I had a very good experience at this dealer ship. I also felt welcomed by your sales rep Roshanda which didnt make us feel any type of way if we purchased the vehicle or not. We did purchase the vehicle from Audi Princeton and very happy with it. Roshanda even called a week later to see everything was ok with the car.

It was that time to buy a car. A time that I dread. I decided I wanted an Audi TT Coupe and prepared myself for the salesman attach when I walked into the dealership. To my surprise, my experience was quite pleasant. I met Alex Soroka, Audi Brand Specialist, who easily gave me the info I needed without any pressure or games. When I made my decision to buy and returned to the dealership, I met Richard Martini, General Sales Manager. He was truly a professional that reflected his product knowledge of the car. We agreed on a fair and reasonable price for the car of my dreams. Quite clearly, if you want top quality professionals given you an excellent product, experience and price, Audi Princeton is the place to go.

Finding and buying a decent used car is often a daunting, migraine-inducing challenge, with horror stories abound of dishonest dealership tactics. From my previous three car buying experiences, I would caution fellow buyers that there is no shortage of such businesses that would be happy to manipulate them into paying top dollar for the most abused and neglected machines imaginable. In sharp contrast, my experience at Princeton Audi was a smooth, surprising relief. Aside from the sheer satisfaction of getting a lightly used 2008 Lexus ES 350 in nearly showroom condition at a reasonable price, I had the honor of working with helpful Audi Specialist Juno Mozo. Contributing to the understated, welcoming, and professional environment of Princeton Audi, Juno was not only extraordinarily knowledgeable about Audi products, but also quite enthusiastic about the auto industry as a whole, and remarkably about the ES 350 in particular. He receives top marks for making the finance process seamless and affordable for a student pilot on a shoestring budget, and his competence and straightforwardness have earned Princeton Audi future business the next time anyone in my family decides to go car shopping. "Lousy Service"
Had my Audi serviced here for the past 3 years and the service in general has been awful. On one occasion the service person left for the day with my keys while the office folks were telling me for over an hour that my car would be done any minute. Then they couldnt find my car on the lot and I was out there with them trudging the lot as they were closing, searching for my car. The only way I finally got it home was I happened to have the emergency key with me. On another occassion I took it there because the passenger side door would only unlock some of the time. They tried it once and when it opened for them, they charged me $100 to explain to me how to use the key fob. Seriously? Did they think Id been climbing through the sunroof for 3 years?? That evening when I picked it up after hours, of course I could reproduce the problem. On another occasion, when I went to take the car home, the button panel on the drivers side door was missing. When I brought it to the service persons attention he treated me as though it was like that when I brought it. I finally found the panel myself under the drivers side seat and they reattached it. He made a comment that thankfully that was covered by the deductible because he would have charged me if not. AS IF I would have paid them to fix something they broke!!! After 3 years of repeated horrible service, I cant take any more. Ill be taking my car to another location even though it will be much less convenient for me.

Finally I went to Princeton Audi, even though the price was a little higher then the seedy places, it was all worth it. I called on my way the re and they had it waiting for me once I pulled up. Salesman Larry is the best, very accommodating and helpful. The dealership was pristine and the car was emaculatly clean. Great new tires and brakes. In the end, the price was worth it. The people were friendly and curtious. Transaction was smooth and fast. After all the bad places, it really makes you appreciate a dealership like this. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family and you!

I was in the process of faxing the deposit paperwork to the dealer,after 2 days of going back and fourth straightening out final details of purchase(wanted to have no hidden secrets before i get there to pick up car,being that i was coming from r.i. to n.j,and buying blindly over the phone),i had one more questio for salesperson,john,so i left numerous messages on his cell phone(because he sent me close ups by his personal phone,and we had communicated details of purchase this way)and numerous messages at deslership,all day saturday,no response!i give one more call on sunday and i was told hey yea dont bother sending that deposit,the car got sold last night.i was pretty upset and said why didnt u call me yesterday,this would have never happened,his response was i was busey with customers all day!!,my response was i was a customer before they sat down at your desk!our deal was almost complete but he choose not to return numerous phone calls and another sales person sold it.do yourself a favor buy elsewhere,very unprofessional to say the least!

