I brought my 2009 Ford F-150 Platinum truck to Ford AutoNation SPECIFICALLY to repair a high speed front end shake and a sticky door handle - and routine servicing. They had my truck for a week, put over 100 miles on it, and couldnt figure out what the shake was and didnt bother to fix the door handle. That is a huge failure. They did change the fluids and performed the routine inspection (maybe) and charged me over $800.00. Youd think that a dealer as big as this would know how to repair Ford vehicles. They failed me, I am extremely concerned for the safety of my family and myself, that this vehicle is not safe at highway speeds. I no longer feel safe to take this vehicle on vacations. I also have lost faith in Ford AutoNation and this has changed my overall impression of Ford quality. Think twice before getting involved with this dealership. I really feel like selling the truck.

Phong the finance manager also took his time walking me through all the finance paperwork. Both men were very sweet. After viewing the new and used cars, we decided to visit other dealers before making a decision. After going to at least eight other dealers we decided to return to the Torrance Ford Dealer. The main reason we returned was Mr. Scarpelli. He was not only very knowledgeable, but he was very genuine. He made us feel at home, and he went out of his way to help us in our final decision. Mike Noone, as always, was very professional; just the right amount of courtesy without overdoing it. I brought my C-Max in for a factory recall work at the agreed upon appointment time. Mike, almost immediately came out to greet me and then ushered me into his office to quickly deal with a little paperwork. Then Mike walked me outside his office and there was a driver waiting to shuttle me home. Later that same day, Customer Service called to inform me that my vehicle was ready to picked up. My wife dropped me off at Auto Nation Ford that evening to pick up my freshly washed vehicle. You cant ask for much more than that.

Although not a frequent service customer but greatly rely when it comes to major repairs, AutoNation Ford Torrance has a competent & knowledgeable service advisor, Tom Noone. After the first major repair (in terms of cost), we experienced splendid interaction with Tom, as well as the tech who did the repair. When a second major repair for our 14 year old Explorer needed to be done, even my wife hoped that Tom would write us up and receive the vehicle for repair. But the biggest factor my wife & I both agree was Tom Noones professionalism, and foremost his being a human being, something thats not so common these days, when dealing with us.

I have been taking my Ford Escape to this dealership for service and repairs since 2013. The service advisors are very nice and are great at keeping me updated on the status of my car. Because of the complexity of car systems now, I feel more comfortable having my car serviced by the dealer as opposed to an independent service shop. I have found that their prices are fair, and often times much less than what another mechanic shop would charge. They always inspect my vehicle very thoroughly and let me know if there are any other vehicle issues or services that are needed or should be tended to in the near future, but I have never felt pressured to pay for additional recommended services. Service is quick and is usually finished the same day. Only once did repairs require that they keep my car until the following day and on that occasion, they covered the cost of my rental car. I love my Ford and I will definitely be shopping here when it is time to purchase a new vehicle.

I met with Mr. Mistrih to return my 2914 Ford Escape since my lease had ended. He was very patient, respectful and courteous. He ended up giving us a great deal on a new ford and we signed a new lease. Prior to going to Autonation I had gone to 2 other ford dealers and received awful service.
