Wheres the zero star? Approved by ford credit but Vista finance manager playing too many games trying to get me put more money down. Ran credit twice from there, twice with ford credit & giving bogus excuses as how they cant lease....but they will gladly do it if I put 5k down, when agreed on $800.00 down..... Funny how almost all the bad reviews here are in regards to finance. Now after they see this, theyll reply to this review asking to contact them to resolve. Notice their same reply on every bad review. You should come up with a zero star!!!! Next review will be on their google feed!!!

We drove up from Beverly Hills because our very good friend, Todd Hochrad, use to work at this location and strongly suggested we drive up because the sales team was wonderful. Your sales manager, Lou, was so kind and made the buying decison and experience as smooth as possible. Our salesman, Armando, was also so wonderful. He was extremely knowledgeable about all the features on the car, explained all the details and nuances of the technology package during our test drive, and was always so friendly and accommodating. We have never had such a friendly, enjoyable experience when getting a new car before. We are so happy that Todd insisted we drive up to Oxnard. The 3 hour roundtrip drive was worth it!

My 2016 F150 had a factory defect where a tube had not been plugged in the sunroof allowing water to come in and that was the day we had a huge rain storm so the flooring was soaked. They gave me a rental, fixed the problem, replaced the carpet.... Very professional

Overall the experience was great. I was happy with the service it took a little longer that expected but it was still good. Also the employees were great as well. The only thing I had a problem with was the car wash it was pretty bad. I noticed a few scratches that werent there before I got there and a ton of new Swirl marks. Also it wasnt dried very well there was spots all over the car. Also there was car soap spots on certain parts of the car.
