Good price on the vehicles which drew me into the company . I drive from nh to make a purchase . I asked for the AC to be fixed before taking the vehicle . It wasnt repaired . Didnt think to test it as it was in middle of winter and was focused on heat . First day it hit 70s I tried it and didnt work . I was passed the warranty and still called them due to the time I owned it . Now when I asked what was done to repair the AC the response was idk. No paperwork but they covered the labor. My one star covers that. They lost the deal on my next purchases due to garage being built. They are good at sales but make sure to check tapirs made as thats a sham.

I purchased a 2011 Mercedes from Richards Motorcars in November 2013. During the initial buying process, they agreed to get a second smartkey made for the vehicle. It took a full month, and a lot of phone calls to finally receive the second key. Also, when we did the inspection of the vehicle, there was a gash in one of the tires that we wanted replaced, which they again agreed too. When we picked up the car, they assured us that they changed out the tire, but come to find out, they just took off that tire, turned it around and put it back on! I will not be purchasing another vehicle from them!

I have 2001 Mercedes Benz ML55 AMG. I arrived to this dealership to take a look on 2011 Mercedes Benz GL450. Internet sales manager was showing to me this Mercedes. I liked the car and actually almost decided to go into the process of buying but was stopped by Internet sales manager because my car is too old and has already 108000 miles. He said is better to sell my car on www.cars.com and then come back to the dealership and buy. He is very honest person. I like what he did. I used to sell cars myself and I know usually they like to push customers to buy. This dealership has very competitive prices and I think this is why they dont push you to buy. I recommend this dealership. Very low competitive prices. Huge selection.

Purchased a 2011 BMW 550 from this dealership in Sept.2012, found the vehicle on cars.com , sent an email to inquire about the vehicle and I was quickly responded to by Frank Bonnano. I explained to Frank that I live in Flagstaff AZ and I have been looking for this particular model BMW but I was in experienced in purchasing a vehicle without actually viewing the vehicle in person. He assured me that Richards Motorcars was very familiar in dealing with circumstances like mine and offered to bring the BMW to the local BMW dealership for a pre-sale inspection for my own reassurance. Frank Facilitated the transport to the local BMW store and I shortly thereafter received a phone call from the BMW rep. assuring me the quality of the 550 which gave me tremendous peace of mind! Frank then arranged shipping for me and I received my vehicle approx. 10 days after I started the process. Very Impressed with the whole process that I recently purchased another vehicle from Richards for my wife (2010 audi A6) and this time I had the complete confidence in Frank and Richards that I passed on having an independent inspection after a thorough description by Frank on the vehicles condition and once again I was very pleased when our Audi arrived as stated! "First Purchase Of Many!"

I called this dealership and spoke to Nick Plasteras about a BMW 535, I was very pleased to hear his professionalism and product knowledge of the vehicle and the fact that it was still in stock. Reason being is that I had made many calls to other luxury car dealers in the area and was displeased by the lack of product knowledge and the bait and switch methods that were trying to be forced upon me after learning the vehicle I had called on was no longer on their lot for sale but the adds remained online! I decided to visit Richards Motorcars and I was greeted by Mr. Plasteras whom had the vehicle waiting for me up front CLEANED and ready for a test drive. After a 1 mile test drive and further discussion with Nick I felt very comfortable with him and his dealership. We consummated a very fair deal and purchased a late model BMW. We have had our vehicle for 3 months now with problem free driving so I decided to bring my daughter into Richards to purchase her first automobile. I came to Richards based on finding the exact color combination I was looking for online. I had been at a few other dealers before arriving at Richards and I will say I was a little skeptical. I had dealt with "name brand" used dealers and didnt recognize Richards as a well known and reputable dealer. Truth is, they werent well known to me, but they were certainly reputable. My first interaction was With Nick. I found him to be approachable, informative and easy to work with. The car I was looking at was in use by the GM (Frank) when I came in to see it. Despite being in use, they made the car available for a quick viewing. I was pleased with the car from a configuration and pricing standpoint and wanted to see it detailed. They had it ready the next day and we started working on a deal. While I gave them a 4 on pricing, my deal was fair and reasonable, Im not going to give anyone a 5 in this category. I was going to trade two vehicles and walk away with nothing out of pocket. In the end, I changed my mind and traded only one vehicle and paid the difference. I was treated fairly and professionally by all. I enjoyed working with Frank, Joe and Nick and I plan to use them for my service in the future. I would recommend them again for any of my friends or family and when I make my next purchase, I will be certain to give them a visit. Their low pressure sales approach lets their impressive inventory speak for itself and do the selling. Overall, a great experience and a nice change from the high pressure sales of the larger dealerships in the area.

