Very pleasant and friendly dealership with fantastic prices on new Chryslers, Dodges and Ram trucks. I saved a whopping $12, 500 below sticker (MSRP) on my 2017 Ram 1500 4x4. This dealer has the largest dealer discounts of any dealer Ive ever seen. They do tremendous volume, in fact they are the # 1 CDJR dealer in the state of Ca. My salesassociate Michael Vallaine was awlful. He was to contact me and never did. After a few email conversations, he said he had a family emergency and couldnt call all 150 prospective buyers back. So sorry he felt that way. I believe his work ethics are a poor reflection of his work practices and I will not work with a dealership who has staff that doesnt value their customers. Its a very poor reflection on the dealership. As a result, I will not do business with this business!

I purchased a used 2016 VW Jetta after viewing a number of them on Cars.com in the SoCal area. Huntington Beach seemed to price consistently and significantly priced lower vs competition...and had multiple cars to choose from - they source many of them ex-rental and hence you have to be careful so as to avoid any examples that are cosmetically flawed. To cut a long story short, the salesman ("Jan") was exceptionally helpful, polite and very knowledgeable...he followed-up on multiple occasions via text to ensure the buying/financing process went smoothly, and was unusually thorough beyond the point when I signed for the vehicle, when clearly his role was complete yet he continued to follow-up and ensure everything was fine. I highly recommend looking past the "production line" atmosphere and take advantage of the fact they make their numbers by shifting high volume at low prices. Excellent.

Unfortunately their written quoted price (we said we are paying cash) was not the price they returned to the table with - they want $1,000 more. I am glad I brought my son for the learning experience. These cars were bought auction. Be careful when they come back with the final numbers.

Purchased a used SUV and the experience was very pleasant, extremely fair negotiation, quick finance decision and fast overall transaction. We were out of the dealership with the vehicle in a couple of hours. I would recommend them for future purchases.

I showed up to check out a 2015 Ram with only 13,000 miles, and i had been assured that this vehicle had no major dents or accidents.. what a big Lie..not only was it in an accident, it was in several accidents and had major dents everywhere, Even on the Fuel Door.. this was obviously a construction company truck that owned it.. it had been trashed, smoked in and wrecked..it had dents on the front, on the sides and in the back, even inside the bed of the truck it had dents everywhere.. the tires in the rear also needed replaced because the tires had cupping.. the shocks needed replaced and the A/C had been welded back together.. i came from San diego just to be shown an abused truck that was way overpriced.. i guarantee you, i will never go back to this sleazy place.

"Disappointed"
I saw a car I wanted online through cars.com but the photo was a stock picture of the car. I sent a message to the dealership requesting actual photos of the car before I drove out to Huntington for a test drive. I did not hear back them anyone for several days, and then only a request for my phone number. Thinking they just wanted my number to call me about the car, I asked that they simply send the pictures to my email. 5 days later, still no pictures. 2 days after that, I get an email from someone else at the dealership, asking if their service had met my expectations. I said no, definitely not, and explained why. A few days later, I get another email asking for my phone number, explaining the sending photos of the car to my phone would be easier. I surrendered and emailed my phone number right back. That was 5 days ago. I still havent seen any pictures of the car. Guess they are not interested in selling it. I wont go there, even if I DO see the pictures at some point. If this is your example of customer service, it is disappointing. I wouldnt want to rely on this dealership for follow up service!

Date September 15 2016. wasted 8hrs of our time. They made us believe we already closed the deal on the car we saw on their website deal. They said the deal is ok we just need to sign the papers for the car. So we drive from Bakersfield to the dealership with our kids. We arrived at 8:30pm signed the papers checked and test drive the car. We waited for the release and all of a sudden the sales manager changed the deal that we already talked to on the phone. In short we didnt get the car,drive back to Bakersfield tired and disappointed... poor kids got home at 1am

I drove from San Diego to LA for more than 2 hours in traffic. when I got there, they were selling the car to someone else. They at least should have call me to let me know that the car was being sold to someone else. I will never buy a car from these people and I will never recommend this place to anyone.

