PURCHASING I have leased 4 cars from this dealership and each time I feel I was treated with respect and sincerity. My experience has always been one of a valued customer. SERVICE & MAINTENANCE I cannot tell you how easy any and all service and maintenance appointments have been. They will always go out of their way to make sure I am completely happy and they meet my needs. Any issue, no matter how small, always gets taken care of at no expense to me. For example, my hood did not fully close at one point. They took care of it right away. Weeks after it was returned to me, I noticed that the emblem was slightly bent inward. It wasnt very noticeable but I mentioned it to my service advisor during a regular maintenance appointment and he took care of it. No questions asked. OTHER DEALERSHIPS I have visited another service location and they charged me for a quart of oil when the light came on. I verified that this service was free before I arrived with BMW (not the dealership) and informed them of it but they didnt budge. Alexander NEVER charges for any services that should be free. EXTRAS Free flatbed pick up for regular scheduled maintenance. And of course, a free loaner vehicle. I always get a loaner with unscheduled maintenance as well, albeit, not a BMW, but I always have transportation. I just wanted to report in that, once again, this was the very best experience i have ever had. I ordered a 2017 M3 and it came in and everyone jumped into action. From the GM Rueben to the private sales agent Daniel Fox all the way down. Great car, Great price and Rolls Royce Service! They told me the price to the penny, 3 months in advance, and when i went to pick it up, they charged me $10.00 a month "LESS"! After about a week of driving i had some small issues, and i came down to see Andy the Service Manager, and he jumped from his desk and started getting people to help me. Directed me to Luis the "Genius" Bar guy, like at an Apple Store, and he knew all the cool tricks and showed me a bunch of stuff, that I didnt even know about. This dealership is the very Best and the personnel that Nick has put into place is unparalleled. I will never buy from any other dealership. We are hooked!

Mr Jonathan Aragon was the one who helped me out to service my car. I was a walked in client and I never been to this dealer before but I called in to check if they have a loaner car since I was planning to leave my car and come back but they dont have available loaner as per agent since it was the memorial holiday weekend and I went Tuesday morning, maybe some of the loaner cars were not been returned. I still dropped by since it was on the way and tried my luck. I was approached by accommodating team and led me to Jonathan, so I told Jonathan the situation and he made some calls and got me a loaner car!! He even told me what needs to be done with my car and run through all paper works and with less than 20 minutes I was happy and holding my vanilla latte on the way out =D I will recommend Nick Alexander Imports to all of my friends and look for Jonathan.
