Sandy Taylor and the rest of the staff at Intercar were a pleasure to do business with. They were knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. I walked in at 10am without any advance notice. I was driving home in my new E300 by 2pm after test driving, trading in my existing C300, negotiating and completing all of the paperwork. Will definitely recommend Intercar to friends and family and use them for service.

When we first walked into the dealership we were met by the used car manager Ed he was great to us, trying to find a Car I built from a web sight. Ed was not able to find the type of car I built, so what he did was to pass us to a sales rep more familiar with what I wanted, he was David kolstadt. He spent a lot of time trying to find something very similar to the one that I built on the website. He was very professional, we were at dealership for several hours they were courteous, treated us like we were family. We were able to pick out a car and the rest was a pleasant experience in getting the car. Istrongly recommend this dealership and my experience with David was ten out of ten.

This location is the BEST auto dealership I have ever worked with. Im a very busy person and rarely have time to look yet buy a new vehicle. I contacted Intercar Mercedes- Benz. From the very first contact I received from Jennifer I explained my difficult schedule and what I was looking for. She was Awesome she kept in contact with me giving me updates day to day, different options was just a pleasure to work with. Then when I decided on a GLS 450 she put me in contact with David. I again spoke with David minimally everything was either text or email which helped me tremendously. I spoke with David we made a deal quickly and efficiently. Another great sign of customer service. On the day I went to pick up my new Mercedes-Benz (which is my very first one) The location was immaculate, every vehicle was shining the location was the cleanest dealership I have Ever seen. The receptionist was very friendly and contacted David I met David and the Dales Mgr Keith we looked over my new GLS and spoke a little bit very friendly great customer service again. We went in and met Reid in financial he went over everything throughly and moved me to the next step, getting my vehicle. David again took me through everything the GLS had to offer each option, what each button controlled everything!!! I can honestly say I will come back to this Dealership to buy my next Mercedes- Benz without hassatation. They are the nicest group of people I have met in a long while. They made my buying experience effortless, they bent over backwards to make sure I was serviced in every way possible. I live in Edison, NJ and tried couple of Mercedes dealers and the customer service was very poor. At one place the sales rep said without a sun roof your navigation will not work. I searched in web, found Intercar, found their service is excellent, great team work and they are so flexible that they accepted my request for order to build my Mercedes GLC and received my vehicle from Germany in 5 to 6 weeks. I want to thank Dominic and Anthony for their best efforts. All along this process Mr. David Kolstad at Intercar was Great, Excellent, in explaining me about the vehicle, updating me of the progress when the vehicle was built, shipped and the final delivery at the Intercar’s location. My sincere thanks to Mr. David Kolstad and I request Intercar to open a branch in Central New Jersey.

Sandy is the most patient, non-stressful, non-pressure sales person ever!! I test drove different models all day long. I chose one car and right before I was to sign the seller papers, I wanted to test drive one more additional car. Once I test drove that FINAL car, I changed my mind and purchaed that car, not the original car that I was to purchase. Sandy was so patient, no pressure, no complaints and redid all the paperwork. My husband and I needed a car. We researched all dealership deals in the area. My husband suggested we stop at Intercar. I was hesitant as I know Mercedes is very well made and quite expensive. We walked around and viewed a few pre-owned certified vehicles, but were still hesitant. Reid Smith came out to greet us. His knowledge of the vehicle soon eased our hesitation. It turned out that the vehicle we were interested in was actually more affordable than most dealerships in the area and with the Mercedes reputation of safety we decided to purchase the vehicle. Bough a new but CPO converted car with less than 200 miles. When picked up, the sales person did not check the car ahead of time. And I noted that it has two scratches in the bumper - the sales person told me to sign the paper to accepted the delivery. They told me someone will be at me house to get that two scratches fixed. Two days later, referred me to a local 3rd party to have this fixed. And the 3rd party did not return called for 3-4 days. Now, a week or so later, this is still not fixed. Email the sales person and the general manager - no response!

I tried to execute a very straightforward and very inexpensive (less than $30) parts order with Intercar Mercedes and they dropped the ball several times. They shipped the part to the wrong address (admittedly their own fault) so FedEx had to return it to them; they failed to re-send the part in a timely manner (took 3 more weeks and a couple phone calls from me to get it reshipped even though they should have done it on their own); They promised theyd send the part overnight because of the initial mix up and delays (they sent it ground anyway and it took 5 extra days); I reached out to Larry who is the parts department manager about the issues and he never returned a phone call or email. Last but not least, I finally reached out to Cheryl, the GM of the dealership to share my frustration because it took A MONTH to fulfill an order for an in-stock part that should have taken a few business days and I couldnt get anyone to return my calls. I kindly asked Cheryl for a refund and she promised to look into it and get back with me. Well that was nearly two weeks ago and Ive still never heard back from anyone. If you want good customer service and your parts delivered in a timely manner, go somewhere else!
