Our overall experience with this dealership and in particular, Vic Der-Tawitain was outstanding. Vic was a true professional and showed us all the features of the Acura RDX and the available packages. He explained thoroughly the differences in those packages and let us test drive the car on two separate occasions. Bill Barrette came in to work 2hrs. Early to accommodate my schedule and stayed 2hrs. After the dealership closed to complete the sale of my new Acura RLX. I test drove several cars from BMW and several from AUDI but none of them came within $10,000 of what I wanted from the ACURA RLX. THE WHOLE PURCHASING EXPERIENCE WAS PLEASANT. Anthony the Sales Manager found the BellaLuna exterior I wanted with the Seacoast interior I wanted and he and Bill made me a great deal. It was a Win-Win experience. I would recommend these professionals to anyone.

We shopped diligently for the best price on our new MDX with tech package, and this dealership won our business. It was over an hours drive from home, many others were closer. Our salesman Bill Barrette was wonderful, spending an entire afternoon with us to complete the transaction in one visit. He not only listened to our wants and needs regarding the car, but spent an hour orienting us to the technology and setting up our preferences. We highly recommend him and this most professional dealership.

My personal experiences with Norms dealer was very impressed, since the moment I contact them via e-mail until now ( two days after I purchased the vehicle). Bill W. (Sales) Responded my e-mail around 8 pm on December 25th. Next day a got an e-mail form the GM to follow up if I got all the answers that I was looking for. I went to see the vehicle and no one put the pressure on my to get the car. For 1st time ever some one showed me all the records from the car that I was looking. They gave me the lowest interest rate base on my credit history. Before I ended at this location I went to 3 different dealers closer to my residence but all of them (special Anaheim) where trying to just take my money away, they got upset and start raising their voices when I told them NO on their terms. I truly recommend Acura Norms dealer if you are looking for a car and honesty. Thanks

My name is Jermaine. I began looking for a vehicle seriously, via the internet, about one month ago. Two weeks ago, I discovered a 2012 acura tl sh-awd with a very rare combination of interior and exterior. I called the dealership and was connected with Joseph. He took initiative and took my contact information and sent me the basics: contact number, picture of the car, brief car details, and dealership location. I told Joe thank you, I need to speak with my fiancé, Corinthia, about the car and see if she is interested. Joe did not harass us or pressure us. Eight days later we came to visit the car. I contacted Joe prior and he had it on display and ready for us when we got to the dealership. Joe was test driving with another customer so we were escorted to the waiting area where we met Mr. Waller, who eventually would finalize the deal. He offered beverages and snacks while we waited. Some restaurants dont even have that kind of service so it was greatly appreciated and recognized. We went for the test drive and came back and ran some numbers. In my opinion, this was the only time I felt uncomfortable, but being at a dealership I understood that they were simply trying to do their job when offering us to finance through them. Matthew was very informative in explaining our financial options. Matthew and Joseph also gave us the privacy we needed, to pray on our decision, which was not to go ahead with the dealership but work something out with Corinthias credit union. The day we decided to come back after working out the financing with the credit union, Joe was done with his shift. He came back to work and got all the documentation going. He also gave Cori a brief tutorial on some of the cars features while we waited to sign papers. After looking at the car we actually came to this website to look at reviews. One of the negative reviews suggested to get things in writing that the dealer promised to fix. We did that with a key that was cracked and Matthew took care of it, as well as put it in writing. They interacted with us, were patient, and knowledgeable, each one with their own strengths. Besides not getting a giant bow to go on top of our new christmas present, we had an awesome experience. After finding the model I was looking for at this dealership, I contacted Dave the internet sales manager by email and made an appointment to see the car. When I arrived I was greeted by the sales staff and directed to the managers office. Another customer was looking over the car I was interested in, so I waited a few minutes and talked with Dave about my interest in the model I had contacted him about, a 02 Acura TL. Once the other customer had left, we took the car out for a test drive, as Dave explained all of the features of this car. He was very professional and helpful in assisting me with my purchasing decision. The dealership was almost ready to close when we got the paperwork finished with the finance manager, and Dave waited to answer all of my questions, and put the keys in my hand that night. It was a pleasure to buy a car from Norm Reeves Mission Viejo. Since my purchase a couple of weeks ago, I have received a personally signed letter from the general manger of dealership thanking me on my purchase of this pre-owned car, and assuring me that this is just the start of our relationship; and a second letter from the service manager, inviting me to try the service department for the scheduled maintenance of my car. Overall the dealership staff is very friendly and professional, the facilities are spotlessly clean and modern. It was a real pleasure doing business with these people.

