I walked into Crowley Kia with no intention of buying a new car. I was "just looking". I have had so many bad experiences in my life buying and shopping for cars that i was really dreading the process. But then I met my salesman for the first time. Rob Boyle. Not only was he friendly, he wasnt pushy at all. Gave me all my options and was very straight forward. Ive never been happier in my life at a car dealership. We laughed and I got a great deal at the same time. Rob boyle is truly the only reason why I bought this car that day. (Other than I loved the car of course) My advice to everyone who reads this. I came with my wife to Buy a car and had never thought I would have met someone that not only cared about my buying experience, budget, and was also really friendly as well. Mike Martella was always quick with a joke and took the time with my family that we needed... I have never had an experience buying a car that made me feel anyway but "dirty" until I bought my new Sorento. Mike explained everything, showed me the service department and then indroduced me to everyone. I mean everyone... I met the parts department, sales staff and manager, then The General Manger before I left. Helpful, friendly, great facility, and a salesmen that can not be described but experienced himself. We had two exceptional experiences with Rob at Crowley Kia who was more than willing to work with us to get the deals we wanted. The first time we went in with the goals to get a great deal and drive off in a new, larger SUV than our previous vehicle. Rob exceeded our needs finding the ideal vehicle in the desired color at an amazing monthly price. He was friendly, understanding, and willing to go extra lengths to help us. We left with a beautiful new 2017 Sorento all thanks to this great employee. With such a good experience, we knew we had to return a second time to work with Rob to purchase a used Sorento and trade-in our old vehicle. Rob remembered us and everything we were looking for, and within an hour he landed us with the perfect 2016 Sorento with perks, again getting us a fantastic deal. Had problem with the sale hours after getting home, took a long time to get any response to the issues. Long story short, I asked several direct question about things about the car, model, trim, features, warranty. The sales person did not answer them honestly and the GM despite knowing that I had text messages from the sales person admitting that he "made mistakes" had no intention on trying to fix the situation at all. Over all a terrible experience. I strongly suggest you buy elsewhere.

This was our second Kia purchased at Crowley. Based on the positive buying experience on our previous Kia Forte, combined with the absolutely top-notch service department, when we decided to trade up to a new Kia Optima, going here was a no brainer. Once again, it was a very positive car buying experience. Mike Martella our salesman listened to what we were looking for, made a well thought out recommendation and got us the Optima that we wanted with the best mix of features that we were asking for. Mike did a great job explaining all the features and settings for our car...even after he knew we decided to buy it. Financing was good as well...there was an initial issue with this, and the finance person fixed it quickly and we got it for the terms that we were looking for (Mike stayed involved throughout the process). At no time were we kept waiting more than a couple of minutes, and as soon as the paperwork was complete they had our Optima clean/detailed, gassed up, and we were ready to go. One of the key reasons that we came back to Crowley Kia was that for the past 4+ years that we owned our Forte, Crowley Kias service department has been a delight to deal with. Always polite, always fully explaining any work that needed to be done, and all work done right and on time.

My experience was poor. Initially I was trading e-mails with a member of the internet team. I had indicated to him I was interested in a purchase, not a lease, and made an appointment to meet with him. He introduced me to as sales associate who gave me additional information on the vehicle, took me on a test drive, and took information from me on what exactly I was looking to pay and had me fill out some form. The Sales Manager, came back to me with an option to lease, which I really wasnt interested in. He provided a quote that was totally unacceptable, and was no where near the amount I had discussed with the sales associate that I was looking to pay on a monthly basis. I was never offered information on a purchase.

Dealership didnt have the specific car we were looking for (based upon color and amenities), and didnt push in-stock inventory; otherwise, they took the initiative to trade off with another dealership to ensure a positive customer experience.
