Our experience in purchasing our Escape was wonderful and incredibly easy. Patrick Bolger and Ryan McGuire listened and took in to consideration our wants with the Escape and at no point did we feel pressured to buy or that we were being sold something we didnt need. Their professionalism was top notch and we are already considering replacing our other car with a Ford next year. The business managers who processed the lease (I forget their names, sorry) were both great and made it simple to sign and enjoy our new Escape.

Servicing was done well, but communication could have been better. Staffing issue caused my servicing to be delayed to the point where it needed to be kept overnight. I had to call to call well into the afternoon to find this out. Had I been aware earlier I would have had more time to make necessary transportation arrangements.

The salesperson dealt with me in a straight-forward manner and gave me the Ford lease program I asked for plus went the "extra mile" and found the vehicle that I wanted at another dealer in Vermont and had it brought down without a hitch in a couple days... Wow!! I cant say enough good things about Stoneham Ford. I tried to work with a couple other dealerships before stopping in at Stoneham and the difference is like night and day where the other dealerships wouldnt even work within Fords advertised lease deal and tried to get me into something else I didnt want. Dont waste your time, go right to Stoneham Ford for your next vehicle.

Folks at Stoneham Ford Quick lane are always timely and professional, nice facilities to hang out in while vehicle is being serviced. Thanks for your excellent service. Only complaint I would have is that on one of my last repairs they had to replace a switch in the ceiling of my truck but when truck was returned there was a bit of a greasy thumb print on the headliner that I could not get out and the headliner isnt fitted as nicely around the switch/sun glass assembly as it was before it went in.

I bought a new 2016 F-150 XLT on 10/3/16 . 2nd truck I purchased through Brian Flaherty. He is a great and honest salesman. True to the "T". He gets me all the proper info on truck, deals, rebates, X-plan, etc. Very straight forward & professional salesman. After all, I live at the west end of the state (145 miles away) & I drove past 20 Ford dealers to get to Stoneham Ford. Well worth the drive. I will buy all my trucks from Stoneham Ford. I had a emergency service, my van stalled and would not start ,on my tenth try it started. I called Stoneham ford and was told to Bring It right in they took it right away. I called my salesman Brian Flaherty to check on it and put my mind at ease. He came back and told me they found the problem, have the part and are installing it. The problem with my climate control was a bit tricky to diagnose, which was reflected to me by telephone. Despite that, the crew got it right the first time... everything seems normal now. Nicely done.
