I was charged $740 for a high pressure steering hose replacement!! Upon reviewing the bill the hose was charged at $188 while a Delco hose is sold by Rock Auto for $64. I was also charged for 3 cans of fluid , one at the repair then 2 more at the flush out. They were billed at $14 each while I cab buy them for some $ 4 each . At these prices I wont be back!!!

a 3 foot section of the fuel line needed to be replaced. OK, can`t talk prices, the labor cost was extreme. If a repair is not covered under warranty I suggest one should check first the labor costs and decide. I would buy a new car from dealer but doubt I would have future repairs done at dealer.

Upon driving into the garage I was greeted in a friendly manner and after speaking to the the service representative I was led to a comfortable customer waiting area. The customer waiting area had coffee and many other beverages. It also had a variety of snacks. It seemed to take only a brief time when the service representative appeared and said my vehicle was done. Within a short time I was back on the road home. The work was done well and my experience at Flemington Chevrolet was outstanding.

Great customer service however I had to go back and have them complete an oil change. Have a large oil pan and they failed to fill it completely (dash warning to add oil displayed one driving day after oil change). They made up for it by topping off the gas tank.

I was blown away by the honesty and transparency of this place. I was dealing with Walter Borrmann, who is responsible for Internet sales. Never ones he insisted for us to have a call, or come in. He never pressured me and provided all the information I requested over the email, which was incredibly helpful as I was responding from work. The numbers quoted (with all the details, taxes, fees included) were very good as well. Ultimately I am postponing he lease of my next vehicle due to my existing lease in place, but I would most definitely be coming back in a couple of months. It is nice to see a place that tries to earn my business by being helpful and open instead of trying t get advantage of me.

My wife and I stopped by the dealership to test drive the new 2017 Acadia. As soon as we walked in the door, we were greeted by a sales associate. Even though he was working with another customer, he gladly got another associate (Art) to assist us. Art showed us the new Acadia and was able to answer all of our questions about the SUV and the different packages. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. When working out the numbers, Art and his management were very willing to work with us and provided an abundant amount of options. Once we came to a deal, they set up a time for me to come back so that I wasnt waiting there for a long time. When I came back, everything was ready for me. I worked with Joe, who was also very friendly and helpful, on the financials. There wasnt one minute during this process where I felt like Joe was trying to add some last minute costs to the sale. He never pressured me on anything which was a huge plus! I have been back to the dealership a couple times to purchase parts for the new Acadia. Each and every time, the entire staff is polite and friendly. Overall this has been one of the easiest and pleasant car buy experiences ever!
