Danny Llamas met me as soon as I got out of my car and quickly went over my service records and described what needed to be done and got me on my way quickly. The car was ready when promised and the work was fine.

My service consultant was Danny Llamas and he was friendly and helpful. Id made an appointment online, but for some reason it didnt show up in the system. Danny took me in anyway and moved my service appointment quickly. Overall, everything went well. The wifi worked. Im not sure why the tv was blasting sports since none of us seemed interested in it (I think its likely an assumption of interest), but it wasnt bothersome. It would be great to update or clean the furniture, but I understand its a high traffic area. Whats most important is that my car is well cared for, the service was fast and friendly. Ill continue to use this service and recommend it to others.

When an indicator light in my Prius came on, I did 2 things: checked my manual and called Joey Lutz! Hes helped me with previous repairs and I trust him and the service people at Toyota of Hollywood. They did not disappoint! I was able to schedule an appointment easily and when I dropped off my car, the courtesy van was ready to take me back home. Turns out, a few things needed attention. Since Im on a budget (who isnt?!) Joey and I always talk about safety and an appropriate timeline for repairs. I admire our candor and his straightforward approach. The repairs were done quickly and weve already scheduled my next appointment. Success!
"My Corollas First Repair"
When I first pulled into the service bay, I was told that they had a new expedited service and that I should drive around to the other bay. However, I found that the waiting time was just as long as usual. That is why I only give four stars for the Overall category. Other than that, the attention and service that I received from Jackie Hercules was outstanding. She was informative, personable and outgoing. Her sense of humor became apparent when I commented on the squeaky floors in the showroom as we walked to the bay to pick up my car.

My very first Service Advisor was Patrick Cabral, who, after more than 15 years moved up, but not far from the people, myself included, who have come to know him and his ideals. Arshak then became my new Service Advisor probably for 5 years now, and following him within the ranks is Sarey. Yes, there have been adjustements, but Pat and Arshak are not far away, and always available to ensure their customers remain satisfied. When I met Pat so many years ago, he opened my eyes as to what a real Service Repair station should be and, adversely, what it should NOT be. It should not be something to be feared, and, as such, an enormous weight was lifted from my shoulders. After a short period I quickly realized I no longer had to be concerned whether I was receiving useless and unnecessary repairs. Pat is a true reflection of the philosophy of Toyota of Hollywood. No one will ever replace Pat, but his high service standards are passed on to fill the open spot, Pats open spot, which he watches to ensure his ideals forever remain no matter who follows. Arshak, with whom Ive been working (4-5 years now) in Pats absence, shows not just that hes a Service Advisor who has learned and been taught the same ideals, but some of these things are NOT taught, they must be immediately evident or there would be no match. Arshak ensures his own personal vision aligns, or exceeds, Toyota of Hollywoods tradition of treating customers and people with respect, care, confidence, etc. Now Sarey, the most recent Service Advisor, is part of the blend. NOT just another one, but a one who brings the same qualities, ideals, standards, etc. I live five minutes from another Toyota Dealer & Service facility and 40 minutes from Toyota of Hollywood. Think about it. Toyota of Hollywood has created a long-term relationship with me. I feel fortunate knowing those Ive met there and Im thankful for it. Michael M.

Took my 2012 Tacoma (bought at Toyota of Hollywood) in for servicing. Very fair price for the service. Had my spare tire replace one with low tread. Had a question about the spare the next day, a full size tire. Hank Fairchild gave me an answer that made sense and gave me peace of mind. Thank you Hank.

I brought my car to Toyota Of Hollywood dealership due to a dashboard light that indicates a steering wheel airbag needs to be check. Victor Oajaca takes time and patiently helped me to find out why the airbag dashboard light comes out. After checking, It turns out that the airbag computer sensor needs to be replaced. Unfortunately, Toyota does not manufacture anymore that said computer sensor for an old car, year 1995. Victor is very helpful in resolving the problem by providing a sincere and honest information as to where else we could find the parts. Thank you, Victor.

I was a little surprised at the long list of things that was recommended to repair was so large, but Lily Keshishyan talked me through the process to determine which ones I really needed to do now. I was a little surprised that I was told, the tire I had that kept going flat (which was the reason I went in) was fine, but I needed four new tires. When I insisted they check the tire again, they found a nail and two new tires sufficed. I take my car there all the time for service so I was surprised to get a multi-thousand dollar estimate for work. Thank goodness for Lily.

[Carlos Pelayo] My car needed urgent attention when I accidentally put in diesel instead of petrol into a Toyota Corolla. Carlos was sympathetic to my needs and patient, even though I wasnt happy with the mistake I had made. Carlos and his team took care of the problem ASAP and was professional and courteous. Id been searching for 3 weeks for a 4Runner TRD Off Road Premium. It seems shipments only arrive on 2 week intervals. When I saw Toyota of Hollywood had a silver one I contacted them to see if was available. I spoke to Ider Gongor who explained the vehicle was on its way to the US, and if I reserved it, they would give me a break on the price. Given this was a rare vehicle, and most other dealers I spoke to wanted no less than MSRP, I put a deposit down on it. Ider kept me informed on its transit, and once it arrived, made the purchase process quick and easy. The next time I need a Toyota, Ider is the first person Ill call.

Joey Lutz is great All the service guys are excellent. I have been going to Hollywood Toyota for 15 years. The service is always great. and reasonably priced. They are very through about everything that needs attention and also what needs immediate service. They have a nice comfortable clean waiting room with cable t.v. and coffee and snacks and magazines. I love that they drive me home to wait when it over a hour or 2 waiting time .and pick me up when the work is done on the car The only thing that might need improving is the pick-up time schedule is sometimes sketchy or late picking me up toward the end of the day. I get stressed when the pick up van is late and I have to call the dealership to see if they are on the way. or not. But that is the only thing I have a complaint about. Everything else is great. I will continue to go there for all my car maintence needs. I love the place.

Ali and the Hollywood Toyota team are the best! I came in rather unhappy with a previous Toyota I had gotten from different dealership. I had let myself be sold into a very basic Corolla lease that didnt really fit my needs, and when I tried to go back into the other dealership to talk about ending the lease and getting into a different car the other toyota dealership wasnt very helpful at all. Ali not only worked with us to find the cheapest way to end the lease early, but got us a great deal for a trade in and an unheard of price for our Rav4 Hybrid. It was one of the easiest car buying experiences Ive ever had and I cant recommend Ali and the rest of Hollywood Toyota enough!

Could only drive vehicle for 2 miles on test drive no where to drive in Hollywood couldnt get into high gear salesman produced keys did not produce the remotes for the automatic door locks until it was time to pick up the vehicle they did not work because the automatic door locks did not work. Not happy about that
