After having been informed that my current Ford Escape was on its "last legs", I went to Imperial Ford, where my daughter had purchased a car from Maaz within the past year. He remembered me and asked about my daughter, inquiring as to how she was enjoying the car she bought there (which she loves!) As before, I found Maaz to be very professional and respectful regarding what I was looking for and my financial parameters. He was very knowledgeable and upfront about what was available based on my criteria, answering all of my questions and providing me with plenty of information in order to make a decision. On a Friday on my way home from work, I got into an accident with my 2004, F250 Diesel Pickup, and thank god I did not get hurt. That truck save my life no doubt about it. Now not knowing if it was totaled or not, I stopped at Imperial Ford, and that is where I met Darren Chamberlin. Told him my story, and he right away put me at ease, and said the car can be replaced you cannot so lets see if we can locate you a truck you will love. He showed me a truck I loved right away, we brought it to my house where he met my wife, and saw my Mustang GT in the garage, and it was history from there. Based on his experience of being one of the best salesmen I have ever dealt with I bought a truck. Now that shows a good salesman. Most wonderful experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. No pressure, and if ever in need of another vehicle I will be looking for Darren.

They ALL emailed me back with friendly responses, but as soon as I asked for a price, all communication immediately stopped. Imperial Ford was the only dealer that emailed me back a clear black & white price. The price was low, so I was expecting a trick, but I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. I wanted to to say what an amazing experience I had at imperial cars. I started at Chevrolet , but ended up at Chrysler dodge , where I found my new vehicle. I was upside down ( the new term is negative equity) in the car I was needing to trade, all the staff worked effortlessly to help me out. Timothy Donohue the sales manager, Travis Hayward Chevrolet consultant, and Rami Awad the business manager went above and beyond to make everything work. This was by far the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership.

My husband is a multi Ford customer. He decided he wanted a new F150 Lariat. Im not a fan of the games played when you go to purchase a new vehicle, so I really wasnt on board with his decision. I recently purchased a 2013 Ford Explorer and worked with Paul Prsybylek. This was our first experience with a dealership and Paul surpassed our expections. He answered all of my many questions and was so pleasant to work with. He went above and beyond by delivering my vehicle to my home and even offering to pick it up at my workplace and take it back to the dealership to have the windshield replaced and the inspection done. He then brought it back to me so it wouldnt interfere with my work schedule. A little while back, my daughter and I went into Imperial Ford to see what she could get for her Kia Optima if she traded it in. When we got there, we were greeted by Maaz Al Nahas, who worked with us in getting an estimate. During this time, my daughter mentioned that she had seen a Ford Escape online that she really liked. Maaz located the car and we took it for a ride. My daughter loved the car! Maaz talked with us about the pricing of the car and answered all of our questions. I really appreciated how transparent he was about everything regarding the transaction. We ended up sitting down with Omar Ihjul, the Business Manager, who worked the numbers on the trade-in price for the Kia, as well as with the financing with the banks, to get us the best deal possible for my daughter’s car loan. We spent the afternoon at the dealership as Maaz and Omar worked with us, doing whatever they could to help my daughter purchase the car she wanted. A few hours after arriving to a get a trade-in price for her Kia, we left with a new Ford Escape, the car she wanted! Earlier in the summer I went to Imperial Ford to look at Ford Escapes. Dave Bertulli walked me through the lot taking time to ensure I knew about the options available. I returned to the dealership in late July and purchased an Escape. Throughout the entire process Dave was always available to answer questions.
