I actually called another dealership for my recall service first. They told me the parts were not ready yet and they would call me when it is ready. Waited for months and I called them, their parts department told me I have to wait, but by that time I have already received three letters from Audi urging me to do the service. So I called Rusnak/Pasadena Audi. They immediately put me down an appointment in two weeks. On the day of service, I entered at the wrong entrance and needed directions, two employees directed me with great courtesy. As I pulled up, I got checked in in no time. Vincent, the service advisor, prepared the document in a swift and explained clearly what would be done. When it was time to pick up, the process was fast and easy, and my car was sparkling clean too! Very professional and efficient work! All employees that I met with, intentionally and unintentionally, were all very courteous!

Everyone at Rusnak Audi repair was helpful, pleasant, courteous and easy to deal with, even at 7 in the morning! It was refreshing to be treated so well, as if my problem mattered to them on a personal level. I was in and out, with a loaner car, in 30 minutes. When the repair needed to be done by another mechanic than originally expected, they kept me updated on the change and the extra amount of time needed to fix my cars problem. Their professionalism, besides being rare, is beyond compare!
