Great place to buy a car. Our sales person Dave was nothing short of exceptional!! He was not at all pushy like other sales folk at other dealerships. His main focus was to help you. The overall deal for our 2016 Kia Sorrento was great. Best price around!! Everyone at this dealership that we worked with was great. No slimy, dishonest tactics going on here. Integrity, respect, and a customer focused mindset is what you will get. I STRONGLY recommend going here to purchase any vehicle. They "get" it!!

The day after I initiated a request through cars.com, I received a call from someone at the dealership. I was informed that the car I was interested in has been sold a couple of weeks ago. Two weeks after the call, the car is still listed on their website, as well as cars.com.

I loved my experience buying the vehicle but dealing with the service dept is another story. If I had known what type of people Id be dealing with, I would have never purchased my vehicle there. Brian the service manager is quite unpleasant to deal with. He has a real poor attitude and did not help me with fixing a warranty issue. He basically made me feel like Id have to jump through hoops in order to get something as simple as a radio fixed. Not to mention I had to have someone go there and speak for me because I felt as a woman that these people would just not take me seriously or help me out. I was literally getting no where with them. After phone calls being ignored, I went and got the issue resolved else where. Never again will I purchase a car there. I was very disappointed and disgusted with the type of people they have working there.

i bought a 2007 Chevy up lander from Wagner KIA and have had nothing but the best of experiences the service department is amazing the sales man (Brad)was a very knowledgeable and made it a very laid back buying experience you can clearly see its a very well managed dealer i have had to bring my van back twice (hey it is 7 years old)for repair and they made it at my convenience and told me everything as it was happening was nice to not just sit there and wonder what they were doing both repairs where done in a speedy and professional manner i would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from wagner and am going to make future purchases from them as well

Great experience all around. The facilities are nice. Spacious showroom with several cars on display. Plenty of room to roam around. Salesman (Shaun) was very accommodating. No pressure. He was pretty knowledgeable about his product. I test drove anything I wanted. Cars were brought around quickly. I had my five year old with me so that was important. I tried going to another dealer and regretting it because they were a nightmare when trying to negotiate. I ended up back at this dealer and bought his car. Very reasonable negotiation. No hassle, pressure or gimmicks. Got everything on my terms. It literally took about 15 minutes and most of that was filling out some paper work. This is how spending your hard earned money on buying a car should be.

Was the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. Had mechanical failure with my 2"13 forte. Even with my up to date maintenance records was denied a covered repair. The lengthy warranty was the draw to us. Brian the repair supervisor was unhelpful and did his best to void the warranty. Would never buy from Wagner again.

My salesman Ralph Bass went way beyond expectations, My cars frame broke in half an i was stranded, without a car. On a chance i called around to a few car dealers to see if I could find a good car fast at a cheap price, being a single mom with a job that requires car car! no one seemed to care of could do anything to help me in my current situation, then I called Wagner Kia of Shrewsbury. I recepionist seem very nice and put me intouch with Ralph who was understanding and listen to my problems. I was stuck aready missed too much time at work because of this my boss was threatening to let me go! Ralph asked my address, and 1/2 hour later he was at my door. he had me grab my title to may car and he drove me to the garage were my car was and took off the plates. drove me to the dealership and got me financed on a 2009 Kia optima with seem to fit the bill, in a couple hours i drove out of there with my new car and couldnt have been happier, I made it to work the next day, Ralph came to my work picked up the car took it and got a sticker for me so i didnt have to leave work for anything! truely my Knight in shining armor! Thank you Wanger kia and Ralph Bass!
