I contacted Cory McCombs and he confirmed the spec, sent me the build sheet and then took care of the rest. When the vehicle was ready, he drove it to my office! Incredible service!

My father and I made the trip from San Diego to Laguna Niguel in search of an SLK after talking with salesman Steve Turner. Steve as it turned out made the experience a memorable one. Patient, personable and privy are a few adjectives to describe Steve. To say he went "above and beyond" would be just another overused cliche, but you be the judge. As we were looking at the SLK, there parked a bright yellow Porsche 911 in the pre-owned lot. Having had several in the past, this one had what it took to almost change our mind from the SLK. After we came to our senses, the initial target was acquired. I mention that I am a wheelchair user only in that it plays a significant part of the story. When we drove up to tell Steve that we were no longer interested in the 911, after actually signing the papers for it, we wanted to take the SLK home but we had no driver to take me home in my van as my father would be driving the SLK. Steve pulled a couple strings, called some of his buddies to help us out. I was telling Steve that I could bring a friend up later in the week to help us because I really wanted to sit next to my dad as we drove home. You know, one of those experiences that you want to share with your dad. Steve understood the significance of this so his buddies were able to lift me into the car alongside my dad right then and there. Steve drove my van and his buddy followed us down to San Diego. Steve made it all possible and my dad and I now have our SLK and smiles on our faces. As I said, Steve and Mercedes Benz of Laguna Niguel, went, and go "above and beyond" to make their customers happy and the buying experience an experience.

Ive had the pleasure of meeting Ray Hashemi back in 2011 when I leased my first MB. I was impressed with not only the car but the services provided by Ray himself. Once my lease term was almost up I wanted to get into another MB however due to circumstances and haste, I opted for another maker and boy was that a mistake the moment I drove off in it. Over the next nearly 4 years I kept in touch with Ray eagerly anticipating the day Id get back into the MBLN family. Hes been extremely informative and helpful offering advice and the best options. Fast forward to 7/10/17 where at last the time has come, the deal and car was perfect for me (as Ray made every effort to do so) Thank you Ray, my friend! Wonderful 22-acre facility that boasts a strong selection and even better customer care. Our salesman was Steve, and Adam handled our finances. I name them specifically as we dealt with roughly 10 luxury dealerships, 3 Mercedes, in the span of a week, and no one left as much of a positive impression as they did. We left the lot with the right vehicle for a fantastic price that we werent certain would be feasible. Im obviously unable to comment on the experience of repairs, but I have no doubt they make repairs as pleasant a process as it can be. As for the buying process, it was smooth and very amiable from beginning to end. Im certain Ill be a returning customer in the future.

We are long time Mercedes customers and have shopped at dealers throughout California and the US. Others may say they want to "earn your business" or "are the biggest", but Mercedes of Laguna Niguel is by far the Best! From our Salesman (Ho Yi), all the way to the General Manager (Pat Bolter), every person in this dealership made our experience enjoyable. The moment you walk into the showroom, they are courteous, professional, knowledgeable and helpful, but the staff will leave you alone to spend as much time as you need to make your decision. They wont hover and follow you around the showroom... No pressure, but they are there to answer any question if you need. On every visit, at some point, the Sales Manager will come introduce himself to you to make sure you know every customer is a priority to them. It is obvious that this dealership gets its business vision, approach and people practices straight from the top down. After nearly 20 years of Mercedes purchases, we have finally found the very best dealer and just made our second purchase this year from Laguna Niguel. They even went so far as to detail my wifes car while we were shopping. Ho, Pat and the rest of their team have earned our loyalty! They always have a great selection of new and used cars, with a big AMG selection. If you dont see exactly what you want, they will do the research to find you just what you want.