I had a strange error with my S5. Whenever my gas tank got very low the engine light would come on. So I took it to Audi Princeton to have it investigated. Of course I had to put gas in the tank to drive it there so the engine light was now out by the time I got there. They identified that the previous Audi dealer who serviced the car forgot to change the brake fluid so they did it at no charge. They found that there was a recall on the S5 for a minor fix which they did at no charge. They couldnt find the engine light fault (since the light was now out) so Ill have to take it back another time. But there was absolutely no charge for the diagnostics or the work they did, and they provided me with a loaner car for the day. That was a very pleasant surprise. Great customer satisfaction - Well done Audi Princeton.

My daughters and I came to Princeton Audi to look at the 2015 A4, where we were greeted by Alex Demsky. We have been looking for a new car to lease for several months and dealt with many car dealerships and salesmen. It quickly became apparent that Alex is the most professional, honest, and easy-going salesperson we have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. He answered all my questions, some being the same asked many different ways, and still kept is smile and his professionalism in answering each and every one making sure I understood all about the A4 and my purchase. I recently was in New York City when I found three 2014 Audis parked infront of a Night Club. I Imediately fell in love with the RS-7. The next day I traveled to all the loacl dealers in the City and was not happy. A friend of mine recomended the Princeton Audi Dealership so I called. They handled a entire transaction over the phone. The ordered what I wanted, no games, price was better than any of the New York Dealers. The best part was I had the car by Christmas. When I picked the car up it was all I wanted and more. The salesman was knowledgeable about this model and even provided a cell phone number if I had questions after hours. A few weeks later snow hit the tristate area and i needed snow tires. The dealership picked my car up and installed the tires. What great service. My friend that recomended this place was bought dinner. A few weeks later my daughter needed a car and back to Princeton Volkswagen we went. What a pleasure it was dealing with thes guys.

I recently was in New York when I observed a group of Audis parked in front of a night club with a model showing the cars off. I fell in love with the RS-7 , not the model showing the car. What a car! Now the problem was find the car. I tried several dealers in the New York area and was not happy with answers. A friend said try Princeton Audi they will get the car for you with no headaches. I called and my friend was right. The sales team worked out ordering the car I wanted and it was delivered by Christmas. The salesman when showing me the car had knowledge of every inch of this baby. The owner of the dealership even took time to say hello. With all the snow here in New Jersey I wanted to add the snow tire package. I made one phone call and my car was picked up and tires installed. This dealership is honest with no games. I dont care were I am in the country Im buying my next Audi from Princeton. By the way I ordered a Volkswagen from them last week for my daughter. They own the dealership across the street also.
"First Excellent Dealer I Found In 6 Month!"
I have leased cars for last 20 years. All top brand cars, but this time I was on a market for good used car to finance. The last couple months I was wasting my time between Brooklyn used cars dealers and a few small dealers in NJ. Either those other dealers had false advertising about a car or price, or they couldnt get loan paperwork done. I became a believer, that car dealers are all full of scams. That was until last week, when I came to Princeton Audi. I couldnt believe an advertised price I saw for a 2007 BMW X5 published by Princeton Audi on Cars.com. It was too good. But I gave it a shot and contacted the dealership. They confirmed everything and approved me same day on line. When I drove to Princeton - I was expecting usual "last minute changes..." I was sooooo surprised, when I saw very nice and professional stuff - manager Alex, associate Chris, Chelsea and others. They showed me the car, which was much much better (!) than it even was in pictures. It was just too perfect, but true! Besides, they even could get me half point down on my loan, so I even saved over $500 unexpectedly. Alex - THANK YOU VERY MUCH for being professional and honest! Thank you Chris for the fast transaction. I was able to drive away in my beautiful car in less than an hour. I would extremely recommend Princeton Audi to any of my friends and would drive 40 miles to this place from Brooklyn when I need second car.

I did my research and visited a few Audi dealerships in Central Jersey. I found Princeton to be the best in service and the salespeople were not pushy at all. Actually the salesperson I dealt with spent 2 hours one night just going over every single detail of the car and then another 2 hours after I had come back a week later to buy the car. Would definitely buy an Audi from them in the future. My first Audi and loving the drive and feel.

Found this car on Cars.com. Chelsea coordinated the particulars with the business manager and we arranged how and when the car would be purchased. Arrived Saturday Morning Check in hand. Car was ready to go and we went on a test drive. Car was, "as advertised" and the deal was executed. Nice dealership and everyone was helpful. Took about an hour to do the paper work and we were on our way.
