"Worst Costumer Service Ever In My Life!!"
I want to tell about how the person, HOUSE,RENE, who work at motor village is working. I drop my car yesterday , Ive been still waiting for my car back. He said It takes time to check but I hope it will be in today. so I was waiting. because I know No call means not ready yet. But today I need to use my car for work, so I just try to call to know how is going on. BUT he never answer, I call 7 times only in today after noon. Finally at 8th time calling, he answered and I complain to him. I leave the message him before. The lady who help me to leave a message said now he is in lunch time, he will call you back. but I didnt get any call form him. Even finally when I contact with him, he said we are busy and Im busy too I can not help you, I gotta go,bye, and hang off... what kind of costumer service?? just said what he want and hang off??? what about my car? and I pay for it. If he just said sorry 1 time, I should not get mad. He never smile never kind. just explained how Im working here and how the workers are working hard now here, I understand!! but thats not what I want to hear the answer. He has to say first sorry to being wait and inconvenience, But he just said his situation. This is not the service for customer, Im so mad at his attitude. This is worst costumer service ever in my life!!
"Frustrating Experience"
We were called to pick up the car and it was not ready when we got there. Therefore, we had to rent a car unexpectedly. We came back the next day because we were told it would be finished and besides the billing system being down, our service representative was MIA. He had told us that the repairs would be $1,100 but then an "intern" wandered into the service area and let us know that it was actually under an extended warranty and should only be $100. Had to do another rental car because the billing system was still down. Came back the next day and the service rep was again MIA. Another rep was finally found to close us out and asked us what we owed. We had to go through the whole warranty thing again and finally were able to pay and take the car. It is still not clear what the final bill was but at least we have our Jeep back.
"Beware Of This Dealership!"
Went into this dealership to return my car. Salesman (Mitch) lied to my face to coerce me into getting into a new lease and promised to take care of all my overage fees from old car. Guess what...when the bill came for the overage fees he denied ever making the promise! Am left with thousands of dollars in overage fees and a car I didnt want. Tried calling the dealership over 30 times and no one even got back to me. CAUTION TO ALL POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS: STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! I have leased cars for years but will never ever lease from them again. In fact they left such a bad taste in my mouth I will not lease a Jeep again. I wont let my family or friends come here either. Take your business elsewhere. Somewhere you can trust and that can earn you business.
"Bad Experience"
Pretty horrible experience overall. I tried to be as honest as possible with my ratings. The good: I am pretty happy with my car and feel like I got a good deal. The sales person was very accommodating and helpful. The bad: After I purchased the car they were unable to find the spare key. They said they would mail it to me. It finally came 2 weeks later. After I got home I noticed there was no owners manual in my car and the tank was empty. I went back to get an owners manual and get my talk filled up. They sent me twice to a nearby gas station with an employee and both times could not get the credit card to work in the machine. They send me home after 30 minutes of time wasted saying they "owe me a tank of gas." That whole experience wasnt too bad and I put it behind me. Then after about 2 month I noticed it was weird that I never received my plates. I called the DMV and they notified me that the dealer never sent in the paperwork. I have now been calling the dealer for a week. I have left multiple messages with Maria Carilla(???) who has been at her desk when I call (I know because the receptionist will always says "she is here, let me transfer you") and she never answers the phone orreturns my messages (I have left 3). I would highly recommend against buying a car from this dealer.
"Not Your Normal Car Dealership"
I was always weary about going to car dealerships but the experience my husband and I had at Motor Village LA was exceptional. This is a beautiful new building in downtown LA with a very cheery staff to match the facility. I went in on a busy day and expected to have to wait around. Ali Ahmed, their Internet Sales Manager immediately addressed me and checked to see if I needed anything. I was not in a particular rush to purchase but always had a fascination with Jeeps. After a brief consult we narrowed it down to two models for me and my children. They were still busy so Ali took me up to show me the options available and taking the time to test drive two different models. I ended up loving the Grand Cherokee!! We found one in the inventory that was close to what I wanted. I wanted to speak with my Husband first. Ali completely understood and did not pressure me after I made that clear. We exchanged contact information and set up an appointment for the next day. I even received a confirmation call and text message the next day. Talk about keeping up with the times! My husband and I arrived the next day. Ali had the car waiting for us downstairs and demonstrated the car to my husband again. We had a trade that I wanted him to evaluate. Ali explained their process for evaluation and showed us the market value for the car as well as realistic cost for repairs. They offered us about the same as the other dealerships. It was less than I originally expected but taking into consideration the information he provided, I was happy with what we got. Once everything was set up, Ali set us up with Kevin Su, one of his salespeople there. Kevin was very thorough with the delivery and took the time to make sure we were comfortable with all the features and gadgets we got. I look forward to coming in for a new car when my lease is up and dealing with the Motor Village staff.
"Lied!!!"
Stay away!! Totally lied to get me in the store and in the end could not come close to what the manager agreed with on the phone...
