"Excellent Seevice And Experience!!"
Great dealership. I have purchased and sold a few cars now with Audi Westwood. Would recommend them to anyone!!
"Marybeth White"
Tony was very attentive and helped show everything in the Q5. I give him 10s all around. Thank you MaryBeth & Dan White
"Customer"
Wonderful experience I would recommend to my friends. Tony Varone was pleasant and helpful. On top of it all I got an awesome price
"Great Car Buying Experience With Michael Shapiro"
This is my second time buying a car from this dealership. I worked with Michael Shapiro who was great to deal with. The woman who sold me my last car was excellent as well, so excellent in fact that I went in specifically to see her. I learned she had moved out of the area. Mr. Shapiro knew everything about the car and spent a tremendous amount of time letting me test drive and learn about the new features Audi has introduced to the 2018 models. I bought the same model Car (Q5) however Audi has completely enhanced the electronics and I really wanted to test this. I never felt rushed or pressured. The dealership is impressive. I highly recommend this dealership and in particular Mr. Shapiro. He even offered to drive the car to me in Boston on his day off, which I did not need but the offer was appreciated and indicative of the level of service and attention to detail. Finally, he spent well over and hour with me when I picked up the car, beucase he wanted to make sure I was able to integrate my phone with the car, and completely use the technology.
"Audi Westwood -- A+"
We have purchased two cars in the past week, one from this dealership and one from another up the road. Can hardly put into words the differences between them -- Audi Westwood (and our salesman Michael Shapiro) absolutely terrific, and the other an absolute nightmare. Could not be happier with the professionalism, dedication and fairness with which we were treated by Michael and Audi Westwood. Michael in particular went considerably above and beyond, and we feel we received a very fair price and a great car. Highly recommend.
"My New A4"
I love my new Audi and I love the service Audi Westwood. Michael Shapiro and Regi have a lot of patience. I recommend Audi Westwood highly!!!!
"Bad Place To Have Your Car Serviced !"
Do yourself a favor and go to any other audi-porsche dealer in the area besides THIS one ! The cost to service my porsche was astronomical and it took much too long to repair it. The service managers are so busy and hardly ever answer phone calls, and take all day to return voice messages. Overall, just a really bad experience and I would not go back again ever. Their new building across the street is under construction and expected to be finished in august 2016. Expect the repair costs to increase as they will pass the cost of building the new facility on to the customers. But dont expect the customer service or quality of repairs to improve !
"Worst Service Experience Ive Ever Had !"
It took me many attempts to get my porsche fixed properly after bringing it in and there is only one qualitfied mechanic in the porsche dealership. All the others are young and inexperienced and do not know how to do repair work correctly. I was told this by one of the management workers there. It took 3 weeks and 3 attempts to repair my car before it was done correctly, for a job that should have been done within a day or two. I would advise anyone looking to have their porsche (or audi) repaired to definately look someplace else ! This place is a disaster
"Excellent Experience With Service Dept."
Very good service from Mike, Jeff and all of the Service team. Parts staff also wonderful.
"Worst Ever Service Experience"
07-29-2014
I happened to take my Q7 for 15K miles service last week to Audi Westwood. Service division is operating in the same area as Sales. They were generous to offer a loaner. Most of the disappointment came after service. Car interior was extremely messy with black oil on both front mats and doors. Driver foot rest was extremely messy, as if some one poured oil on it directly. I could not believe they did any vacuum inside the car, as it looked dirty (i just vacuumed the day before). All the lights were left on inside the car. I remember leaving few $ bills inside the central console and found them missing. I never had such experience ever with any other Audi Dealer and event with my Toyota Dealer. If you go there for service, be sure to secure all your stuff. Be prepared to wipe all the dirt yourself. Do not expect them to either wash or vacuum your car.
"Outstanding And Refreshing"
Great experience buying an M3 from Matt Pinto. He knows his cars and has the professionalism and courtesy to back it up. Mike Christopher - business manager- also a pleasure to work with. These guys are good at what they do and it shows.
