We had a wonderful experience at this dealership. From the moment we walked in and met John Chiavaras we were completely satisfied with the level of professionalism, friendliness and honesty. He helped us order the exact Pacifica we wanted and kept us up to date on the progress of the order. It came in very quickly and when I went back to the dealership, my husband was working and unable to be there. As a stay at home mom, buying a car could be intimidating., but not here. Everyone at this dealership is honest and trustworthy. I was able to complete the transaction with full confidence and that was led by John Chiavaras. Thank you Herb Chambers for employing such wonderful people and allowing a stay at home mom to feel comfortable buying a car (with her husband on the phone!) Go see Louis Silvano. I recommending him highly! I bought a pre-owned Grand Cherokee for my newly-licensed daughter. Louis Silvano was one of the best car salesmen with whom we have dealt. He was pleasant, cheerful, funny, knowledgeable and honest. He listened to us (and our daughter) and helped locate the perfect car. He was extremely patient and made us feel welcome and important as we walked the entire lot. Louis eventually found the car we wanted in the dealerships online inventory and had it brought out for us. We went for a test drive and bought the car on the spot. Then things got even better. The rest of the purchase experience (finance, delivery, etc.) was tremendous and FAST. We located the car late one Friday night, then finished the deal and took delivery (insurance, plates, etc.) by Monday afternoon (the next business day). When we got the vehicle home, which had been detailed to perfection, and began to drive it, we noticed some issues with the door locks and the brakes. I called the Herb Chambers service department and was told to drop off the car at my convenience. Further, I was offered either a shuttle ride home or a rental car--neither of which we took advantage, but both options were offered without me asking. Without further discussion, the service department replaced all rotors and brake pads, as well as the electronics related to the operation of the door locks. All of the problems were resolved beyond my satisfaction without any begging or pleading on my part. These repairs would have cost me well over $500, up to perhaps $1,000. Herb Chambers stood behind the vehicle. Period. I would highly recommend this dealership. When you go there, call ahead and ask for Louis Silvano if you want a pleasant, no hassle, no hustle purchase experience. From all indications, I can expect the same from Herb Chambers during the life of my vehicle if I ever need warranty service, or anything else. We are extremely satisfied!

Ive always dreaded shopping for a new car and having to deal with sales people pressuring you for the sale. Until I worked with Vito Scavo at Herb Chambers in Danvers. He was friendly, knowledgeable and patient. He listened to me and what I was looking for and took the time to answer my questions. His personality shows that he enjoys his job and he is very good at it. I am beyond satisfied with the purchase of my Jeep Cherokee and the service I received from Vito. I purchased a 2010 Convertible Ford Mustang from Herb Chambers in Danvers in September 2015. I had looked at several Mustangs, but kept coming back to this one. I took the car for a test drive and abdolutely loved it, but it did need some repairs before I would close any deal. suffice to say they did more than I had ever expected. They ordered a drivers side mirror which was cracked, 4 brand new tires, wipers, front end alignment, repaired a scratch and dent on drivers door, and replaced the decal. everything I asked to be fixed and then some was done without any hesitation at all by their Service Department. About a week after I had the car I noticed a leak in the cars roof. I had called the Danvers dealership to inform them of the leak and asked since I live on the South shore could the repairs be done at the Braintree Herb Chambers Ford dealership? I was told that they would get back to me. Within 2 hours I got a call from the Braintree Service Manager who set up an appointment for me and informed me that he would have the drivers side mirror that was ordered shipped to him directly. Ive had nothing but outstanding service from sales to service repairs, and would have no hesitation or problem doing business with any of the Herb Chambers dealerships. Thank you for making my car buying experience and repairs needed a pleasant one.

