I called Acura of Peabody service, and spoke with Service Advisor Cynthia Prescott. She advised me not to drive the car, and arranged to have it towed to Acura. I asked her if I could ride with the tow truck and she said it would be OK. While being checked in and filling out loaner car paperwork, the Service Dispatcher had my car brought inside and put it up on a lift. Cynthia brought me out to the service area to look under car. The Leak was coming from rusted brake lines. I took the loaner car and went home. Cynthia called me later that afternoon with a full report of recommendations. I agreed to do all the safety items and also several maintenance things. Parts were ordered over night, and working began the next day. Cynthia called me when work was completed & cleaned, and I picked up car. "This was a bad situation turned good." Now my wife (who drives this car), feels Safe & Sound!

I bought a car here last year. I have had most of my repairs and service done here. Even though I live so close to Acura of Boston, I drive the 45 minute to Acura of Peabody. Acura of Peabody has better facilities and exceptional customer service. Holly OConnor is my favorite person to deal with and she will have you in and out in a loaner quickly. Some Acura dealerships fall short in providing the level of service and amenities expected from a luxury car brand. This dealership meets those high standards. I always leave Acura Peabody happy and would definitely buy my next car from them as well.

I regularly have my Acura TSX serviced here, and now also my RDX. Ive never been dissatisfied or disappointed. After I had my TSX serviced I noticed the service technician bolted my washer fluid resivoir for me, it was loose since I purchased the vehicle and to me its the little things that matter most, and their attention to detail is top notch. I usually work with my service advisor Rick and he is always very courteous and friendly, my TSX had an issue with the A/C and Rick was able to keep me within my budget for the fix, I was also very pleased with the courtesy vehicle I was able to use while mine was in the shop. Ill definitely be coming back and hopefully to Ill be able to use a new 2018 TLX next time :-)

Very recent expiration of my leased 2014 Acura TSX took place whereupon I proceeded with purchase of the automobile. The price offered for my trade in was also in line with what others offered and KBB. Steve A. was the sales person who worked with me.
