Efficient and friendly. Felt like my car was in good hands when I took it in for a routine service. Booked the appointment through their website and they called ahead to check the appointment. When I arrived they took the car right into the service area and did the whole service and inspection while I waited. Waiting room is fairly comfortable for a short wait although maybe could use refreshing.

"Poor Customer Service At Bob Wonderies Ford"
I brought my F-350 truck into Bob Wonderies Service Center because the engine was running rough and I was concerned that once the engine stopped, it would not restart. Four days prior the fuel pump gasket was replaced at Bob Wonderies Ford, and two weeks before the ejector module and one ejector replaced at a Ford dealer in Seattle. Total investment was $3000 for the two repairs. Upon my arrival at Bob Wonderies Ford Service Department, I requested to speak with a service advisor who was knowledgeable about diesel engines. One of the service advisors said that that person was not working today. Nelson Soliz said that he would help me in a few minutes. When I tried to explain the problem, Nelson did not seem to be very interested. My response to him was that maybe I should wait for Mandy Russell, my normal service advisor, to return from vacation. Another service advisor said that Mandy would not be back until December. I proposed that I leave my truck until I could speak with the diesel specialist. Nelson PROUDLY announced that they were very busy and they could not get to my problem for three weeks. His non-spoken advice was taken, and I am off to find another diesel specialist. Mandy Russell has always been very professional and eager to solve a problem, Nelson Soliz was just the opposite, and I feel he was happy to see me leave the Bob Wonderies Service Center.

I took my car in with horrible brake issues. I was a little upset because I had been there a couple of months prior and at that time they said nothi9ng about me needing brakes. The brakes were so bad that I needed rotors. The breaks went out with in matter of 1 day.

Bob Wondries Ford provides excellent service and sales. After having a terrible experience with a different Ford dealership who attempted to charge me way overprice and was also rude and inconsiderate with me after sitting and trying to come up with a deal for 4 hours, Bob Wondries Ford certainly did wonders. They treated me with excellent customer service and made sure that I was receiving the correctly advertised deal, and had me leaving in a brand new 2017 mustang in which I was very happy about.
