Pappano helped me to figure out choosing the SUV over the sedans with his professional knowledge and I got a good deal out of it. The personnel involved were very friendly, helpful and accommodating; the facilities were very modern and clean. Since we were out of state we could not take the car immediately and it was delivered more than 150 miles away from the dealership free of charge. The execution of the service was beyond my expectations. Making an appointment was easy, I took the 7:30 am appointment for the day after. I was informed that the 5K miles service it was going to last between 1 hour and 1:15 min. I took advantage of that and I went for a run and returned 50 minutes later and my car was ready to go (serviced and clean). I got home on time to take my daughter to her final soccer game. All the people working there are very professional. I like being a customer of Audi Natick.

After 22 years at the other Audi dealer, I came to Audi Natick (Bernardis) and they met my asking price for my 2014 Audi S6 (the other dealer would not meet my price). The facilities are the best I have seen and their service is great.

"Complete Lack Of Customer Service"
I had called to get some information on a pre-owned vehicle that was listed on the dealers website and to inquire if it was still available. I spoke with a gentleman named Chris and was setup with an appointment to come see the vehicle the following day. Chris set me up with an appointment to meet with a salesman at 3:30 the next afternoon. When I setup the appointment I told Chris that I live a couple hours away and he told me that he set the appointment up for me but would give a call back on my cell phone if anything changed with the cars availability. So the following day we set out to come for our 3:30 appointment to check out the car, tried to call several times to verify the car was still available on the way but every time the desk transferred us the call was disconnected instead. We tried back 4-5 times along the way and same thing happened each time. Finally the time of our appointment was coming up and we were stuck in traffic along the turnpike so we called a final time to let them know we would be a few minutes late. Imagine our surprise when we were told the car was already sold! Needless to say I was absolutely disgusted by the lack of customer service after driving 2 and a half hours for absolutely nothing! Obviously cars get sold, things happen, but the fact that we received no call at all even 5 minutes before we were due to arrive! We would have just shown up and been told, sorry car isnt here anymore. That, to me, is completely and utterly unprofessional and unacceptable. So if you plan on driving any distance to visit this dealership I would advise against it!

This was my first time buying from Audi Natick. From the start, I was taken good care of. Kevin helped me at each stage of the process and helping me decide the car which would best fit my needs. He was always there checking on me and replying to any questions I have. Seth is a really cool straight to the point guy. He really worked out a great deal for me which would fit in my budgets and I didnt even have to haggle or look at other dealers. From the time I started looking for cars, it took me less than 2 weeks to get my hands on the new car. I found Kevin really good to work with and Seth was awesome in working out a deal. The final price was negotiated over the phone and it was honored when I went there later to sign it. The service over here is really nice and they have a good collection of Audi cars. The facility and spacious showroom are top of the class. Kevin is new I guess but he is really good and helps a lot. I would recommend others to go and talk to him, your buying experience would definitely be awesome.

Sales team that i dealt with including a recently hired salesman and sales manager are from a used car lot . You know, the car lots that most of us try and avoid. I was corresponding with the salesman and agreed on a deal. Told him i would give him a deposit by credit card over the phone. He said come over before the end of the day and we can honor the price we negotiated yesterday in person. I arrived to the salesman telling me that someone else was buying the car. And that i never left a deposit so they sold the car. Im willing to bet to someone that paid more for the vehicle and had to finance the car rather than pay cash. Otherwise why sell a car that someone else had agreed to buy. The sales manager couldnt even look me in the eyes when he was telling me this. That tells one what kind of person i was dealing with today. My question to someone reading this , if theyll sell a vehicle after someone else agrees to buy it for a few extra dollars, what else would they do to their customers to make a buck. Bottom line. There are other dealerships that sell Audi within 20 miles of this dealership. Why take a chance. Caveat Emptor....

Ive been a loyal customer of Bernardi Auto Group- having leased or purchased three Acuras from Acura Boston and five Audis from Audi Natick- and the loyalty continues to pay off. Ive always enjoyed great service from Audi Natick, and in step with their new state-of-the-art showroom, the sales experience in leasing my new S4 with salesman, Mike Lemming, and GM, Seth Marshall, was top notch. In addition to being a pleasure to work with, Mike went above and beyond to be sure I was happy with the sale and then followed up with me to be sure I was absolutely happy with the car. Previous experiences with Bernardi dealerships left a lot to be desired, however, this wasnt the case with Audi of Natick. And while Ive purchased vehicles ranging from VWs to BMWs to MBs, my experience with Kevin P. and the team at Audi of Natick was easily one of the best Ive encountered. From the no-pressure atmosphere, to the immediate follow-up to any and all questions, AON is what a car buying experience should be. Looking for a Q5 for a while, visited many dealers. Found Audi Natick to be a state of the art dealership. My sales rep Mike Lemming made the experience comfortable, exciting and easy. Mike went above and beyond to ensure I was able to purchase the vehicle Id been searching for. He even personally delivered my vehicle to me in New York. During our visit, Mike gave us a complete tour of the facility and was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the dealership. Mike has checked with me a number of times regarding my vehicle and answered all questions I have had. Mike seems just as excited about the purchase of my vehicle as I am. This was my first experience with luxury cars and WOW was I impressed. I basically pulled up in my monster truck expecting to be laughed at being at an Audi delealership. But sincerely that was not the case at all. I worked with Wunna Zeya, who at no point forced anything, including a particular model, or "what he needed to sell". I visited the dealership several years ago before the renovations with my brother. We were both in the market for new S4s. We were serious about each purchasing. In the end we were so turned off by the sales people there I vowed never to go back. After driving by the new facilities I decided to stop by. The new dealership is beautiful and they have brought on some new staff. I was immediately greeted by Wunna with a smile and a handshake. He offered us a drink and asked if we had any questions. He was not pushy at all, he let us look around and when we were ready for a test drive we went to find him. We ended up leaving the dealership that day but there was no pressure at all from Wunna. He followed up with us the following day but was not pushy at all and I had even told him we were going to visit other dealerships. When I was ready to purchase I gave him a call and worked out a deal, no haggling at all. I just told him that I had visited other dealerships and I had other offers and he presented me with a number in writing. Although his offer was not the best I had received I was impressed by the dealership and the new sales staff. The difference in money was under a hundred dollars so I went with the person I felt that I could trust in the future. The buying process was smooth up until the point we had to sign the papers. The finance department was not as helpful as the sales team but in the end Wunna came into the finance department and straightened everything out and it was smooth sailing from there. I have since referred several folks to Wunna and he has taken care of all of them. My cousin and brother have both worked with Wunna and both are happy so far.

