I called to ask about a car and they said its back at the dealership for a recall to discover later that the car was a pending sale and they wanted me to stay interested until its really sold, which is fine if I didnt need to stay at a hotel for an extra day waiting for the dam car to come out of the dealership. Luckily a friend of mine who dealt with them before and lives in Newport beach told me to forget about them as they are not trustworthy.

Fantastic! I have never been treated more kindly by both the finance manager and Lynn. They were courteous and professional and gave me a great deal on the SLK. All other dealerships usually tell you a price then once you get ready to buy, the price goes up a bit. Not these guys, they are straight forward and honest!

I was planing to go to several different dealers to look for the car i wanted but O.C. Autohaus was my first stop. i was really not planing to buy there but........ After meeting with Kifah and the wonderful staff there i knew there was no reason to go anywhere else. Kifah explained all the pros and cons of the models i was considering and at that point i realized he was treating me more like family than a customer. The deal that he gave me was great. If i was to sell this car today i would make money.The care was in great shape (like new) and more than i expected. Kifah also included a very expensive back up camera at their cost among other extras. Financing there was at a super rate and among one of the lowest that i found. I would recommend O.C. Autohaus highly to anyone looking for a wonderful car.