Found a used M3 on cars.com at Porsche of the Main Line. From the time I first contacted the dealer until my purchase everything was handled in very professional manner. The salesman Tim Grape was always quick to respond to all my questions and when it came time to complete the sale all the paperwork was handled quickly. Most people only feel the need to write a review if they had a negative experience which is usually true for myself as well. Rarely am I so compelled to write a positive review after a buying experience. I really cant say enough about my sales guy Vito at Herb Chambers Danvers. Buying a car is just a frustrating experience no matter what you do. Ive been to at least a dozen dealerships over the last few weeks, looked at at least 20 different new cars, and I can honestly say with ease that this was the best by far. Vito is an A+ salesman and really made me feel comfortable with the whole process. Its obviously a car salesmans job to sell as many cars as possible... but Vitos #1 priority while my wife and I were shopping for a Jeep Cherokee seemed to be our satisfaction and comfort level with every aspect of the process. That has had a huge impact on our decision to ultimately purchase the car from Vito at Herb Chambers and honestly we couldnt be happier. I can see why he was just as successful back home in Chicago. Had an absolutely great experience leasing a car here. Kenny Fiandaca helped me right away, and was the most knowledgable person I have ever dealt with. He was patient, and willing to show me exactly what I was looking for. When the dealership didnt have the exact car I was looking for, he was willing to walk me through ordering one. Instead of trying to get me into a car on sight that wasnt exactly what I wanted, he was able to find one on sight that was FAR better than I even thought I could have afforded. He went out of his way to get me a car that exceeded my expectations, and get it down to a price that fit my budget, even though I didnt think it was possible. Was greeted at the door by Sean Fitzgerald. He was attentive and courteous during our whole experience at Herb Chambers, even though we we still in the "just looking" phase of a new vehicle purchase. We test drove a couple different models and then met George Sanchez to talk price. George gave us a decent price for our trade and price for the vehicle we we interested in. We told them we still were going to look at a couple of different dealerships for other similar vehicles first. Went back the next day and test drove a higher priced model. George gave us an even better deal. We purchased a new Dodge Journey. Sean and George followed up with us until we picked it up. Working with the finance department was even a nice experience with no pressure. Just options of our choice. Ive purchased 8 vehicles in my time and this was by far one of the best experiences.

I have been in the search market for a used car for my daughter for the past 6 months. I recently found a vehicle that would meet all of our requirements including safety, features, condition and price. After spending nearly two months visiting every Jeep dealership in Massachusetts and New Hampshire for my new Wrangler, I decided to make one final stop at Herb Chambers in Danvers. To be honest, I was really only going in to confirm that the prices I had been quoted were in fact the best possible deal and planned on leaving with that information and buying elsewhere. I was greeted by Kenneth Fiandaca Jr, and after five minutes of chatting with him it was clear that this was a night/day difference to every other dealership we had visited. There was no pressure, he listened closely to my very specific requirements and found me exactly what I was looking for. In fact, he found me a model I hadnt even considered - and as soon as I got behind the wheel I was in love. Beyond that, the price was fantastic and everyone else we interacted with throughout the process was equally welcoming. As I mentioned, I didnt plan on buying from Herb Chambers - but my experience with Kenneth changed that and Ill most certainly be back.

I hadn’t bought a car in several years and was dreading heading into the dealership. When I got to Herb Chambers in Danvers, I was greeted by Darlene and, admittedly guarded, I said, “I’m looking to buy a car.†She laughed and told me I was in the right place. I had done some research and knew exactly what I was looking for so we took a walk out to the lot and hopped in for a test drive. As we went along, Darlene explained a bunch of the mechanical and electronic features and even went so far as to demo the voice control. I was feeling good after the test drive, but expected that to quickly fade as I knew what was coming next - the negotiation. In retrospect, I can’t believe I was worried. Darlene and her associate Bill talked me through everything. I had mentioned seeing a comparably equipped vehicle at a competing dealership priced a bit lower so Bill pulled it up on the computer, confirmed what I had said and went to see what he could do. We went back and forth a little longer, but in the end, I think we reached a price that we were both happy with. Financing was a breeze too. I had gotten pre-approved through my bank at, what I thought was an excellent rate. Joey, the finance director, was able to find me financing at 3/4 of a percent lower - every little bit helps! Throughout the whole transaction, there were no high-pressure tactics. Everything was a calm discussion and at no point did I feel like the dealership was taking advantage. It’s only been a few days, but I have already recommended Herb Chambers Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, RAM of Danvers to several friends. I couldn’t be happier with my new car, or the experience of buying it. Thanks guys!

I had a good experience buying a new Jeep. The salesman was attentive and responsive but not pushy. Sales managers helped the process and I felt the combination resulted in me getting the features I wanted at the best value without having to select a package of stuff I didnt need. When I went to Herb Chambers on November 25, 2014 Ken came right over to us and was outstanding with showing us what we had available. He was very courteous and expedited all the information I needed from the bank as well as getting back to us on what I would get for trade in for 2 vehicles. If they had the color that I wanted he would have made the sale. He set us an appointment with Will Hunt to take care of me at the Sharon dealership because there were a couple of cars there that I was interested in. I would definitely recommend Ken to potential buyers.

No salesperson chasing you when you pull into the lot, none of the "let me ask my manager" when trying to pin down a price, and none of the "dealer stickers" adding $2000+ with add-ons like paint sealant, striping, etc. No pressure to close the deal, plenty of patience to answer all your questions. Purchased a Grand Caravan from Ismael Briceno - ask for him! Ismael and his manager George worked to beat a competing deal, and did so in a business-like manner. Bottom line is the staff demonstrates respect for the customer.

