"Buying Out Of State? Call Steve Oritz!!!"

Steve Oritz provides extraordinary customer service even if you dont end up buying the vehicle. First, I live over 500 miles from NJ Auto Auction but they had a vehicle I was very interested in. In fact, after numerous phone calls with Steve and carefully reviewing the Carfax, I put down a deposit to hold the vehicle until I could fly in for a test drive. Steve was fantastic, he assured me that the deposit was fully refundable for ANY reason and even put it in writing in an email. Steve personally picked me up from the airport and drove me to the car lot. I informed Steve that I was as also considering a similar vehicle at a nearby dealership and that after test driving and looking over his vehicle, I would take an Uber car to the other dealership before making a final decision. I fully expected Steve to pressure me to close the deal and not go see the other vehicle. He didnt. With no sales pressure, he said ok. So I go to the other dealer and end up liking their vehicle better. I wasnt looking forward to calling Steve and giving him the news that I was buying a competitors vehicle. Steve could not have been more understanding. He thanked me for my time and was happy I found a vehicle that suited me. Steve then fully refunded my deposit AND sent me an email confirmation. I have NEVER received such positive customer service from a car salesman, especially one that I didnt buy a car from. Just a tremendous salesman and a better person. If you are in the market for a pre-owned car or truck, call Steve Oritz, give him a chance. Hes an honest and straight up guy. I couldnt have been happier. By the way, if you dont know used cars and trucks are cheaper in NJ and MD than they are in NC. Always get a Carfax before buying used.
