I recently had an outstanding experience purchasing a new car from Center BMW. The dealership pledges that they will respect the value of their customers time and provide an inviting, comfortable facility. I am happy to report that they executed on these promises with excellence, and the executor was my honest, knowledgeable and charming sales adviser, Oxana. I started the process months earlier, with the intention of ordering a custom automobile, and Oxana deftly guided me through the procedure. Throughout the design phase, she provided honest and constructive advice, and when it came to draft the deal, I felt that she genuinely advocated for me. The whole process was very smooth and she really took care of everything (I made her run up and down those stairs to the managers office quite a few times). On the aforementioned delivery day, I was in and out of the dealership in a couple of hours, just enough time for them to flawlessly prepare my car for drive-off. I would also like to provide positive feedback for the friendly sales manager, Jason, the delightful lady from financing that helped finalize the transaction and the passionate BMW Genius who showed me around the car. From top to bottom, Center BMW provided exceptionally professional service, and I look forward to working with Oxana and the rest of the staff for years to come. Thank you.

ok guys, i will start with that i have already 2 cars purchased from CenterBMW and i am planing to get a new one for Christmas, they have the best cars and best interiors with best prices! Oxana helped me to chose the best look and to get the best deal and she didnt try to "sell" me on anything. I told her what I was looking for, what was in my general price range, and what I was hoping to get . We looked around for a bit and then the right car appeared in front of me. When I went to see it I didnt necessarily expect to find "the" car for me. From the minute I decided that 328i estoril blue M-Pack sport was the right car for me, the process from that point forward was smooth sailing. The entire team took great care of me. It took couple hours and i left with a shiny, new car. Easiest and most streamlined car buying experience Ive EVER had. I love my new car. I love the fact that I can trust CenterBMW with my car purchases. And Im happy that I could get it all done without having to drive around Los Angeles (in traffic, mind you) looking for the right car. Now you might say I had a better than typical experience because I was a "man on a mission." Either way, I do believe in brand and customer loyalty - and it was pretty clear that the team respected the fact that I came back to CenterBMW to do business with them once again. It truly makes a difference. I got an i3REX for my wife and now I am planing to get a 650i Gran Coupe! Oxana will find the best deal for me i am sure!

Responded to my inquiries quickly but never responded when them to put a lease deal for me. Communications abruptly ended. Still waiting for a response. Pretty much get a zero in customer service.

Center BMW contacted me after I inquired online about a car....salesperson was excited to help me out in the beginning, but as we got closer to the number that I needed, the promised returned phone call became harder to get....Then that salesperson stopped calling...she said Friday afternoon "Ill get that info and call you back today"...here it is Monday and she never contacted me again...Now that is service!!!!
"Stay Away Or Dont, It Makes No Difference"
these guys somehow dont care for anyones business, at least it seems that way. literally worst dealership in the world. have tried buying from them a couple of times and ended up waiting around the lot for 20-30 minutes completely ignored by everyone. and if you ever need to return a lease to them, make sure you call to "schedule an appointment " at least a couple of months in advance. rude and unprofessional all around. Too much to put up with concidering there are 3 other bmw dealerships within a 20 mile radius

Ill keep it simple. Love this delearship buying my second bmw from them. Im always looking for a deal and Center Bmw delivers on so many levels. You just need to talk right people there. Start with Sasha Babich she is awesome. She works hard to make every deal possible just be realistic.
"Rather Not Be Bothered With A Trade-in"
I sent this dealer an email expressing interest in a 2012 Z4. A sales rep called me to discuss the vehicle. I explained that I wanted to trade-in my current car and put down a large cash payment, and finance the rest of the price. Kind of a reasonable way to go about buying a car, or so I thought. But I was told that they are very selective about the cars they accept for trade-in and, Ill paraphrase here because of the posting guidelines, that "perhaps I should take my car to a different buyer/seller that might buy it first." They seemed to be very interested in making this an easy process - for them. After that conversation, which was very polite, I lost interest in buying a 45k used car from them."

Live in Sacramento and Amar made it very easy to purchase a car. We went to BMW of Riverside and it was 30 minutes in and out. Great dealership!
"Cramped Lot, Inadequate Parking, Porters In A Rush"
This place is an accident waiting to happen. I have had my car there twice now for service and each time I received one or two door dings! I guess I should consider myself lucky I wasnt the guy whose car they wrecked. They wash cars outside and park them in an uncovered lot. There is construction going on at an apartment complex behind the lot. A cloud of dust that envelopes your car. If you pick up your car even a few minutes after its washed they will be giving it back to you dirty. My recommendation: go somewhere else.

Ive bought my last two cars, one new and one used and it was an easy experience. Ive always appreciated the friendly staff from sales, service to cashier. Since then I always bring my car in for service and I always get it back when promised. 5 BIG GOLD stars across the board!

I recently purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2008 BMW from Center BMW. Although the sales experience and purchase of the car was very good, bringing it in for service was not. Once you purchase a vehicle from BMW, it appears that they dont care about customer service (from a repair standpoint). I had the vehicle in the shop two weeks after purchase for numerous small issues. One issue is hesitation in the throttle response, to which I got the usual "its within BMW specifications". Since they didnt do anything, I still have hesitation in the throttle response which has almost gotten me into two accidents when merging into traffic (because the car hesitates and this almost causes a rear end collision). Another annoyance to me is that I asked the service department if they would activate the Sirus/XM radio for me. When I got the car back, written on the service order was "must be activated by customer". The annoyance is that once I tried to activate the satellite radio over the course of an entire week, Sirius told me I must have a defective satellite receiver. Had Center BMW tried to activate the system for me when I brought it in for service and asked for it to be activated, Center BMW would have found the problem and replaced the defective part. Several other items on my list were also not addressed, its like the service department really doesnt care about fixing the car, even when you purchased the car from them. Lastly, when a service review was forwarded by Center BMW, I filled it out and checked the box that I wanted to be contacted by BMW North America. After two months, I still have not been contacted, so I have a feeling the dealer did not forward the request to BMW North America, and if they did, not even BMW North America cares about pleasing the customer. If this is what BMW service is all about, Im not impressed. I was contemplating the purchase of a new 335i or an M3 but right now I might just go back to American cars for any future vehicle purchases. This is because I have had no problems getting my American cars repaired by any dealer, no matter how small or large the problem might have been. The American car manufacturers like Ford and General Motors seem to bend over backwards to please the customer, even after the sale. Unfortunately my treatment from BMW hasnt been as good. Im very disappointed.