My wife and I were in the market for either a GMC Acadia or Buick Enclave. We live in Modesto, CA and had been searching throughout Northern California. It seemed like every vehicle we found with our preferred mileage/year/equipment was just a few 1000 out of our price range. To top it off, it seemed like no dealer would budge on the price when we inquired. My wife and I took a trip to So-Cal for a quick trip to Disneyland as our annual passes will be expiring soon and we wouldnt be able to get away for the long holiday weekend due to work. While waiting in line for rides, we decided to browse the internet, thinking maybe prices would be better than up North. We found a much larger selection, but similar pricing to the dealers near home. Then we found Huntington Beach Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and they had two Acadias that seemed to be what we wanted with much better prices than we expected to find. I e-mailed the dealer asking if the vehicle was still available and got a phone call back within the hour. We scheduled an appointment for noon the next day. We got up the next morning and decided to go to the dealer early. We were contacted by phone at about 10 AM to confirm we would be showing up. We told them we were ready and could come in early. The same salesman (Miguel) I spoke to on the phone was quick to greet us, despite not being scheduled. He took us over to see both cars, let us drive them both and then asked what he could do for us. We asked for a little off the price, which we didnt get, but I wasnt expecting as the price was already $3-4k off what we would have paid for a similar vehicle in Northern California. Once we agreed on a price, the manager Anthony came over to explain our different financing options and how we could save the most money in that process. Miguel then took the car over for a final detail and cleaning while we went and finalized the contract. They took us in to meet Executive Sales Manager Chris Amato, who was already finishing up our paperwork. Chris was very gregarious and outgoing, asking us plenty of questions about what got us to the dealership, why we chose the car, etc. He also gave us a better explanation of how they were able to give us such a great price. Basically, since the dealer is so high volume, they dont have to make such high markups on each vehicle. Chris finished up the paperwork and transferred it all to a really neat desktop monitor that displayed all the contracts and allowed us to sign electronically. Finally, we were finished with the paperwork, Chris walked us back out to the showroom where we waited a few minutes for the detailing to be finished. Miguel showed up with the vehicle, handed us the keys and we were on our way back home to Modesto. All told it was maybe 3 1/2 hours from the time we arrived, to driving off, which seems to be pretty quick from what I understand of the car buying experience. Throughout the day, various members of the staff made sure to check on us and see if we needed anything to drink or anything like that. I would HIGHLY reccomend this dealership to anyone buying a new or used vehicle. They really go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable throughout the experience and dont pressure you into anything you dont feel comfortable with. This was a great experience and more than worth the trip. I will most likely look to make a trip down again for our next car purchase.

I travel from Northern CA and asked to look at an SUV I saw on cars.com. Making phone call before the trip and was told the car is available. When I came, the car was still in repair shop !! A saleman said it would be done in 2 days. I called back to the same person in 2 days, and asking about the price along with the vehicle. He said he would get back to me in 10 minutes. Did not receive any call until 7:00PM at night and I rec message stating that car is sold !!

sales people were very nice and helpful. Once it came time to purchase and the sales managers got involved it all went downhill. They were shady, dishonest, chauvinistic and basically rude. I left the dealer during the middle of the purchase process and bought my jeep the next day from another dealer for a better price and from MUCH more honest people.