"Outstanding Employees"

Best service I have received. Mike and Jay in service were the most helpful and courteous that I have ever dealt with. Mike offered to return my car after service and pick up the loaner. However, after realizing he had to work later than expected, he sent Jay to pick up loaner. Jay was so kind and even called later to say "thank you for your hospitality and thank you for choosing Audi". Now that is first class. I have owned Mercedes, leased BMW, Lexus and Infinity. Although good service at each, never personal service as Audi. My next purchase will stay at Audi of Westwood. Thank you Mike and Jay for superb service! ~Lori P.
"The Tone Comes From The Top"
This post will speak for itself. Below is the exact e-mail I received directly from Ken, the sales person at Audi of Westwood, after I completed a survey about my recent experience. Regardless of who is "right" in this situation, the fact that this email was sent, and then defended by the Senior management of this dealership following my posting this on the BBB website, speaks to the level of professionalism here. If you want an example that supports every stereotype of a typical car salesman, read on. "Dear Kevin, I want to thank you for your kind and generous comments. We are always looking for feedback to improve and to make our customers buying experience as positive as possible. Many time one wonders what came first the chicken or the egg. It this case was it the rotten customer that was dishonest wasting three hours of someones precious time after agreeing to buy the car if the numbers worked out ( which were agreed upon) and then not buying the car because all they wanted to do was to drive the car because no one had the car to drive. Though some dealers do have a bad reputation for not listening to their clients needs and actual deserve to lose their business. I know in this case we all can agree that we dont want your business. All you could do was whine when you could not get your way for someone to stay late so you could waste their time after closing hours, and whine when you showed up on the busiest day of the week and not be forth coming and complain and whine to the manager; it was embarrising to see a grown man act that way. Some of us are fortunate to be and born into money and dont have to work for living so they can drive cars and waste peoples time. I wish you luck and you find happiness in the next car you buying experience." If anyone in my company (yes, it turns out I work for a living contrary to Kens assertions) ever spoke to a customer that way, no matter what the circumstances, they would be removed and I would personally reach out to the customer and apologize (at the very least) for any employee sending an unsolicited email as toxic as the one above. There are plenty of Audi dealerships in the area. You can decide.
"The Worst Service"
I have spent more in repairs now than the car cost. And they simply just do not care. They allow things to get worse so you need more. Stay clear of this place .
"My Awful Experience With Prime Audi Of Westwood"
On 9.22 I put a 1000.00 deposit down on an A7 which they had on the lot. For a week, I was told the title was coming. Tired of waiting, I bought an Audi at another dealership and was able to drive it home the next day! After numerous inquires about the return of my deposit to Evelina Palka, my salesperson, I have yet to see my 1000.00. I am very thankful I bought my Audi elsewhere and I advise you to do the same!
"Very Good Experience"
Very positive experience. The sales rep we worked with was very helpful and patient.
"New Car Purchase"
My experience with a recent purchase of an Audi Allroad at Audi Westwood was nothing but positive. The sales representative, the business manager, the internet sales representative were all professional, friendly, sincere and accommodated anything I needed. Jose Parada was very thorough in facilitating the test drive, the buying process and the delivery. This dealership provides a high level of customer service.
"A Rare Car Buying Experience"
Jose made buying my A4 easy and enjoyable - a rare car buying experience.
"I Filed A Complaint With Audi America Bad."