I was looking to purchase a used car for a while, but had trouble finding the car I wanted at a reasonable price. I heard of Richards online and decided to take a drive there (I live over an hour away) to see a Mercedes suv they were selling. As soon as I walked in I met Nick. Nick is such a nice guy and was the best to work with! He gave me the keys and I checked out the car. There were a few minor imperfections (its a used car I know) but nick gave me his word everything I pointed out would be fixed! I ended up purchasing the car (with zero pressure) and when I picked it up it looked brand new!!! Everyone there is very friendly and they are nice, honest people who made buying a car very easy! I must first state that I don enjoy purchasing vehicles. I have walked out of 3 places during a sale and never had a great experience in my lifetime (more than a dozen cars). My background is mechanical engineering and I a particular person with specific requirements. With that being said, dealing with Richards has been the best and most enjoyable experience in buying a car by a landslide. It started right from the beginning with their inventory. They have a very good selection of quality automobiles. I am located around 1 hours away from them, so a detailed observation of the automobile before I travel is essential. Franks evaluation of the Audi and BMW over the phone with me was spot on. When I arrived to review the vehicles, he had covered every detail very well and there were no surprises. Joe then handled the finances and was very pleasant to deal with. Shortly after I had a chance to talk to Richard and discuss his business model. I recently purchased a 2007 BMW 650i Coupe from Richards Motorcars. I checked out their website and found the vehicle I was interested in. I was contacted immediately by "Nick" who was fantastic to deal with, he answered all my questions and was well versed on the BMW. I was hesitant at first as I never had a good experience with used car dealerships, but Nick was a "no pressure" sales person. I went to the dealership a few days later and checked out the BMW in person and was greeted by Nick who told me to take my time and check out the car and to take it for a test drive. I never felt pressured at anytime to "buy" the vehicle. I left the dealership to think it over and a few days later I contacted Nick and traded in my Corvette for the BMW, the dealership gave me exactly what I wanted for a trade in value. I could not have been more pleased, they got me a great rate from the bank with the terms I was looking for, the paperwork was well prepared by "Frank" who was also a pleasure to deal with. I have not been disappointed, the vehicle was everything they said it was and a few minor problems were taken care of right away. I was even met by Richard Sr. the owner who was very personable. I was never treated so well by any dealership and have told my friends about Richards Motorcars. I plan on purchasing a second BMW for my son within a few months and look forward to another pleasant experience.

I actually bought two cars from these guys in one week! Not one, but two. I picked up a gorgeous Audi A6 3.2 for my wife. Frank, Nick and Joe were fabulous to work with. Its rare that you enjoy a car buying experience. However working with Frank Bonnano and his colleague Joe was a great experience. I saw the car I wanted online on a Saturday morning, went over to test drive it, sat down discussed finances and was out the door in an hour. While I was examining the car during the test drive, I expressed some concern over the state of the tires. Frank said he would check with his service people and get back to me. On the day I took delivery Frank mentioned that the tires were borderline and that he had ordered me an entire new set because he didnt want me to have to buy a new set of tires 3 months after taking delivery of the car. That is outstanding care and service. I will be sure to give them a call when I next have to buy a car. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them. They are a best in class organization.

Found this Car dealer on ebay and purchased a very nice Audi Q7 with options I was looking for. Because I live in Maryland I did most of my transaction by phone with my sales consultant Nick P. He was very professional and upfront, which I found refreshing. I flew to Boston to pick up my vehicle and Nick met me at the airport, very convenient!