Went to purchase a Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland. Sales person was Lewis Silvano. Very attentive to needs and not pushy. Real down to earth. Also, while the title was being created someone from a different department spelled a name wrong in the computer system. Lewis took time out of his day to drive over a half hour to our work to personally get a signature on the new title, despite the error having nothing to do with him. Would highly recommend.

I saw this truck online and decided to go look at it. I had been looking for a month and this one would work if the price was right. Mike Neligon was my salesman and without him I was probably not going to buy that day. His straight foreword approach and personality made my experiance very comfortable. Having had a few uncomfortable occasions at auto dealers prior, this was a great change. I was able to get a very fair trade-in value on my old truck, purchase new one, and drive it home the same day!! We had done our research and visited the dealership that we had done business with over the last 5 purchases only to find that they were unwilling to value our trade in at blue book prices. Went to Herb Chambers and met Vito who was professional, experienced and honest as we went through the process. Ended up buying a 2015 Jeep Cherokee Limited at nearly $2000 less than the compettions prices for a 2014. Follow through was prompt and exceptional for the add-ons we requested (trailer hitch). Buying a new car is a stressful experience but Vito was an exception to the rule and made this a pleasant, non stress, experience. Zac was also a painless experience. Lewis Silvano is the best Sales & Leasing Consultant I have ever dealt with. I recently leased a Jeep from Herb Chambers Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Danvers. From the moment I walked in….to delivery of the vehicle a few days later….I experienced the best customer service I’ve ever experienced anywhere. By way of background, my family and I are loyal Herb Chambers customers who have purchased at least six vehicles from Herb Chambers over the years. Most of our experience has been with either Herb Chambers BMW of Boston or Herb Chambers Mercedes-Benz of Boston. While we’ve always experienced outstanding customer service from both Herb Chambers BMW and Mercedes-Benz, the level of customer service I experienced at Herb Chambers Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Danvers was simply off the charts. I walked in to Herb Chambers Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Danvers less than a week ago -- after having visited three other Jeep dealerships the same day. I was unshaven and wearing shorts and sandals. I.e. my appearance did not convey that I was a particularly serious customer. Upon checking in to the dealership I was referred to Lewis Silvano who proceeded to sincerely and patiently listen to my needs and then recommend various vehicle options. Lewis then showed me some of the vehicle options, followed by taking in some information in order to present various leasing options, culminating with a very enjoyable test drive. Upon returning from the test drive, Sales Manager Will LaFlash joined us and assisted in presenting various lease options which were much better than anything I had seen all day at the other three dealerships I had visited. Moreover, Will and Lewis displayed great skill in exploring whether I qualified for additional incentives (which I did). They were extremely thorough in doing so. I emailed Will and Lewis later that evening telling them that I wished to proceed, and my car was delivered a few days later following an extremely enjoyable meeting with Finance Manager Zac Papidakis to finalize the leasing documentation. I’ve never enjoyed signing leasing documentation as much as I did with Zac. And there’s more: Lewis introduced me to Keith Shore in the Parts Dept. who went above and beyond by taking me out to his personal car to show me all weather floors mats I was interested in purchasing. Lewis also introduced me to Blue Team Service Manager Sean Staskawicz who answered my service questions and provided useful tips as well. While I was overwhelmed as a whole with the customer service I experienced at Herb Chambers Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Danvers, it was Lewis Silvano who served as the MVP Quarterback throughout the whole experience – and continues to do so in answering all my questions and providing me with extremely useful tips regarding everything from the vehicle to service to registration issues relating to a special EZ-pass transponder program I wished to apply for. Service was outstanding. I was seen right away. Service Manager Jose Grullon was very helpful and treated me with respect. He made sure my recall was done and other issues I brought up were checked out with professionalism. I chose to wait and was very comfortable in the customer lounge.

I purchased my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee from a different dealer but have had it serviced at this dealership twice. I wish I could give more than 5 stars to their service team beacause they got the job done in a timely fashion and treated me with a great deal of professionalism. Their Service Manager Derek Rojas who I dealt with on both occasions was extremly courteous and made you feel like you were in good hands. Since I did not buy my car here I cannot speak to the nature of their sales staff but i really hope this wonderful experience extends to everyone that works there. My only regret is not purchasing my vehicle from them.

Last week I purchased a brand new 2014 RAM 2500 Turbo Diesel from Mike Neligon at the Herb Chambers Chrysler / Dodge / Jeep / RAM dealership in Danvers. I just wanted to take a moment to say how happy I was with the entire experience from start to finish. Mike greeted us outside before we even walked through the door, and within a few minutes we were test-driving different options and comparing / contrasting. He was there helping me through every step of the experience, and even made it a point to check in with me after purchase to make sure everything was going smooth - which it is! Ill definitely be coming back to this dealership and hopefully working with Mike for years to come. Thanks!!