Since day one of buying a CPO Audi Avant A4 2012 from this dealership has been like pulling teeth. It has been 6 months since my purchase and I am now dealing with another substandard issue from this dealership. My first experience of disappointment is when I went to pick up my car for purchase and the sales person neglected to repair the small issues that I pointed out before purchase. I chalked this up to the fact that the salesman was just divorced and dealing with family issues (Jose). I brought my car in 2 additional times to the service department to resolve a low mpg and slightly rougher ride that concerned me. After the 2nd visit, I took it upon myself to check my tire PSI....All tires WHEN cold read***** 40PSI****** this was shocking. Obviously they NEVER checked my tire pressure (isnt this common sense to check when someone complains about low mpg & rough ride? TWICE!) What truly shocked me is when I first had to top off my oil. When I unscrewed my oil cap the amount of gunk on the cap & the oil reserve area was sadly obviously that not one mechanic who worked on this vehicle had bother to take a grease rag to the area ( 20,000 miles on the car).I complained to my service manager and all he offered was an "oh, well" & "what do you want me to do?"... I worked in transportation coordination for the Hollywood Studios and know what lazy and sleazy workmanship looks like. What has put the nail in the coffin is my rims. After 6 months of ownership my two front rims are PEELING! I will keep posting my experiences from this point on in hopes that this rim issue will be resolved. Add insult to injury, my 5yr tire & wheel insurance that I bought does not cover this issue since this is cosmetic and not from a road hazard. Be forewarned that this dealerships rim repair subcontractor is putting out below standard repairs.

"Horrible Experience"
I called for a week to set up a time to see a 2010 Audi TT. I was told repeatedly by two of the dealership people that the vehicle was going through the Audi certification process. I then called back at the end of the week and was told Allie that the vehicle was at the body shop being detailed and would be available on Saturday morning for a test drive. We arrive at the dealership and Jose the salesman has to go get the car gassed up and washed since it had not been Audi certified as I was told all week and it had not been detailed at all. We then were told by Jose that we should not even be seeing this car because it had not been certified or cleaned. We drove the car and it drove very well but upon further inspection the whole hood of the car and roof needed to be painted. Jose said he would talk to his manger. Well today is a week and never even got a call back. So I now own a 2011 Cadillac CTS Coupe thank you for your horrible customer service without it I wouldnt have the Cadillac.
"Solid Car Buying Experience"
Good experience buying my A4 at Audi Westwood. No issues
"Stay Clear Of Porsche Sales"
Stay clear, these are the people that give car dealers a bad name, I drove a long way with money in hand for the car they promised me, no car when I got there.
"Despicable Service, Arrogant Service Manager"
I am a long time Audi owner - first was a black 100 purchased in 1977. In the process of purchasing a used ‘09 TT I informed the seller that I wanted to have my local Audi service dept perform a pre-purchase inspection. He asked that I have the inspection performed at the local Audi dealer (Prime) as mine was 90 minutes away and across state line. I agreed and called Prime on Wednesday and made an appointment to have them look at the TT on Thursday at 11:00 AM. I offered to pre-pay for the inspection as the seller was going to drop the TT off but was informed by the service advisor that pre-payment was not required. At the end of the day on Thursday I called Prime to check on the inspection and was informed that the service dept was unable to get to it due to work load and would do the inspection the following morning. I called again late Friday and got the same story from service - inspection would be done on Saturday and I would be called. On Saturday: again nothing. I called back on Monday morning and was told the inspection still was not done and again, I would be called at the end of the day. Finally on Tuesday morning I called Prime at 7:15 AM, was informed that the inspection was not yet done so I cancelled the inspection. When the seller went to pick up the TT he was informed that the inspection was done and Prime would not release the car to him until I paid for the service. Prime called me after 10:00 AM and demanded payment - they did the inspection AFTER I asked to have it cancelled. When I asked how they justified demanding payment, I was told that they performed the service and I owed them the money - $119. I eventually told the service advisor that I would pay $100 for the inspection report but the service advisor could not discount the bill. I then spoke with the service manager who refused anything other than full payment for an inspection that was 5 days late. The manager told me that Prime had to service the vehicles of its customers first. Since Prime did not have my credit card number I ended the conversation. Prime eventually forced the seller to pay the bill. I have never been treated worse by an Audi dealer. Prime seems to have a real deficit when it comes to both service and customer relations.
