"Tire Issue"
My new college grad stopped at this dealership about tire issues on a newly purchased car from another Toyota dealership ( because it was closer). The tech informed her that she had 2 punctures ( WHICH could have been plugged because it wasnt on the sidewall) and INSISTED and CONVINCED her to purchase a $220 tire !! As a concerned parent of a child on a VERY limited budget, I contacted the service mgr expressing my concern. He assured me that he would look into the matter and get back to me. That was about 5 weeks ago and I have NEVER BEEN CONTACTED. Sadly, we are entertaining the idea of getting a Toyota Truck.....this place will NOT be on the list.

Dealt with Conlin (new sales person) and Benjamin. Both very pleasant, knowledgeable and organized. First test drove the RAV4 then discussed features, likes/dislikes, price, etc. Both were very patient and the process went smoothly. Dealership impressive; employees seemed helpful to each other as well as customers. e.g. Conlin was new there and his co-workers were on top of assisting him when needed -- all signs of a great place to work!

Went there on Friday to get a quote on leasing a car and ended up walking out with an amazing deal on the exact car I wanted to lease. My dad is decently hard to work with at times, especially when trying to talk down deals, and the customer service rep who worked with us, Gustavo Goulart, was so extremely helpful and attentive to all of our needs and was really trying to help us and work with us. We also spoke to his manager, Charlie, and he was willing to try and work out a deal that worked for both our end and theirs and we ended up walking out of there extremely happy and getting the exact price we had in mind walking in there. There just brought in a bunch of new managers and are really trying to make the customers happy and I can attest to that. Although the other reviews may be for the service side of things, regarding the management and overall customer service side I have to say they were so helpful and nice and really tried everything in their power and give us everything we asked for. They were also extremely careful in explaining everything and made sure we understood exactly everything without pushing services and extra features onto us before we signed the deal. I would 110% recommend this Bernardis to anyone whos looking to get a new Toyota and will definitely be coming back. Also, we worked with the financial rep whos name is Ron and he was the sweetest, funniest, most helpful guy who tried everything in his power to help us and meet our needs. Loved this place and whatever they are doing for new managing is most definitely working!
"They Dont Wash Your New Car On Service Appt.!!"
I could not believe they did not wash or clean my new car on its first service appointment. Instead they gave me a coupon for a free cleaning at some car wash place. So now I have to find time go and wait in line somewhere else. Should have bought the Lexus instead of the Premium Avalon. Nearly same price.

Customer service was great. Ed Fucci was very engaging, as was GM Mike Knox. Brad is very helpful and so is Pedro, and Erica. It was much appreciated, I have been driving Toyotas for 25 years and I dont plan on ever going on anywhere else. Ive gotten my last 2 cars at Bernardi.

I bought car here in 2012, it was a year old It only had 12,000 miles on it. It was a corolla. Heated seats and threw in mats. Did a very good job. Corolla sport; got hit 3 times. Now, I just bought another Toyota Corolla and it was damaged but Brian is going to take care of it for me. Getting a rental free of charge. They are very good here, and they gave me mats. Im very very happy.

After my beloved 2010 Corolla S was totaled by a guy who claimed he had lost his brakes, I figured I would buy a new or preowned Corolla from the Dartmouth dealer from whom I leased, then purchased my 2010. My son Chris, who lives in Framingham and is a very happy customer of Bernardi, insisted I should check out Bernardi while I was in Framingham because they gave him a very sweet deal on leasing a 2015 Corolla. (I dont know why the ratings cover buying, not leasing, by the way.) From the first, I was very favorably impressed by Bernardis policies and people. Steve, the sales manager, either sensed I dont like high-pressure honey-dripping salesmen, or Bernardi simply doesnt have or need any. Steve did the smart thing and introduced me to Jennifer Montrond, and we hit it off right away. She is intelligent and knowledgeable in addition to being both friendly and professional, and I was very happy to find a woman of color on the sales floor. I met another female saleswoman briefly, and Sam, the financial officer who explained the terms of my lease and the service agreement to me is Korean. I noticed an African American male at the showroom desk, too, though I didnt meet him. I commend Bernardi for its apparent commitment to multicultural diversity in hiring and staffing its various departments. Five stars for Bernardi, an A for Steve, an A+ for Sam and an A++ for Jennifer.

Im very impressed with the number of people that talk to you when you come in. Leased my car and I had another RAV4 for 11 years. I just got another one this time. This is my first time at the dealership for service. I love the RAV4 its the best car Ive ever had. I came here because my son has 2 cars from Bernardi. This is a really big place and they have re done it and its very nice. Marco asked me what color Id like, I said and he had it for me. We got a good deal and people are very nice here. When you drive in somebody greets you, you dont ever have to just hang around. Its nice if you lease it, they do all the service for you. Really pleased with this dealership and all the upgrades and peoples personalities.

Last year, after my 1990 Mercury died, I bought a 2014 RAV4 from Bernardi. Its one of the best cars Ive ever owned. So far, its needed only the scheduled service (2 visits) ... tire rotation, fluids, etc. In both cases, the service was prompt (took me a bit earlier than my appointment), courteous, and quickly completed.

Make sure you go prepared with a True Car price, or from a similar outfit. They will try to sell you a car at MSRP, then will discount it poorly after you complain. Miserable experience, save your time and send emails to the Internet reps at Prime, they will hook you up...and give you a great price. Bad from top to bottom. Make sure you dont give them a deposit, you wont get it back for several weeks....
