I called to test drive a used Mazda CX5 when I was transferred to Jason Price. It was selling for a great price so It has several people coming to look at it. Jason was very professional when he called to advise the SUV was not at their store, but I could make an appointment if it was still available. I was hesitant to wait a few days, so he told me about the deals that were going on for the CX3 and CX5. I was looking at the CX3 in 2016 so it was only right to come in to see what deals were available. Jason always kept me in the loop. He called with updates and always stayed professional. He answered all my 101 questions with no problem. Everyone know that buying a car can be tedious, but he made my experience informative and fun. I am glad I was able to get a new 2017 Mazda CX3. Recently purchased our first-ever Mazda -- a CX-9. Was considering the Toyota Highlander as well, but all the reviews seemed to give the CX-9 an edge. Love the vehicle! Tosh was great to work with; rather than "selling" us on the car, she asked questions and actually listened to us. What a novel idea! Buying process and financing were a pleasant experience, and no pressure. Would highly recommend this vehicle to anyone considering it, and would also highly recommend Heritage Mazda Owings Mills as a place to buy it.

I would go out of my way to recommend Heritage Mazda to anyone in the market for a new car or car repair. I really tested this dealership: I was an out of state purchase in the market for a lease, I wanted accessories added to the car, I needed their service department and I had A LOT of initial questions and hesitations going into the process. Joe summers was my sales guy and he answered all my pre-purchase questions and is still answering my post-purchase questions. He was very patient and buying this car in Maryland from New York, he helped me feel comfortable each step of the process. The actual purchase was perfection. When I got to the dealer the car was out front ready for me, they were jovial, kind and excited for me. Finance guy Tony was also a pleasure to work with and even have a chat with. I worked with service on my accessories for my car and also on a spot I noticed that needed repair from the factory. BEST CAR SERVICE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! Ricky in service made a lasting impression on me with his care and attentiveness. They were thorough, professional and good technicians. I also had all my technology questions answered by one of their tech experts. I wish I lived closer to use them as my service and maintenance. One caution to the wise- Keep an eye on management! I worked with Mike, who was doing his job (driving up sales) and while I had a fondness for his demeanor and get it done attitude, he did play hard ball and I had to work diligently to get the price I was promised at the onset. Came back to buy my cx-5 and while my old sales person was dry and not very engaging this time was the complete opposite. Kevin Kolesa helped me get the exact car I wanted. He engaged me the moment I walked in and was very upfront and honest about the process. Only person I dealt with the whole time and he never pressured. I didnt leave with the feeling of getting taken advantage of actually I felt the opposite. The sales guy Kevin Kolesa was great. The gentleman that handled the finance part of the process was great as well. I put money down and financed the rest with a warranty. They made all the options for the different warranties available and financing options simple and easy to understand . They also got me a great rate on the loan. This is actually the first and only dealership that I have dealt with that didnt give me any issues and respected me. My wife loves her car and as they say a happy wife equals a happy life. The car itself is perfect for my wife and I actually like riding in the passenger seat. With the AWD drive my will be able to get to work in the snow.
