Yesterday, I had my car to the dealership for a Recall...I was pleased that they sent somebody to pick-up the car since I was reluctant to drive AFTER being notified my battery was in danger of catching on fire! WHAT I AM NOT HAPPY WITH IS THE FACT I HAD BEEN CONTACTED FOR WEEKS ASKING ME TO TAKE ANOTHER LEASE, DESPITE THE FACT I STILL HAVE UNTIL JANUARY ON MY LEASE...I FINALLY AGREED TO CONSIDER IT AND TOLD THEM TO LOOK AT MY CAR SINCE IT WAS COMING IN FOR A RECALL! WHAT I DIDNT EXPECT WAS I WOULD RECEIVE A CALL "TELLING ME ALL BETS WERE OFF THE TABLE!" i WAS TOLD THERE WAS A "DING" IN THE DOOR (which I had no knowledge of) AND ALSO THAT I NEEDED A NEW BUMPER! I did know there were a few nicks in the bumper and I looked into having them repaired (cost was around $250) but never was it mentioned I needed a new bumper! I was also told by the repair shop to let it go since I would be re-leasing and they would probably let it go...AGAIN, I REMIND YOU THAT I HAVE BEEN HOUNDED BY SEVERAL PEOPLE AT CAUSEWAY HONDA AND THEN DROPPED LIKE A HOT POTATO! This is the fourth car my husband and I have leased from Causeway and since my husbands death in 2013, I have leased in my name and only have 13,000 miles on it. I also pay $5 extra a month for some type of insurance and asked the salesman who contacted me about it and he didnt want to be bothered to look it up. WOULD I RECOMMEND YOU TO MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS AFTER THIS HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE? I DOUBT THIS VERY MUCH...WHAT ABOUT HONORING A LOYAL CUSTOMER OR IS THAT OUT THESE DAYS?

The dealership got me the car I wanted in the color I wanted and the model I wanted. I only needed to wait a couple of days. A few days after picking up the car I was called back in and was told that the wrong vin number was on all of my paperwork. The vin number was a car that was on the lot, not the one I had bought. Thank goodness I didnt have an accident with the wrong vin on my insurance. Made me somewhat leary but it was fixed and new paperwork was produced. They were trying to get in touch with me and I didnt notice their calls for a few days. Why a car that I took a test drive in was attached to my name is a mystery.

Brought my Ridgline in for new tires and alignment and there was a noise coming from my front end. Honda service department found source of noise and made necessary repairs at a reasonable cost.
