We brought our 2009 Hyundai in on a recall service. We bought our car new from your dealership In 2009 and love our Santa Fe. Have almost 90,000 miles and no major problems. Anyway your new dealership home is spot on beautiful and everyone we spoke to was very pleasant and helpful! The work on our car was done according to the recall notice and even comlimentary work. We plan to come over in the fall to trade in or lease so will see you then. Needless to say we were very impressed with our experience!

I was having my 2016 Sonata, that I leased from you, serviced . I had my free oil change , which is a great incentive, and also had an inspection that was due and lastly a recall done. I waited and was told it would be about 1 1/2 hours and it was right on that time frame . Lastly, I was called the next day because I was charged for the oil change by error ( which I never even looked at the receipt) and had it refunded immediately . This error was not a problem at all for me -- please note that I do not have any problem with that. The persons who waited on me both days were very friendly and easy to work with :) I also love the car wash, vacuuming and the water bottle left in my car !!!

The experience this time was better than last time..........waiting period was better than last time. But, next time they take it through the car wash, make sure the mirrors are back in place before they hand it back to you. I was on a very busy street before I noticed the left side mirror was not in place. I finally had to pull over and get out to snap it back. I just couldnt do it from inside the car by reaching outside........ Oh yeah, the stick that says "car wash" on it. I will bring that back when I bring the other car in sometime this month.... I must tell you that my last service at Gary Rome, which was last Friday, was exceptional. First of all, Patrick, in the registration Dept. was wonderful, helpful and very informative with what was happening to my car. I plan to always have him help me when I go back there. The shuttle driver was very nice and accommodating. I appreciate this service. Although I ususally wait in the waiting room. I dont mind doing this but it was going to take longer so I decided to take advantage of this service. Just for additinal interest of my car-during the last snow storm, not last week, the other storm we had-I was able to pass two 18 wheelers that were stuck trying to get up a hill in Spfld. I had no problem whatsoever.

My experience at the other dealer was horrible...loads of pressure, was insensitive to my concerns, etc. Gary Rome is what an automobile dealer should be. The sales person was knowledgeable, courteous, and seemed generally interested in ensuring I had a good buying experience. Other dealers should take a lesson from the folks at Gerry Rome.

Going to the dealer offers the customer access to any recalls that might not be known by the customer. The recall on my 2017 Santa Fe was known by Service and when the part arrives they will schedule an appointment for me. Hyundai appears to be to be up front with the customer and that is why I continue to purchase Hyundai products.
