The client service was a team effort, everyone worked together to completely satisfy my needs during my experience. While one person was calling my bank another was getting my insurance information ready for the salesman who mind you was working with me the whole time. (Jeff) Anyone who was free was all hands on to expedite processes that can be somewhat time consuming. Coffee, water and snacks were offered as I waited (which was never very long or impractical) or during the duration of paperwork.
