I appreciated that they called us in the morning to see if we were still on our way to check out a Honda instead of just selling it to whoever showed up first. In my years of owning a car and visiting the service department for maintenance have I ever had the experience I had with Alan last Saturday, February 4th. I felt relaxed and comfortable to be able to express my needs and budget without feeling the pressure of being sold into something I didnt need at the moment. For once, someone actually heard my needs and was empathetic. Thats what Alan offered to me and gave me hope that not all service department employees are in it for the commission or incentive by offering a service to customers that perhaps is not yet needed. He was gracious, attentive and a true professional.

This is the guy that sit to the left when you walk in didnt even asked me if I needed help.. 1 was there 15 minute and still didnt asked. But Ed and Jason did help...
