Melissa has been my service advisor for several years now. She always takes care of me, this time I was in need of serious repairs and she went above the call of duty to help me get my car fixed in the least amount of time. Gus the mechanic who fixed my car did an amazing job, my brakes have never been better. In Los Angeles we live in our cars, so when yours breaks and needs repairs sometimes it can be a stressful situation and Melissa make it so hassle free. Thanks guys! Your the best!

After a years wait, the recalled driver side airbag finally arrived. I made an appointment for the airbag plus "The Works" multi point check up with all-synth oil change. In at 7:30. Ready for pickup at 4. Not too bad! Now waiting for the recalled passenger side airbag.

Service was good and was timely. Only comment is that a bottle of gas additive was left to be used when the tank was filled - with the no cap tanks you cannot put the bottle neck into the gas opening as it will lock in place, the liquid will drain out onto the floor and the bottle cannot be removed without cutting it in pieces. It would have been helpful if someone had given a heads up on that.

I had a little accident with my 2015 MKc. We were going on vacation out of the country. Charlie Garcia was so kind and thoughtful. Since we would not be able to pick up the car, should it be ready before we got home, he kept it safe for us. That was a big load off our minds while traveling in another country. Star Lincoln even washed our car before returning it to me. Thank you for your attention to these details. ?

Being out of commission following my back surgery, my Escape-I call Henry-sat for over 6 months. And the battery died.I called service to get their opinion on if ok to get Henry jump started as I did not want to screw anything up. They were fast in response and okd it. And quick for a servce appointment for him too. Poor Henry was covered in dust when I brought him in. He was all checked out, given a new battery and Terry even washed him for me. Last month I came in for an oil change. The wait was a bit long (about 1.5 hours), but everyone was pleasant and professional. There was a taco stand that Saturday - yummy - so it definitely helped make the wait less brutal.

I purchased a C-Max energi last fall. My salesperson was Lawrence Rettig. He was quite helpful. Just recently I brought my car in to your service department for a 6 month check up; I was about to leave on a road trip, by myself, and I wanted to be absolutely sure the car was ok. I was so pleased that I could make an appointment and was told about how long the service would take. I arrived on time and had only a very brief wait before being attended to. The service took less time than I thought. Everyone was very nice. It so happened that I saw Lawrence and we had a good chat, I was happy to see him again. Because....I love my car and I am grateful to Lawrence for helping me with the purchase. Then I went for a walk and finally ended up in the waiting room with its comfortable seats and coffee machine. How nice is that?! My car was in good shape, I went away happy.

First my apologies for not doing this review sooner. We leased a 2016 Escape. This is the second Escape lease for us, the first being a 2013 three years ago. Before that we purchased a 2008 Escape back in 2007. All the above from you at Star Ford. Enough background. Our experience has been nothing but great. The service has been terrific. We first met Alexander Kakuev (Sasha, our sales and leasing consultant) before the 2013 lease back around 2010 or so. He has been absolutely outstanding. When we first met him he talked to us about what we were looking for then helped us in choosing the right vehicle for our purposes. He wasnt pushy, rather suggested various models that fit our criteria allowing us to chose. We are not quick decision makers and Sasha understood. We visited several times with all kinds of questions and he took the time to answer and show us options as well as do test drives. He is so helpful and has a great sense of humor. When our 2013 lease came to an end there was no doubt who we wanted to help us with the new car "Sasha". He has always been available for questions by phone and if he didnt know the answer right then he got right back to us with an answer. Financing/leasing process has been extremely easy and quick with Ken Khangholis help and knowledge. When we picked up this 2016 car it was in great shape and I noticed that Rosendo Pina was the same person that signed off on our 2013 prep sheet three years ago. Service of our cars over the years has been primarily by two service managers Charlie and John Garcia who have made it a very easy process for us. Again my apologies for not doing this sooner. Well be back for service as required and in three years for the new lease. Sasha well see you then and sooner when we come in for service.

I took my 2009 Explorer in to have the air conditioning checked and found I needed a new compressor as well as some other work. It was a few days before Christmas and I was leaving on a trip right after Christmas. Terry was able to find the parts and schedule the repair although the agency was very busy. My car was finished in a few days and I am leaving on my trip tomorrow. I would not have been able to drive the car for the distance that I was going without the prompt attention that I received. I am very happy with the way the car runs and should have a worry free trip.

Dec. 22nd, just before Christmas, change engine oil soon light comes on & I am not home & not sure how long I have to do the oil change and stay safe. I call your service department, am told I can have my car serviced there even though I bought it elsewhere, and you could do it after lunch. I asked if I could drop it by at lunch & they said sure, and then they called me before my lunch was over to say it was ready. All the employees, on the phone, at the check in, the service desk & the nice gentleman that brought my car to me, were extremly nice, friendly & helpful.

"Great Service But Wasnt Informed Of A Recall!"
Ford Fiesta. My experience on 12/17/15 was excellent! The staff member who helped me was courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and kind! She informed me that there was a recall on my transmission and was able to have the issue fixed while I waited. Three weeks prior to this visit I was at the same location with the same concerns about the transmission. The person I talked to at that time told me my concerns were not valid as a problem and said thats the way the transmission operates on all Ford Fiestas. He never checked to see if there was a recall and indeed there was a recall on my car at that time. I trusted him however my instincts lead me to inquire again about the issue. Im glad I did because the second visit proved to be productive.

Everything was great and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was I was told to make an appointment to come in and have a LoJack installed. When I did come back I was told there was already one installed. It was an inconvenience, but I dont live too far away so it wasnt a real problem.

I recall that the new facility was to bring a recyclable water usage to offer car washes during "the works" maintenances . I think that would be an awesome idea to implement not for the satisfaction of future customers but rather to have the ford cars no matter what model they are to come out looking spiffy. Imagine how much of a positive customer reaction would occur and confidence that would grow with customers supporting the brand. In the end we want to make ford to lead the charge in being the best brand in America right? And hey if you guys want me to work for your customer service team to listen to customers and offer insight I wouldnt mind
