"Terrible Service"

My wife I and went here a couple of weeks ago and a pretty sub par experience. After emailing with a manger of some sort to schedule an appointment the following day to look at a car, when we showed up at that time there was no one to help us for at least 30minutes. But still being in love with the when it came to price I offer to pay for the car outright on the spot without financing if they payed the state tax and was quickly told no. Pretty sure they just didnt want our business but in retrospect Im glad they didnt get it either.

I purchased a Q5 from Audi Peabody and had a pleasant experience! Not only did they find the right vehicle for me but they helped me get my payment to fit into my budget! Mark and Ben were great but my salesperson Jon really rose to the occasion. I bought a used car and you would never know. The car looked amazing when I took delivery. All the details were met by Jon and I really appreciated his professionalism and class. Great dealership, great experience!

This dealership has a beautiful and impressive showroom, my fiance called and made a appointment and was very pleased with the phone customer service. I came here for a Golf-R, drove 2 hours, was ready to purchase the car before I even left my house. Went for a test drive and car was great, but salesman didnt know anything about the vehicle, there was more than a hand full of spots that paint chipped off the car. Didnt even get to negotiate the price and the salesman said, "the price is what it is" with a condescending buy it or go attitude, so I got up and left. I drove there with the intention to buy a car for my fiance, my mother and myself,

I had an excellent car buying experience at Audi Peabody. They have a large inventory of new and used cars. I found a car matching our needs on their website. I stopped in on a busy Sunday and found the staff to be very friendly. Justin Despres was my salesperson- very knowledgeable and no pressure. After a test drive and negotiation, we had a deal. Five days later and I am driving a new Audi. I highly recommend this dealer! Ask for Justin!

The process to buy the car was ....... The GM, Mark was rude to my wife when we were speaking to price we wanted to pay from the vehicle. The sales person, Alan was fine, as he wanted to get the deal done. The attention to detail was awful and horrific. The car was not ready when promised, items that were to be corrected was not done and they misrepresented the CPO process ( confirmed via AUDI NA). They were also very willing to be confrontational. I am sorry to say, I have heard others having a worse experience than me.

Went in for my Audi Q3 for 55k services and it needed a chip for my latch to have the system operating properly. 3 days for services! Then I called 5 times in 6 minutes and all I get is voicemail after 4 pm ET. What is going on??? No issue before then but now really bad services!

I sought out this dealer because they had the car I wanted. My used car buying experience at this dealer was more negative than positive, although this had to do mainly with the people I dealt with there, not the car. On the plus side, they did let me take the car overnight to evaluate it, addressed of most of the issues I asked to be taken care of, had the car ready on time for pickup, and I love the car and think that I got a great price on a great car. On the minus side, the negotiation and delivery experiences were both uncomfortable for me. Negotiation: Ira Audi refused to match a trade that two other dealerships (1 Audi and 1 BMW) had offered. The reason given was an alleged recent price drop on the car, which I could not have known about and had no way of corroborating. Ultimately I accepted less because I wanted this particular car, and because the net difference between selling price and trade value was OK with me, but I was left feeling extremely uncomfortable by the negotiation process. Threat from another buyer: After I stated that I would buy the car if they would match the trade offer of two other dealers (but before I agreed to concede on this issue), there was a threat from another potential buyer. I asked for protection while we talk. The response was antagonistic: “We can sell the car to anyone we want; you havent put a deposit on it yet." Of course I hadnt put a deposit on it yet; we were actively negotiating on it, and we were only $500 apart. They even went so far as to say that they would prefer to sell the car to the other buyer because they would probably be less likely to complain about a vibration problem I had mentioned, expressing concern about what that might cost them to fix. No customer should ever be exposed to such internal issues. In any case I conceded on the trade value issue and agreed to buy the car. During the Business Managers add-on-sales presentation: a $2399 2-year CPO warranty extension was offered that had to be purchased on the spot. "Once you drive off the lot, you cant buy it." I declined it, but later, when I realized that the remaining CPO was less than I had realized, I wanted to reconsider it. I called and left a message asking for the Business Manager Joe to call me; so far he hasnt returned my call. Some agreed-on touch-ups were done with the wrong color paint. Coup de grace: The day I came to pick up the car, I was asked to fill out a cars.com survey form, which was placed in front of me. They started filling out the form themselves; on all the 1-5 ratings, they circled 5’s. I said “STOP. Give me the form.†Since then I have been asked several times to return the survey to them. How can a reader possibly be assured that survey results are accurate and unbiased if the survey is routed through the hands of the dealership, and posted by them? On the day I submitted this survey (directly onto cars.com) Ira had 48 reviews, all 5 stars.
