My husband and I had the best experience while purchasing our Audi Q5 from Audi Pacific. Collin, Gino, Fady, Mike and Thomas were so helpful and so honest with what we were getting ourselves into. We visited this dealership two times before our final trip to purchase our car. In between those visits we tried out other dealerships for options and had the worst experience at Audi Beverly Hills. It was so bad that as we left we called Collin at Audi Pacific and described our experience and made an appointment with him for the following day. Collin was more then happy to show us more cars and let us ask as many questions as possible and test drive a car as many times as necessary to make a decision. We never felt rushed or pushed to by a car at any time. When we finally decided on a car we called to make sure they wouldnt sell it before arriving and as we arrived the paperwork was ready and car was freshly washed and pulled up to the front for us. They even had our car windows tinted the same night which we greatly appreciated. We never had to sit an haggle or go through tons of papers that night, it was quick and everyone was so nice it definitely made it a good experience. We appreciate everyones help and feel confident in coming back here for future purchases. When the Manager Mike said they had the best cars at the best prices he was definitely right.

"Poor Communication"

I was contacted by this dealership through email after inquiring about a used vehicle on Cars.com. After a couple back and forth communications, the salesman asked if I would like to put a deposit on the vehicle. I emailed him no, that I would like additional info. I received an email from the sales manager letting me know the salesman was off that. I asked her a few questions and also asked if someone could send me video of the car being started and the engine running. She said she would have the salesman do it. I sent 2 more requests for this. I had previously been told they would send more pics, pick me up from the airport if I flew in, ship the car...whatever I needed. I asked if an inspection had been performed, and I would be interested in knowing how much life expectancy was left in certain wear items. The salesman told me their company also had a dealership for this vehicles brand and it would be sent over for an inspection and "be ready" on Wednesday for my arrival 2 days later. He said he would keep me posted on the inspection. After not receiving the video of the engine, not hearing anything about the report from the certified mechanic, and not being contacted to discuss a purchase offer, I emailed the salesman again right before leaving for CA to see the car and my family. I received an email the next morning informing me the vehicle had been sold while at the other dealership being checked out by the mechanics. But, there is a lovely Audi I might be interested in. Seriously?!! I had to chase this car salesman down for info, he assumed I was buying even though details hadnt been discussed, I made a 4 hour trip to see (and hopefully buy) this beautiful sports car...only to be told AFTER I was in town that it was sold, but I might like some stupid car that doesnt even compare and Ive never had interest in. Ive bought and sold a lot of cars in my lifetime. This experience is mindblowing. Most car salesmen hound me to death to get the deal done. This guy didnt even follow up on my direct requests. Im pretty upset over losing out on this car, and dont plan to do business with any of this companys dealerships.

Just bought a new Q5 last week. I had a great experience with Lina Martin and the team. No pressure at all with the process. I came in with my expectations and we closed the deal in minutes. The paperwork (blame it on the DMV....) took longer! Had a couple of post purchase questions and she promptly called me back. I would recommend her and the dealership to anyone. Just do your research and come in with a great attitude. Just know what you are looking for and be honest with the process.

In a freak occurrence the sidewall on one of my tires split and ruined the tire. The Audi service people were very efficient and helpful in the whole process of replacement. First they said I didnt have to change the tire; my roadside assistance would take care of it. They did. My tire wasnt in stock so they ordered it and gave me a loaner (no charge) until it came in. The tire was changed, the wheel balanced and the car was cleaned and returned to me. The price was not too far off what I would have paid at an independent tire store. Oscar Barrientos was in charge of the whole procedure--friendly and efficient throughout.

I needed follow-up service and repair after a windshield replacement by a glass repair company. A sensor in the rear view mirror wasnt working. After a thorough investigation Audi found the problem--a bent pin on the sensor. Pin straightened, sensor reinstalled, problem solved. Just labor cost, passed on to the glass company. I dealt with Óscar Barrientos--friendly, professional, thorough, made sure I understood the problem and that it would be solved to my satisfaction, never talked down to me.

From the moment he held the showroom door open for us, Vitaliy Konovalov was professionally and politely accommodating. He has to be the most low key salesmen I have encountered and truly exhibited his desire to find us what we wanted as opposed to closing a deal in a hurry. Within a short time we were exchanging life stories like long time friends as he pointed out the attributes of the cars we were interested in. The Sales and Finance Managers were the same. Everyone spent more time asking what they could do for us or if they could bring us any refreshment than pitching the sale. There was no bogus back and forth on the offer or pressure toward the various add-ons. The contract process was fast and efficient. Vitaliys follow up offering advice, instruction or other assistance has been commendable. And, BTW, we love the car, too!
