The professional attention I was given, along with the friendly atmosphere, was quite impressive. I had a very negative experience at another Dodge dealer. Because of this, I was considering to switch to a Ford or Chevy truck. However, with the assistance of the finance manager and two outgoing salesmen, Anthony and Carlos, I was convinced to stick with Dodge. I had previously presented a special $199 monthly lease, from an internet add, to another Dodge Dealer on Azusa Blvd. Although the manufacturers add was legitimate, the dealer would not honor it. I decided to go to another dealer just to see if their story would be the same however, Bravo was the complete opposite. Bravo honored the Manufacturers offer with a smile and treated me with the up-most concern and respect. I am a business owner and realize how important customer service is. Bravo Exceeded the mark and I greatly appreciated them being there for my company. Thanks Bravo!!!

i am a first time car buyer so i was pretty stressed out about having to buy a car from a dealer because you hear all the horror stories with dealers ripping you off and taking advantage of the consumer. this was not the case at all shopping with this dealer. Eddie Guerrero, the sales team, and the finance team made this a very easy, and honest transaction. they were very upfront with me and didnt try to force anything on me that i didnt want. the prices on the vehicles there are very reasonable and right around what they should be. i would definitely recommend buying a vehicle from this dealership and this team. great job!

I went through USAAs online car buying circle which guaranteed me $3,500 off of the original MSRP. I took my numbers into the dealership and Chuck honored all of the promised discounts. I previously had a very bad experience buying my first car at the dealership, so it was more than refreshing to get such honesty upfront. No gimmicks, just great service. The last dealerships finance department that I went through was a nightmare, but Alhambras pleasant and non-pushy attitude actually encouraged me to purchase one of their service packages. Overall excellent experience as I purchased the 2014 Dodge Challenger that had been sitting in the showroom.

Now, I may have an advantage to my purchase last week. I was in the market for a 2014 Challenger RT. I test drove a model and told the salesman I was pre approved, which I was. I also told him that I had been doing my own research, which was true as well. He brought down the model I wanted, I showed him that the same model was at a different dealership for $5k less than this one. He reviewed the specifications and within minutes he said "Done." I signed all the paperwork and was out within less than 2 hours with my new Challenger RT. Very good experience and will more than likely be back to by my wifes Jeep.

Bought a car from Russell, seemed decent at first but turned out to be unable to hold up agreements he made, now been avoiding me for several weeks. Every time I call hes "not there", "on a test drive", "not in today", or "busy with a customer". Doesnt explain why he cant call me back or respond to any of the emails Ive sent him. Dude even wanted me to write a review while I was still in the dealership before purchasing the car, because "theyre trying to overcome some bad reviews" Well Russell dont be shady salesman and you wont get those negative reviews to begin with. Should have known from that to walk out.....

Wrote a review yesterday but it looks like it didnt posted so Ill be quick. Had a great experience here. Sales staff was very chill and non pushy. Answered all the questions I had regarding the 300 I was interested in. Large dealership. I didnt buy the car yet since Im still researching but will most likely be coming back here when Im ready to buy since these guys were very helpful and didnt make me feel uncomfortable while I was there.

Friendly staff with a positive energy. Parking is a bit of a challenge though. Came in to test drive a Chrysler 300. Salesperson was friendly and not pushy. I didnt wind up buying the vehicle since Im still shopping but will most likely come back here to purchase. Didnt get that pushy car buying experience so I will be back for sure!
