Hiecel is the Helpful Honda Gal everyone hopes to be serviced by. She helped my mother purchase a new car with me as a co-signer and to be honest, I was t aware that there were those in the car sales industry that were of Hiecels caliber. Hiecel went above and beyond to meet my mothers needs and even though there was extensive paperwork she did her best to make us feel at home by offering water and coffee refreshments as well as a very clean bathroom facility. Hiecel explained the reason why she was able to take her time and not rush us into any decision, its because at this location the sales reps work on salary, NOT commissions. So no worrying about anything being shoved down your throat which was a great relief as I have had a few not so pleasant experiences at other dealerships. When I decide to buy myself a new vehicle you bet I will be coming back to see my girl Hiecel! Thanks for everything Hiecel ¿

I came in with a flat tire. Oscar was really helpful and friendly. The service area was clean and bright. They said it would take approximately two hours to repair my car and it was almost two hours when my car was done. Overall, it was a positive experience. I would come here again should I need service in the future.

Customer service people are always nice. The moment you pull on your car, they promptly approach you. If they are busy, they still approach you and tell you they will be with you shortly. Their waiting area is always clean. Especially the restrooms. The peanuts an trail mix are a treat.

took odyssey for maintenance after getting a B1 notification on the dashboard, took in and left at service center. they called back saying its ready for pickup. get there and vehicle wasnt washed (previous visits had automatic wash each time) waited for 45 minutes and didnt do a very good job, still had dirt spots. apparently a very rushed job even after waiting for 45 minutes. always had very good complete service in the past but this one was a disappointment.

"Honda Civi Cpe Recall"
Took my car to get fix on a recall.. the service advisor was not welcoming when he approached me..then when the recall was fixed the service advisor offered me to replace the power stearing fluid, told him that i will take it somewhere else bec. $114 is too much. Took me 2 hours 1/2 to get my car fix, and then when i got home i found an extra screw and i dont know where that screw came from. If something happens to me or my passenger while im driving my car i will hold honda buena park responsible. I bought my car in this dealer in 2009, and i cannot believe I was treated that way by the service advisor. as if he was trying to make money of me ofcourse the recall is $0 and he needs to make a sale. so disappointed.. oh yeah when i arrived at 8:30am instead of greeting me good morning (since im a customer) he said that the guy behind me was first.. and at that point i know my whole morning will not be pleasant.
