I spoke to Juan on Tuesday. Lots of communication. I was impressed, and hopeful. Made appt. for Saturday, 12/19/15. They had all my trade in information, VIN, everything they needed. As I did, when I headed to NJ, from Upstate NY. ( not a big deal) Juan called this morning to confirm our appointment for 12 noon. I said yes, we are running a few errands, and will be heading up. I asked "is the car clean?" Silence on the other end of the phone. That was strange. I asked again, "is the vehicle clean? My trade in is, so Id like your car to also be, since we are coming to see it. Hesitation... Juan says, "yes, youre picking up the car today right? I said, we are coming to look at it, but yes, I have everything ( title, keys etc) in order to expedite the process in the event I did like the vehicle. At approximately 10:45am, I emailed, explaining that we were running late, and wed be there before 1pm. At approximately 11:15am, Juan called me and said the vehicle was sold. REALLY??? As another person stated in their rating, I dodged a bullet for sure !!!

They both claimed to have the vehicle i was looking for, but when i asked them for pictures they kept coming up with excuses. They finally made me drive to Jersey all the way from Long Island only to tell me that they dont actually have this particular car, but have many others. I left fuming. Save yourself some trouble, dont deal with these amateurs.

Purchased 2012 "Certified Pre-Owned" vehicle covered under GM warranty. When I came to pick up the vehicle the interior was dirty and a dental floss pick was left in one compartment, which tells me the vehicle did not go thru the vehicle certification process to cover all checklist points. After picking up the vehicle, found a couple of items which should be covered under the warranty. Numerous phone calls and emails to sales managers, finance managers, salesman, failed to elicit any response. Once we took possession of the vehicle, they didnt want to know us. We gave plenty of time to have our issues resolved; were following up with GM now.

Im a college student and they got me approved. I purchased a used Chevy Equinox a few months ago and I havent had any problems with it. It was for a really good price and a very comfortable car. The manager John Molina and the sales man Juan were really friendly. I definitely recommend this dealer!

I bought my car from this dealership 5 months ago.I took it to service twice because of my engine light the first time and because of my ABS and TC light the second time. The first time they ta look out the engine light but it reappeared 2 days later all you have to do for this is to plug the computer in and erase it no need to be a specialist to do that.Then the 2nd time I told very accurately Lenny that I need service because my ABS and TC light is on. as a result they havent took care of this issue but changed my wiper blades with a cost of $115 an hour for labor.Seriously!3 weeks of wait for this unproductive appointment and over $500 of spending! Now I came back yesterday because I was supposed to receive a check from them for a part they ordered despite the fact I told Lenny not to order it the same day "dont worry I will just send it back" real non sense! I have been told that I will receive my check from 10 to 15 days so after more than 3 weeks he told me it takes one month to get the check.i still didnt get my check

I cant say enough about my experience at Englewood Auto Group. From the minute I stepped in I felt comfortable. A no pressure environment made me want to stay and look around. When the salesman did come over it was casual and just asked if we had questions. He was so knowledgeable. I would recommend Jeff Shell to anyone looking for a new car. I have been to over 15 car dealerships in the last month. I have test driven over 5 vehicles. This experience was by far the best. I walked out of there with a beautiful new Encore. I felt the negotiation was honest and fair. Have not had that experience in a car dealership in years.

I brought my car in for an ignition switch recall service, which has been out for some time. It took a month to get an appointment with this dealer, and this morning, after they had my car for two hours, I was told they did not have the parts. Why didnt someone inform me of this: a) a day or two before so we could reschedule and I didnt show up at 8am, or b) when I first got there this morning????

Called several times about a used car I saw advertised on the web, and the very friendly receptionist transferred me each time to the voicemail of "Jay"- Never received a call back. If the car was sold, fair enough. I my opinion, though, the professional thing to do would be (especially after the second or third message) to call me back and let me know, if that was indeed the case. On the bright side, maybe I dodged a bullet.

I thought I was bringing my car in for a quick lube and oil change, and to just have my "service engine" light turned off. (I was sure that it was just on because my oil level had gotten a little low. When I added oil before being able to get in, the "low engine oil" light went off, but not the "service engine" light, which I figured had to be turned off with your computers. I nearly went in to a panic when I was quoted a price to fix the several items that were in trouble. I mentioned that I had bought into, and was still paying for, an extended warranty, and how much, if any it would be covered by that. It made me feel much better when your service advisor (Bob) came back telling me that he found the reference to my warranty in your files, and that it would reduce the amount I would owe to less than a third of what had been quoted.

I was completely satisfied with Jay Fishers ability to find a car to fit all the options I wanted at a very reasonable price. Another salesperson assisted my wife and I with removing grandchildren car seats and other stuff from the car we were returning. Also, Bob was very efficient and knowledgable with the financing and all paperwork. All in all it was a very enjoyable experience getting a new GMC Terrain.

The salesman Robert Braschi was excellent. The car was another story. This 2010Malibu was not checked properly. The door remotes one was shot so I had to purhase a new one out of my pocket. The driver side door lock does not work and the light that illuminates the button is out. The window control which regulates all the windows does not block the other window controls. I have to take this car back to have all this repaired, and since this car is "CERTIFIED" I believe all this problems should had been repaired before delivery. I think and I hope that Bob in the service Dept will take care of this since he is the only one I trust and believe he cares for the customer. All this said I think that before selling a used car a better job of checking for problems should be done.

I had a flat tire Lenny told me that the group didnt have my tire and if would take almost two week before he would be able to get one for me so he forward me to a few other places . I thank him, most places would have tired to make you wait but he knew that if it snowed I would have a problem. He told me what to do and because I had insurance he also gave me the price of the tire so I would not be cheated. He was kind and understanding.

I went to look at a used Suv and asked if it would tow my 3500lb boat. Was told yes of course it would, left a deposit and went home to check the spec of the car and NO it would not tow my boat. The salesman was apologetic but really... They should know what they are selling. Oh and a wk later still waiting for my deposit back...

Service agent was very pleasant and helpful. We had the oil changed and tires rotated. I had onstar run a diagnostic report before I left the dealership and the oil life meter was not reset and the pressure was low in one tire. Service agent had a tech reset oil life meter and also helped us blue tooth our phone to the car.