Me and my wife would like to thank the people that worked with us especially the Sales Rep, Matt Martinez. He was so patient with us because when we got there we had 3 options in mind. The Beetle, Mustang convertible and the Mini Cooper S. He gave us some opinions about the 3 different cars. He was not very pushy unlike other Sales Rep who are just after a big chunk of commission. Everybody were very helpful when it comes to working with our finances. They were able to match the budget that we intend to spend for the car that we are buying. We were even impressed as to how they do the car documentation using the doc pad which saves a lot time signing the car documents. Thumbs up to this car dealership¿

I was interested by a Jeep Wrangler. I saw one post from this dealer so, I contact them to see the car. They call me back to confirm the appointment for today. When I got there, the person with whom I had appointment was not available. So I was waiting until someone else can take care of me. Then the employee told me that the vehicle was not located on-site. So we need to move somewhere else. So I decide to follow him to the another location, what a surprise seeing the vehicle which did not at all correspond to the photographs presented on the website cars.com? He was not even cleaned. I wasted my time as Id just came from Beverly Hills to see it.

I allowed myself to be bamboozled by their "friendly, were so happy to help you" routine! They must have had a good laugh, patting themselves on the back when we left. They advertised the car with a sales price, and also implied that they would push to get a lower price, but when they drew up the contract they used the "list" price. That way they also didnt have to give me any trade in value for my car - I am actually paying them to take my car! Oh well, lesson learned! I will never buy a car from this dealership again!

No one approached me when I got to the dealer. I felt free to roam and look at vehicles without anyone hovering over me. I loved that the salesman gave me the bottom line price from the get go, which is how this dealer operates. The price you see online is their bottom line sale price and taxes and fees will be applied to the general sale price after manufacturer rebates and such. I went in on a Sunday, so wait time was crazy. I got there at around 2:15 PM and knew what I wanted but still didnt leave the dealership until around 6:00 PM because of how slammed they were. Super busy! Our salesman "MD" was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. All in all, very impressed with both the price and service! Would definitely go again for another car. Came out feeling lucky. Very happy camper.

After purchasing a 2014 Jeep Patriot, we have had issues with the throttle body multiple times. Everything from cutting out in traffic to now accelerating on its own. We took it in to Huntington Beach Jeep who then put 220 miles on our vehicle and stated they could not replicate the issue. I was able to replicate the issue 4 times in 1 day!! By the time I was done with all of the "add ons" they said I absolutely needed, I paid WELL over sticker price for this vehicle and to have it in the shop 3 times in the last 7 months is ridiculous. I will NEVER buy anything from Jeep again.

"Rough Start, Good Finish"
I had a rough start with this dealership. I found the exact car I wanted on Cars.com, then worked with an internet sales representative to get the deal lined up and ready to deliver the vehicle. That evening, I received an email saying "bad news, [the car] was sold." No real apology. Fortunately, they worked very hard to save my business by finding an alternative to the car I wanted and offered me a reasonable discount for my troubles. It took almost a full week longer to buy the car than I thought, but at the end of the day I got the car I wanted, at the price I wanted and am satisfied. They have one outstanding item to add when the parts arrive. Will update if that does not go smoothly, but overall I would say that they recognized a mistake and worked hard to correct it and keep my business. I am definitely a fan of Pete the GM who intervened twice to keep the deal on track.

In previous experiences, it was a nightmare when the finance person manages to add all kinds of things with the feeling of being sold. But NOT there. He was up front. Ive been thinking about buying a new car for 2 years. I had finally settled on a Dodge Challenger R/T and have been researching where to buy for several weeks. There is a particular color for the R/T manual transmission I was interested in which is not easy to locate on the dealer lots. I did find one at a Los Angeles County dealer, but I was hesitant to buy there because of their reputation. I already knew Huntington Beach Dodge had a solid reputation and orginally visited with sales person Noah Lacken and he informed me that when we were ready to buy, it could be done if they didnt have it on the lot. Some weeks after that we were ready to buy and were assisted by sales person Ron Williams. I informed Ron that the car I wanted was at another dealer. He assured me Huntington Beach Dodge would acquire it for us from that dealer and have it ready for our purchase. The day finally came when the car was available to us and it was the exact car; they had acquired it from the other dealer, no problem! The sales transaction went very smoothly and the finance department was very accomodating to our needs. We are very happy with the car and Huntington Beach Dodge!
