I had been looking at a truck advertised by Schaller on Cars.com. They had a 2013 GMC Sierra 1500 SLT that I liked the looks of and was in the price range I was wanting to stay in so on 2/18/17 my wife, sister-in-law and I went by the Schaller dealership to see the truck. We looked at the truck on the lot for a few minutes and decided to take it for a test drive so I walked across the street to find a salesman. Upon crossing the street I was asked by a gentleman by the name of Chas if I needed any assistance. I told him which truck I was interested in so he went inside to get the keys for the truck. We took it for a nice drive so I could get a feel for the truck. After getting back to the dealership we sat down with Chas and proceeded to go over the truck. Chas was very knowledgeable and helpful every step of the way from the day I put a deposit on this truck to the day I picked the truck up almost a week later. He has been very attentive to my needs from the day I met him no matter what the situation. Thank you Chas for everything!!!

Fantastic experience at Schaller. My wife and I were shopping around for an affordable small SUV and the 2016 CRV was on our list. I had test driven one at another Honda dealership and obtained what they said was their best lease deal. We drove the CRV at Schaller with our Sales Representative Mile Zablocki and sat down to discuss price. We told Mike where we wanted to be in monthly payments and what a competing Honda dealership was offering and he was able to beat their price by a large margin and get us into a CRV EX at price that was more than reasonable. I wasnt expecting that. Mike was not pushy in fact I had to call back a few days later to let him know we would be leasing the vehicle from Schaller. Delivery day was smooth and Mike took his time to explain all the features of the vehicle. I have been buying vehicles for many years and this was the smoothest, most relaxing car experience I ever had.

My husband and I were shopping for the best deal we could get on a 2016 CRV Touring. After visiting 5 other dealers in CT, and contacting two additional dealers via internet, we visited Schaller on the the last day of the month, not even realizing that the last day of the month is the busiest day for car dealers. The dealership was packed, and buzzing with activity. We asked for Rich or Mark; the names recommended by a prior customer of Schallers. Rich introduced us to one of the salesmen, Jed Laurent. From the moment we met Jed, we felt we were in really good hands. Jed doesnt have an iota of "car salesman" stereotype in him at all. Jed was low pressure, conversational, at ease, and professional. He took his time with us, and we never once felt like he needed to rush because of all the activity in the dealership. We knew exactly what we wanted; it was down to getting the best price we could for the options we wanted. Jed brought out the CRV Touring in the color I wanted, and even though we initially said we didnt need to test drive, I changed my mind once I saw the car in the color I had my heart set on. Jed took us out, and answered all our questions, and offered information in a conversational manner. Jed worked out the numbers for us and offered to have the car ready for delivery that day; something we didnt expect at all! We drove home to get the title on our trade, and since we lived over 45 minutes away from the dealership, we wouldnt be back until close to closing time. Jed assured us that he would stay as late as it took to get us into our new car that day. We returned to the dealership 1/2 hour before they closed, but we still were greeted with the same relaxed, easy going demeanor from Jed. If he had plans on that Saturday night, he never let on--we were made to feel that we were his priority. The finance department had our registration and financing ready for us, and it was a simple transaction to be made before we were ready to hit the road with our new, beautiful car. Because the service department had closed earlier in the day, there were a few options we purchased that the service department needed to complete for us. Later that following week, my husband was greeted by Jed, who directed him to the service department and was met with a loaner for the day. The bottom line is, we could not have had a better car buying experience--and we visited FIVE dealerships in CT. This CRV Touring is my sixth Honda, and I cannot remember having an easier, more relaxed sales experience. We are very happy with our new CRV Touring, and heartily recommend Schaller Honda.

In last Saturday, I found the Honda Accord LX 2016 at Schaller Honda from Cars.com, then I clicked the checking, sending an email to Schaller. Very quickly Mr. Tyon Robinson replied me in email, and called me. He gave me a very great deal, lower than the cars.com price. So immediately I went to Schaller shop. Mr. Daniel DeCarlo showed me the 2016 Honda Accord Lx, then I drove the new car on the local and free way, the new car ran great! So I made a very quick decision, buy this car. On Monday, the manager Mr. Phil Giuliani prepared all documents for me. On Tuesday, Mr. DeCarlo gave me a ride to the Schaller shop, and the new beautiful Honda was there, everything including the plate was done. Mr. DeCarlo set everything of the new car, then I drove the new car to home. A very nice and friendly dealer, a very great deal, a very nice car, and a very happy experience with Schaller Honda! "Looking For Convenience"
Not my first purchase at schaller but sales and service has really deteriorated. Picked out a 2016 new cr-v. Was pushed to close deal by end of month. Must take new car by April 30. Was pushed to buy insurance from unprofessional agents on prem. I have my own insurance. Went to pick up brand new car and it was damaged dent and chipped paint on drivers side door. Was told had to take car as is and return on Monday for repairs. Gave me a loaner from a rental agency not comparable to what I bought. No charge but was told by rental I had to pay for gas. Was told my car would be ready late afternoon, no call. When I contacted dealer was told would take 2-3 days. Still waiting. Not happy after spending a lot of money.

Our salesperson, Emerson was extremely nice and helpful when buying the Honda CR-V EX. He showed me a lot of the features in the car and also synched up my phone for me when came to pick up the vehicle. Got a quote by internet and have to say that is the best way to go, no haggling over the price. The only downside to the sale was that someone there did not contact my insurance company until late and did not have plates for the car and had to give me loaner plates and had to meet up with them to exchange plates another day. Also on way home from purchasing car, the tire pressure light went on and had to fill quite a bit of air in the tire - would have thought all of that would have been checked out before giving me the car. Otherwise, everything else went smoothly and picked up the car a day after signed the paperwork. Love the car.

Used the internet pricing process (first timer) for a 2016 Accord EX. The price was provided on line and was the same when we stopped in to test drive. Our exact car was not on the lot, but was obtained within 24 hrs. The buying process including a price for my 2005 Honda went smoothly. Our sales person, Jeffrey Richter, was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He spent a lot of time explaining how the special features of the car worked when we went to pick it up. The financial person, Lori Xeller, was great also. Friendly and professional, no pressure. All in all, although car buying is a lengthy process, ours went smoothly and everything agreed upon and promised was delivered. We would do business with Schaller again as well as recommend it.
