The issue we had with Nissan not disclosing that our purchase had been recalled was not associated with him. When he realized the problem he told us as soon as possible and upon our backing out from the deal he refunded our down payment without any question.

Seen the 5 star but I had to put my review down too. Only reason why I stopped by this dealership was because family and friends have bought here a few months ago. They recommended me to go there because there was great customer service but you wont be seeing that with Matt the general manager. He was pushy and when he saw I was ready to leave out the door he started forcing me to do something I wasnt ready to do. The sales person I worked with was extremely cool and apologized for everything but as I mentioned before this dealership isnt going anywhere with Matt the general Manager there. Im not just speaking for myself go down there and see for your self that if you start flaking he will go from being a fake nice manager to what he actually is. A RUDE Manager!
