Found a used Tucson at Cars.com and contacted internet sales, they replied immediately and we arranged a meeting. Pierce Cane negotiated a very fair deal and we were through finance and on the street in under two hours. They even agreed to repair a minor defect for which a part was required. No charges for the part or labor and Im very pleased with the vehicle. It was a great buying experience and all were professional, nice facility too.

Had a problem with my 2003 hyundai elantra ,took my car to Glendora hyundai and after 5 visit to get my car fixed and spending $ 380.00 . i was treated very poorly by the service manager ( MIKE ) ,he was rude and started raising his voice and using foul language to send me away ,without getting any result , without getting my car fixed , first they told me i had bad tires ,so i purchased two tires from them ,but car was still having the same problem ,so then they said its the accel and they changed the accel ,and that did not take care of the problem, and then they said i had to buy two more tires ,and when i refused to do that the service manager started a different game and started yelling ,insulting ,and asking me to leave ,they did nothing to my car to fix the problem ,they just wanted to sell me tires and ,,these people know nothing about repairing cars and ,they are better at selling ice cream then selling ( repairing ) cars ,.. i for one would never go back to this dealership ,

Ive never complained like this about a dealer, but Ive had an utterly unprofessional experience with Glendora Hyundais service department. Details are as follows: I called the Glendora Hyundai service department on Saturday 6/23/12 and explained to their service representative, Mike, that I was noticing unusual sounds coming from the clutch on my Accent. We setup an appointment for me to come in on the morning of Saturday 6/30/12. I came in on the morning of Saturday 6/30/12. Apparently, Mike had the mechanics go over the car to determine the problem. Based on the mechanics inspection, Mike informed me that he ordered a throwout bearing which he expected to arrive at the dealership on 7/5/12. He said he would give me a call on Thursday 7/5/12 and schedule me to drop my car off Monday morning 7/9/12 to repair my car. Well, on 7/5/12 I did not hear from Mike. So on Friday 7/6/12 I called the service department and ended up speaking to Robert, another one of Glendora Hyundais service representatives, who said Mike was on vacation that week. I thought, really, so why did Mike say he would call me on 7/5/12 if he was going to be on vacation that week? Strange, no? Anyway, I said I would call early the next week if I didnt hear from Mike before that. I called again on Wednesday 7/11/12 to followup. Again I ended up speaking to Robert. This time Robert said that Mike had not been on vacation, but had had a death in the family. Confusing, yes? Robert then said Mike would be on duty in about an hour, and he would leave a message for Mike about my call. Well, I never did hear from Mike. In summary, Mike simply strung me along for a few weeks and then hanged me out to dry while I was attempting to have a potentially or actually serious car problem repaired putting my car and me unnecessarily at risk. I have to wonder what Mikes excuse is for such shabby, unprofessional conduct? I find Roberts behavior disappointing as well. He seemed more concerned with covering for Mike than helping me as a customer. It doesnt say much for Glendora Hyundais management that it has loose cannons like this "serving" customers. Ive notified various members of Glendora Hyundais management about this. To my knowledge, theyve done nothing to discipline Mike and Robert or take action to assure that incidents like this are not repeated. Its stunning that their employees would rather give customers the runaround when they could make hundreds of dollars on a repair job, create a loyal customer who would come back for additional service as the need arose and be a source of referrals as well. Note to Glendora Hyundai-BAD way to run a business.

I went in for an oil change at roughly 8:15am on a Saturday morning and happen to beat the rush of other customers also getting an oil change. Despite this, at least 5 other customers who arrived after me finished before me. My car sat out front for at least 45 minutes while the service person (Mike) completed the paperwork even though my car was already finished. Other customers that he also handled but came after me, were finished before me. Despite complaining to Mike and someone at the cashiers desk, I waited an additional 25 minutes for my paperwork to be complete. This is not the first time I was made to wait an extended period of time despite my car already being serviced.

Hands down the BEST car buying experience EVER! We have been a Honda family for many years and although we have liked our cars we have always had an awful time with the dealerships. This was the polar opposite for us. From end to end this was an all around amazing experience. We dealt with the fleet manager who gave us a fantastic deal on the 2011 Sonata and also offered us a very fair price on our trade in with absolutely no negotiations. Their finance guy was just as easy to work with. I cannot imagine ever going to another car dealership to buy a new car. All we can say is be prepared to be flabbergasted by this straightforward and honest team. You will be very happy! Oh, and the car.... AMAZING!

Ive never bought a new car before and I have to say that my experience here was altogether pleasant. We walked in, bargained, test drove, bought and drove away in a car. The sales people didnt bug me nor did they seem indignant when we were bargaining down the price. Buying a car can be incredibly intimidating. I went to Hyundai of Glendora because a friend of mine had bought a car the week before and really liked working with them. So I decided to start the process by going down there and meeting with Mike and taking a drive or two. Great experience!
