4/28/2017 Yesterday, we purchased a new Jaguar for my dad. What a great experience we had! My dad lives on the Westside and planned on visiting a dealership there. Having purchased at least 8 cars over the years from Rusnak Volvo, Rusnak Audi, Rusnak Porsche and Rusnak Jaguar, I suggested that he and I visit Rusnak and see how they can help us. Our experience was the best ever! From the start, Brandon Dame was awesome. He guided my dad thru vehicle selection focusing first on drive-train and available packages to color options. Closing the transaction was simple, straightforward and very very flexible. At the close, Johanna Iniquez was amazing, supporting dad as we navigated the paperwork and choice of add-on options. He choose the wheel and tire protection for the beautiful wheels he choose. Overall, it was a stellar experience, reminding me of why over the years we have always come back to Ruznak. I highly recommend Brandon Dame, Johanna Iniquez and the Rusnak team. It is important to note that Ruznak has also serviced our vehicles for 30 years. Took my 2016 XF to new service facility for factory-related software update, annual service and inspection for annoying rattle. Larger service facility is hugh improvement. Service writer Benjamin was efficient and helpful. Took test ride with Craig who diagnosed and solved rattle issue. Nick at Enterprise is a very pleasant young man. Overall experience was positive.

I took my 2013 Jaguar SF to Rusnak Pasadena Jaguar Dealership for service because the "check engine" light was on. Eden Esparaza, my Service Advisor told me that they would check it out, that the car was still under warranty, and that she would call me to let me know the outcome. She gave me a Loaner car to use while my car was being serviced. She called me the next day and said that it was a minor repair, and that my car was ready for pick-up. I receive great service from Eden and I always feel confident that my car will get the best possible service.

I believe if you own a luxury car to complete the experience of owning a luxury car, you have to go there for service! I have bought a Benz and a Jag from Rusnak. Their service department at Jag has been very helpful to me. My rep (Eden) and her manager (Tony) are very knowledgeable & courteous. I always get a call to remind me about the services needed. When I get their they are always ready for me with a smile and a new Jag rental to drive. They are also very effective in negotiating with the warranty company to get any items fixed that are covered by the policy. I usually get a few calls while my car is there for updates. As a customer you just can ask for better service. Everything they do is 100%. I am not sure what car I will buy next, but it will be from Rusnak! I am a customer for life and they owe it to there service department.
