Great service! Everyone is very professional. The work took longer than expected but Metro Infiniti quickly informed me and gave me a loaner car.

Had the front passenger airbag replaced under factory recall on a 2006 M35. Also requested the cabin air filter replaced (for parts cost only) since it was in that same general location. They found and replaced a faulty engine fan module (at a 20% discount) during the included multi-point inspection of the vehicle. Making an appointment for the service was painless. Showed up at the appointment time (first appointment of the day at 7 am) and was out with a loaner vehicle within 15 minutes. The vehicle was repaired as promised by the early afternoon. The pickup process was also quick and easy. The vehicle was returned washed and even with shiny dressing on the tires. All-in-all, a pleasant service experience. The only one hiccup was a very loose piece of side molding on the passenger side door of the loaner. Didnt notice it until I left the dealership. Was worry that it might fall off while driving, especially at freeway speed. Had to call to make them aware of it so I wont be charged for the damage.
