This is an awesome place to purchace a car,whether its new or used. Jeff Nowinski helped my good friend from the moment I called in this morning. We drove all the way from San Bernardino just to come here. When we arrived, Jeff had everything that we needed ready and raring to go. We are always quick to complain but never quick to complement. Acura of Glendale is a great place to take your car to get serviced or even to purchase your new car or buy a used one. Tony has been my Service Advisor for quite some time and I am always satisfied with the service I get. Abiel is also customer friendly and is always quick to check me out because i am always rushing on my lunch break. I really like going to places that go above and beyond because I feel that the customer friendly atmosphere is becoming non existent in the retail world. So, it is nice to go to an establishment with such great service.

I bought my Acura MDX here new in 2007 and their service department has been taking excellent care of it ever since. I usually work with Manny Esquivel. Manny has gone above and beyond for me many times. When my passenger side window was smashed during a break-in, Manny told me to bring the car directly in. He immediately found a loaner car for me to use (not easy on short notice). Then he got my car repaired and all the glass cleaned out by the end of the day! He got it turned around so quickly and thoroughly that it almost felt like nothing had happened. I dont take my car anywhere else for repairs.

I saw Dwight on his Facebook page "The Acura Guy" and sent him a message telling him I wanted to trade in my Honda Accord and purchase a TSX. I wanted Navigation for sure and was trying to keep my payments low. We worked out all the details through email and I drove all the way down from Sacramento to pick up my new TSX from Dwight. Ive been taking my 2007 MDX there since I purchased it (new) and they have consistently shown excellence in customer service. More than once, Manny Esquival has gone above and beyond for me. Last year my passenger side window was smashed in a break-in. Manny told me to just bring my car straight in to him. He somehow immediately found a loaner car for me (which is not always easy to do) and had my window repaired and all broken glass cleaned up by the next day. It wasnt just the work that he supervised, it was the care he took to handle it so fast and thoroughly that it reduced my anxiety over the whole thing. You just really cant go wrong with this service center or with Manny!

Since then, I have always called to make an appointment with Brad for my TSX. He always provides excellent service from start to finish. When I make an appointment, Brad reserves a car for me to use during the day when I leave my car for servicing or repair. He provides an estimate, calls during the day to update me, and then calls to let me know when my car is ready to be picked up. Brad is personable, knowledgeable and explains things thoroughly. I can call with a question about my car and he always knows the answer. Brad is the reason I give 5 stars for overall, customer service and quality of repair.

For 10 years I have been bringing my 2004 TSX to Acura of Glendale for service. Not that I have to go very often -- my Acura has proven incredibly reliable and has had no major mechanical problems. Tony in Service is fantastic -- always returns my calls quickly and gets the job done promptly. If I dont need a service, he tells me, he is not out to do anything thats unnecessary. A couple of times, he comped me out-of-warranty repairs for a few little things that went wrong. They always provide me with a loaner car for the day, even if Im just getting an oil change. Couldnt be happier with my experience.

The only hard sell was when doing the paperwork and the person handling this tried to sell us on additional things we didnt want and which we just firmly declined. When I purchased my 2014 MDX with Tech Package, I submitted my offer to 5 Acura dealerships . Dwight Rogers stood so far in front of all the dealers I had internet contact with that he really is in a class by himself. He didnt fool around. He was educated, pleasant, and arrow straight. He gave me the price, quickly and efficiently. When it was time to pick the car up, he was at the door to greet my wife and I. The papers were all on his desk stacked neatly and ready to go. He explained every paper I signed and why. Then he sat us in the new MDX and for an hour, explained all the bells and whistles. He programmed our iphones to work, he made sure Pandora came through. He explained and entered our home address on the Navi. He said, many times: "Just call me anytime and Ill help you", and he did. When I emailed questions to him, he not only answered, but sent illustrative photos of the screen in the car so my fixing the problem was easy. Dwight is a consummate and very fine professional, in an area of sales known for unprofessional slick behavior. He made buying a real pleasure and this is my second MDX and the car is a gem. So is Dwight Rogers.

came in late night weekend and got my 2012 TSX at this dealer few months ago, car was great also the management was great. I was very satified with pricing and process of paper work. unfortunately when i came back to the dealership to get my free car wash which the sale person promised me that if i get the car from him i would get my car wash free as long as i still own the car, and they told me there is no such thing as free car wash. It made me look stupid when i drove into the dealer so i went talk to him and he told me different story from what i was told by him before i agree to buy the car.

Car shopping falls right down the list of getting a aching tooth pulled. I dislike the process of selecting, negotiating and the close. Dwight made the process simply, easy and enjoyable. There was no pressure-- he showed me several cars and when I finally made what I felt was my final selection , it still took me several days to make my decision. He outlined all the options, monthly payments etc. When I got to the person for the paperwork, that was a different story. He was young and a bit inexperienced. He did not explain or articulated the information well and this became frustrating.

When i got there, no one came out to help me. I had to go look for a salesman. The salesman who "helped" me was horrible. He was rude and not willing to negotiate whatsoever. I dont know how he plans to make it as a salesman who his attitude and his extreme lack of customer service. When I attempted to contact the dealership through cars.com, I did not receive a response. Horrible dealership! I would not recommend this place to anyone! It makes sense why they still have brand new 2011s.