Salesperson made false promises just to get the sale. The CD was stuck which did not allow us to listen to the radio and the visor on the drivers side would not fold down. We closed the sale of the vehicle after the service department was closed and he verbally promised that the items were an easy fix and asked us to bring the vehicle back at a more convenient time. At the time, we were very satisfied with his service and professionalism not realizing that we should have had him write his promises down because the following day, he denied telling us that this could be fixed at no cost to us. I work for a bank and I understand how important it is to provide the best customer service and making good on my promises because I know that I represent the reputation of my bank. Apparently Norm Reeve Acura of Mission Viejo does not care about their reputation. I called the salesperson, Nick, and he started to become very vague about whether or not he can get the items fixed since we did not put it in writing. He still suggested that we come down and have the service department look at the vehicle. I called the service department and spoked to Amanda. She asked what the problems were and who was my salesperson and she would get back with me. Later that day, she left a message and stated that the problems with my car had to be referred out to the Mercedes-Benz dealership. She had placed a call to them and would get back to me. After 5 days with no word, I had to call her back and remind her of my situation. She said that she would follow-up on this and get back with me. She called back the same day and told me that after talking to her service manager, I could take the vehicle to Mercedes-Benz dealership and have them work on the vehicle and the bill will be taken care of by Norm Reeves Acura of Mission Viejo. I repeated everything she told me just to make sure I was hearing correctly. She confirmed and asked to me call her before I went to the dealership. I called the Mercedes-Benz dealership and they suggested that I make an appointment and give all the details to the service person, Christian, when I arrive. The morning of the appointment, I called Amanda to inform her I was on my over there in 1/2 an hour. I got a message machine and left a voice mail. That morning I left my vehicle with the instructions Amanda gave me and provided her phone number. I did not hear from Christian until the next day in the afternoon telling me that there seemed to be a problem and he was waiting for Amanda to call back. She was not returning his calls. I called and also left a message. Apparently we were getting the runaround. The service department had to wait until someone talked to the salesperson again and he was not in until the next day. We had to wait another day wondering what was going on. The next day we finally get an answer. The salesperson is denying that he made any promises even though at the time my husand was test driving the car, he mentioned getting things fixed in front of him and my son. I am very disappointed that the salesperson is behaving this way and even more so in the company. I had thought that Norm Reeves Acura was a very good reputable company and what ever differences there were, they would make it right for the customer. At the bank, we always make it right by our customer because at the end its the customers happiness that counts and keepsm us in business. We were sent to the Mercedes-Benz on a false pretense and hope that everything would be alright. We originally came to the Acura dealership to look for a possible car for out soon to be 16-yr old. We have two older boys that currently own Acuras and have been very happy with the vehicle. When my husband saw the Benz, he thought that he would my boys vehicle on the back burner and surprise me with the Benz as a gift. Needless to say, we will not be coming back to Norm Reeves for the other vehicle

This is the best car buying experience I have had. I love my ILX. Great car loaded with features. I love the tech and the wife loves the proximity key, she never has to take it out of her purse. In any case, this is a review about the dealer, specifically about the internet sales rep Steven. From the time I pulled up to the building to the time I signed the paperwork it was no more than an hour. My wife filled out a form on cars.com and a few minutes later I got an email from Steven. I got a price and set up a test drive with a couple of emails. Showed up at the dealership took a drive and true to his word I got the price he sent me. It could not have been easier. I could not be happier.

Bill, the internet manager, was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He gave us a good descriptions of the MDX features, worked out an attractive offer on our trade-in, and came in on his day off to complete the lease when we had made the decision. Matthew, the finance manager, was also very helpful and responsive to our concerns when finalizing the financial arrangements. Both men worked very hard to make sure we had a very positive experience during the process, and made sure that the car was exactly right in every respect.