Youssef, Youseff, Youseff I chant! This man went above and beyond the call of duty to not only get me out of my old vehicle, but help my fiance get out of hers as well and get into our dream car! We showed up at Audi Natick with no intentions of purchasing but just some windowshopping on a beautiful day. 2 hours later, we were driving off the lot in our brand new Audi!! Youssef not only worked wonders but undestood everything we were looking for and treated us like as if he was the customer. He listened and knew the price we were comfortable with. When Audi Natick did not have the exact vehicle (color combo) Youssef actually took the time out of his busy schedule and drove to CONNECTICUT to pick up our vehicle to deliver it to us. I had leased a Honda Accord and my lease was up and I needed a new vehicle. I had recently changed positions at my job and was driving further to work and after the winter we had I wanted an AWD vehicle. I went to test drive the Audi A4 and knew that there was a possibility that the vehicle would be out of my budget. I was immediately greeted by Youssef (Sales Person) and he made me feel very comfortable and he was very knowlegable. The process was very quick he got a car, we went for a test drive and getting the price was painless, none of that going back and forth games that I had experienced at 3 other dealerships. The Sales Manager Kevin even came over to speak to me and he and Youssef both worked very hard so that I could afford my dream car. Emma in finance was so sweet and very low pressure she made suggestions of what I should purchase but was never pushy in any way. I am now driving my Audi A4 and the car is everything and more that I thought it would be. I have bought many cars over the years and even worked at a car dealership and I can not express how impressed I am with Bernardi Audi in Natick. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle at this dealership.

When you think of a used car sales lot and used car salesmen, this is what your thinking of....unprofessional. Do not go here unless you know the facts. Have your KBB numbers for your trade, look up what other identical cars like yours are selling for, and know the average price paid for the vehicle your are looking for. Read everything they give you...if they come back with paperwork, read it. They thought we were fools. Low balled the trade, but when we were walking out offer us 30% more!!! We just kept on walking.... And will never go back.

If your a high end car customer such as Audi, this is the place for you. I recently drove from Ct to look at a 2012 Toyota 4 Runner at their dealership. The place is amazing. Huge, clean. Very friendly people. I notified them I am a serious buyer and was only looking at this certain color Toyota 4Runner. I did not even want to test drive it. Here is when the problem started. I have been getting Trade In Offers for my 2006 4 Runner, 96,000 miles on it for $11,000. I have had several in Massachusetts and CT. They give me a number of $8,400. No negotiation. Not sure what Cracker Jack box they pulled that out of. I told them Thank you and have a nice day. Drove 1 1/2 hours to another dealership who I have been dealing with and accepted their offer. The same 2012 4 Runner, color, options, etc. A little more miles. I should have known by the high end dealership I would get low balled. I wanted their, but things happen for a reason. Maybe they did not think I was a serious buyer since I showed up with a hoodie sweatshirt, jeans, sneakers. My new baby is in my garage.

Went in to purchase a preowned car and the salesperson immediately told me the price was very aggressive and there would be no negotiation. Three weeks later the price is dropped by $6,000.00! Against my better judgement I went back in and looked at the car and was promptly "low balled" on my trade. Again I left the dealer with a promise they would call me later with a realistic trade offer, the call never came. When I checked back with them the car was miraculously sold that very afternoon. One week later the car is still advertised and listed as available. Classic dealer antics, the high line label means nothing at this dealership. I tried three times and they struck out.

I cannot say enough positive things about this dealership. The folks at Bernardi far, far exceeded my expectations. I took my wifes car in a few weeks ago for an oil change and, having been so impressed with their service department, ended up buying a fantastic pre-owned S4 for myself. They gave me blue book value for my trade and I got my new car at a very fair price. I left with a nicely detailed car which looks brand new, a full tank of gas, and a big smile. I am convinced these guys will do whatever it takes to earn your business and trust.
