to say that I am now a proud owner of a new 328xi and Im loving it. If you truly want a professional, honest, quality experience you should visit BMW of Mamaroneck and ask for Anthony.

I just purchased a used Range Rover from Mamaroneck BMW about 2 weeks ago and could not be happier. I have a lot of experience with dealers (ok but mostly bad) and I must say Mamaroneck BMW was awesome. As soon as you pick up the phone and call you are greeted by Maria who is very friendly and such a nice person. I had the opportunity to work with Craig Robertson who is very genuine and a stand up guy. Craig answered all my questions and assured me that the car I was buying was in great condition and will last me a long time. I am very happy I got to work with Craig because I genuinely felt that he had my best interest in mind. He even followed me in a company car so I can drop off the rental car I was using so he could drive me back to the dealer and leave with my new car! And to close the deal you have Landers which is very knowledgable and great at what he does which is securing financing so you can leave with your new car. Landers was also very honest in his recommendation on getting a certain warranty for the car. I had my mind made up that I was not going to get a warranty but Landers walked me through the different options and made me realize that a couple of dollars more a month can save you from financial disasters down the road, god forbids anything happens to the car. Especially an expensive luxury car. I could not be happier with my experience at Mamaroneck BMW and I hope to be back. Next time Ill be back to pick up a BMW 7 series. If you are looking to buy a BMW or any used car that lands at theyre dealer be assured thats its a quality vehicle and not some car that ended up at auction and was fixed up to mask problems that will come later on. Pick up the phone and take a trip its well worth it. I live more than 45 minutes away from this dealer and have at least 5 closer BMW dealers but I will always go back to Mamaroneck BMW.

The worst dealer (customer service) you will ever receive. Sales will act as if they are the best in the world till you pay the token amount. I have ended up buying a pre-owned this time. The moment you pay the token amount they will back out for all the promises they paid. They charge for documentation and never care for the registration till the temporary license expires. No one will answer or return your call ones you purchase. There are better dealers around for good ( I bet there will not be any worst than this).

I acquired by last BMW from another dealership and they were keen on retaining me as a customer. I received all the BMW corporate loyalty info and swag, but the local dealership did nothing additional. They were inflexible on pricing (I already knew what to pay and they were way too high) and they tried to sell me a vehicle I did not want. When I went to Pace, they were welcoming, flexible, gave me a price within the range I should be paying and their follow up was spot on. The people I dealt with at Pace were straight up and had great attitudes. When I compare my dealership experiences there really is quite a difference. Pace was simply great. If you are looking for a BMW, do your self a favor - go to Pace first.

My sales advisor Lee Porrazzo was excellent, there was no pressure and he worked hard to meet my needs and get me the deal I wanted. If you are in the market for a new or used BMW, I would contact PACE and ask for Lee, you wont go wrong. The cars they choose are in excellent condition and you can tell they really care about customer satisfaction. But since then my car has been in service every three months like clock work and now Im told that BMW states that a loss up up to a quart of oil in 1600 miles is acceptable for my 335d with less than 20K? Really?! This is not my first diesel but may be my last BMW. Could have had two VWs for the price.
