Armand, the General Manager went above and beyond our expectations! He explained different scenarios and helped us decide on the best options for us. After we selected our Outlander GT Sport, it was detailed to perfection! We had a great experience in the Finance Office with Richard! Again no pressure and he made signing paperwork an easy task! First of all I would like to say how wonderful my sales-woman, Gina Plescia - Internet Manager, was!! I was looking for a 2007 Scion Tc. I found one online from their dealer; I called and spoke with Gina. She had such an upbeat tone in her voice on the phone; I was excited to meet her. When I got there she was exactly what I expected, upbeat with a great attitude and made me feel as if my buying process was a priority to her. After test driving the vehicle I decided that was the car I wanted. During the long finance process, she was with me the whole time, I felt like I really got to know her. I even sat down with the Finance Manager and even though he was doing his job to sell the car at a higher price, he did everything he could to make me happy. I left there at night after a long and tiring day feeling like I was at the top of the world. I truly and honestly felt like every one assisted me with my best interest at hand. I highly recommend this dealership and I am likely to purchase from there again in the future.

A few days later after trading in my old Outlander Sport 2011 for a new 2013 SE loaded with options, I started to have questions about my purchase (buyers remorse... not really, more like what did I buy and where was it...). The salesman I had dealt with was not on site, so I was attended by Michael Lee (the general sales manager). I was very impressed and delighted by the manner in which he patiently explained and answered all my questions. Its really hard to find such a service after you are out the door.

Sunday, April 7 2013, me and my mom went to the dealership and were in search for a car that fits my budget and preferences for my first car. We spoke with Jojo Diala and he quickly searched the inventory to match what i needed and alas, it didnt even take 10 min, he gave me three cars to choose from and from there my i picked my new/used mazda6 which fits perfectly with what I asked from him. Then comes the financing. Some people would get nervous during the approval state but Michael assured us his best and his best got my mom approved to purchase the new car. Some dealership only cares about the sale but these people are a living testament when it comes to satisfying the need of their customers. I must say, I came in nervous but came out confident that I got the best deal there is for my car. I would totally recommend Glendale Mitsubishi to my friends and family.

"Soothing People For Frazzled Nerves"
I had been told by various local mechanics that my 2010 Galant might have had a computer malfunction that needed a reflash..that PLUS the remote but still scary potential shut down of complete car function gave me good old anxiety...I had to drive from Reseda to Glendale Mitsubishi for service..I took non highway streets..after getting lost in Glendale and ALL the panel warnings going on and off plus AC working then not,by the time I did find this dealership,I was slightly unhinged.. MUCH thanks to Chris Woodson...he was affable,easy going and prompt with taking care of my dilemma..Also Much thanks to his mechanic tech named REAL who quickly found the problem was NOT MAJOR and after further tests,turned out to be a bad battery.. Quickly fixed...My overall impression of this business is one of PERSONAL care and putting the occasional nerves of customers such as myself at great concern... THANK YOU much Chris...You restore my faith in dealerships that are HUMAN!!

"Great Purchase Experience"
I recently purchased a very nice used Honda Element from Glendale Mitusbishi. I found two low mileage units on Auto Trader. One dealer wanted a bit much for theirs. It was not the color I wanted regardless. I then contacted internet sales at Glendale Mitsubishi and set up an appointment with Gina to see their vehicle. Im located about a hundred miles from Glendale so I didnt want to drive up there and find the car had been sold. I drove up day after Christmas to look over the car and take it for a test drive. Gina was off that day so I met with Jojo for the inspection and test drive. The Carfax report was right in the window and the service records were in the glove box. Car was well taken car of and was recently serviced at Glendale Mitsubishi with oil change, new air filter, and the cabin air filters had also been replaced. Car looked and drove like new. After a brief negotiation with Jojo and Armen the general manager, I wrote them a deposit check for the Element and left. I returned the next day with a cashiers check for the balance and within an hour or so I was on the 5 driving back home. I should mention that they even filled the gas tank which they didnt have to do. The most difficult part of the deal was the three and a half hour drive each way two days in a row. I am very happy with the purchase and purchase experience. I would highly recommend giving Glendale Mitsubishi a look for a new or used vehicle.
"Impressed With Non-pushy Service"
I must say I had the best customer service so far in my car shopping weeks here. We were greeted nicely by John Martin upon entering the lot. After a few hours of walking down Brand, I was getting frustrated at the lack of selection and of receving help from any sales guy. When we walked into Subaru, John was nice and showed us around. My car-knowing friend, Byron N. suggested I take a look at the Impreza. John walked us over to some of the sedan and hatch. I was quite impressed with the low price and nice interior. John was not pushy and he understood I was there to still decide on a car I wanted. He offered to let us test drive which is unlikely from many dealers if they think you wont make a purchase day of. He kindly unlocked the door so I could sit inside and check out the car. GREAT SERVICE! I cannot state it enough. At the end, I got his business card as I will be planning to refer him to anyone I know looking for a Subaru. Definitely one of the better half of the day.

To begin with, I hate dealerships almost as much as I hate hospitals. However, at Glendale Mitsubishi I received great service. Roobik bent over backwards to find financing for me. Shawn was courteous and patient. They helped to find an Outlander that fit my budget and had all of the extras that I wanted. I have recommend this dealership to my friends and family and will continue to do so.
"If You Want Your Car In Worse Shape Use These Guys"
Went in to have a check engine light fixed, I looked up the code before hand, it was one of the cats. I ask them to check and fix it under warranty, they come back with your battery is bad! What ? That doesnt even trip the CEL, well it is, and well replace it. Me:"No thanks I can do that, but if I have to come back for this cat, Ill be upset!" Sure enough 1 week later, its back same code, I take it in, and this time they cop to the cat, and replace it. Now Im 2 Years down the line and back to the same issue, same code, but this time Im picking a different dealer.

customer service is not important to them at all... worst attitude by employees with out giving a chance to the customer to explain things first. Ive dealt with smaller establishments that had the decency to treat the customer with respect.