"Resolving Issues With Compassion And Carrisma "
Prime Audi in Westwood provided me with a stress free environment to choose the vehicle of my choice. My husband and I just stopped by one Saturday to look at some Audis. We were not planning on purchasing any vehicles on that particular day. From the moment we entered into the show room, we received a warm greeting by a young lady sitting at the desk. She offered us a seat and ask if we wanted a beverage. Within 20 minutes a sale representative (Evelina Palka), can to introduce herself. She was warm, friendly, and provided a calming aura. We explained to her what our plans and intensions were and she seemed to understand. Evelina, brought us an Audi A6, took a copy of the necessary documents and gave us the key to test drive it. We felt so relaxed and unpressured. To make a long story short, we purchased a car from her that evening. The financing wasnt completed, however on Monday Evelina stayed after her shift to be with us. There was another issue with the vehicle and during training and dealing with other clients, she and her manager Mike, took care of our every need. Since then I have spoken to Evelina a couple of times, so not only have I brought a new car, but I gained a new friend.

"Rob Kelleher Is The Best. "
Rob Kelleher made our buying experience quite enjoyable and easy. His descriptions of the A-3s performance features were quite thorough and easily understandable. He answered all of our many questions completely and satisfactorily. The best auto buying experience ever.
"Amazing Purchase Experience"
I dont enjoy the process of buying a new car. Dont get me wrong, I love the feel of driving a new car but the purchase always made me anxious, until now. I worked with Bryan Drew at Audi Westwood who is phenomenal. Beyond the fact that he has a great product to sell, he made my entire purchase experience great; from my initial visit to the dealership, through the test drive, to vehicle selection, ordering and delivery. I never felt rushed, or upsold. Bryan helped me determine exactly which model and features really met my needs then got it for me. I will recommend Audi Westwood and Bryan Drew to friends and family.
"Porsche"
My husband and I met Matt Pinto and the Audi/Porsche Westwood dealership for the first time. We were quite impressed by his knowledge of the vehicles we were interested in; he was professional, friendly, kind, and honest. He spent about 5 hours with us that day...we bought two vehicles and his follow-up was timely and always courteous. He is always willing to go that extra mile. Loved our first experience!
"John Suh At Audi Westwood"
John Suh of Audi Westwood helped me to buy a used Saab Convertible. He responded promptly to my several email and phone inquiries about this and another car that I was considering. Im a very circumspect buyer, but John was consistently patient, courteous, and thorough in fielding my questions and attending to details that were important to me, both before and after the sale, including some minor body work that was executed perfectly before delivery. Though hes an Audi specialist, he was quite familiar with the Saabs control layout and, when delivering the car to me, took all the time necessary to explain it. Many thanks to John for an excellent car-buying experience.
"Buying A Mini Cooper At An Audi Dealer"
Drove into the lot to look at potential sport coupes to add to my garage and saw this beautiful 2011 Mini CooperS. Jose was extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with. I went back an hour after my first visit with my wife and daughter and we were all hooked. Negotiation was quick and easy and delivered as promised. Jose even took the time to learn about the operating controls of the Mini (a car he does not usually sell) so he could demonstrate them to me. Excellent Experience.
"Outstanding Dealership Experiense"
Visited Westwood Porsche Audi looking for a used Porsche or new 2013 Boxster s . Received by Mr. Pinto who took a great deal of time going over our options. New Boxsters were not due until late summer so he introduced us to John Suh on the Audi side. We picked out an Audi in stock and the process went incredibly smooth. No hassling over little issues. Great experience
"Poor Customer Service"
While I was bombarded with calls to come and drive the A8L I was interested in ,when I went to the dealership the salesman was missing and after waiting almost 30 min.where not one person approched me ,I had to have some other sales person let me drive that car.He seemed totally pre-occupied and was not much help.Needless to say I did not go back.
