"Bad Experience"
Customer service was great until it came time to sign the contract. The Sales person and I had agreed to a price, in writing, for the vehicle I wanted. Before driving two hours to the dealership to complete the sale, I reconfirmed the sales price, in writing, with the sales person. When I arrived I was received nicely by the sales person, test drove the car, then sat down to complete the paperwork. At that time I noticed that the sales price in the contract was $6000 higher than the agreed price. I pointed this out to him, and showed him the email chain, to which he responded "Im so sorry that must have been a mistake" and offered me a token discount off of the higher price. He then brought his sales manager in and got the same offer. I will not return or recommend anyone there.

My salesman Nick was very accommodating to my schedule, friendly and very helpful. I recommend if you are looking for a used vehicle this dealership is a good place to go. For a used vehicle I got a truck with low mileage, in great running condition, and no BS. The little things need to be looked after more diligently like cleaning the vehicle better and not delivering with an empty gas tank but overall a good experience.
