Went to this dealer after very frustrating experience at another dealer few blocks away. They didnt have the car I saw on their internet ad, but it was ok with me since I was shopping for a specific model/year. My sales rep was Josh, very polite, attentive and communicative young man - had a great experience with him. We went through their inventory list and selected a car I liked to see. We test-drove the car and I liked it. After a couple of days I came back with a mechanic and he found a couple of small issues dealer agreed to fix. After they let me know the car is ready I came with the mechanic again and saw all issues properly fixed. We test-drove again with the computer hooked up to the car and it was all perfect. The buying process was quite smooth. I was not pushed to any financial or insurance decisions, I was asking, they were giving me extensive options on everything I wanted. To this moment I put over 100 miles on the car - works like a clock. Very happy customer. Now, regarding those negative comments. They are used car dealers and of course they have to make profit and sell cars for more than they paid for them. Thats expected and normal. But by their business model it seems that they are not trying to make you pay too much but to get a moderate margin on top and stay profitable by high sales volume. Plus, they look like honest people and try to fix any issues the cars might have instead of blindly pushing the junk from auctions in "as is" condition. Thats the best you can wish for as a customer. Highly recommend them.

So i took time outta my day to send them an email that i was interested in the car but that i added a comment of my situation and wanted to know if i could be helped instead i was bum rushed with a phone called an scheduling a date to come in an see the car i wanted when no one even saw what i wrote but they where really quick to tell me what to bring so they can sell that car this weekend i would rather pay more somewhere else if i could be helped and listened to no just bring my stuff in maybe i didint even want that car be careful read a lot of reviews and already seeing they are true

I drove from Maryland to NY because the Mercedes in in MD was over priced and the mileage were to high. Went to NJ look and 3 other Mercedes and they all needed work or over priced. Diana helped me out and was very friendly even she called me and text me on her day off just to make sure I was still coming. I came for 1 car and left with a newer model and less miles for a 30 dollar increase on payments. Yuriy works magic when it comes to financing the car and covers the best options for warranty. I would definitely recommend that people go to get a car and ask for Diana. My trip was well worth it.

"False Promise - Worst Customer Service"

FALSE PROMISE - Worst customer service I visited them to see a car, sales guy told me to put 500$ deposit for the car i am interested, i told him that i havnt decided to purchase yet i will need to check insurance quotes if they are in my budget for the car. Sales guy promised me that this deposit is only for not showing car to other customer and if i change my mind or insurance quote is out of budget ill get deposit refund within 24 hour. THe insurance quote i got was beyond my budget so i told him to refund the deposit. Its been more than 2 weeks the sales guy doesnt picks call, doesnt responds mail. I call more than 6 times every day and every time i get hold of him he says you will get tomorrow (Still i havnt received the deposit yet). They dont have any one who can handle my complain or take the matter seriously, they all transfer the call to the same sales guy who never picks up call or responds to email / voicemail. Extremely Extremely disappointed

We saw a car that had all the features we wanted so we contacted the dealership. Never received a return call with the answers to our questions. I called again and spoke to a different person who said shed call me back. Never called! We are 3 hours away and I explained to each person that before we drive that distance we need answers. So far I havent heard from anyone and a week has passed.

Received offer from this dealer for my vehicle online. When we went there, first limited on-site parking, then receptionists asked for our keys to valet told her had to be looked at, asked for our insurance card told not necessary, finally met agent who had us wait a very long time. Then they made much lower offer then on line and below even trade in value at other dealership. I consider this a deceitful way to do business.
