Mike is the best. I had a reminder again of how great he is compared to the other reps at Timmons VW. I just had my Jetta TDI in Monday for its 80k service. Was glad Mike was there to answer questions since the other rep, Dave, just told me "theyll help you at the desk" when I came to pick up my car. I have grown to expect the great service I get from Mike so this was a drastic difference. Mike always greets me by name not only on the same day when I drop off and pick up my car but even when its been months since my last service. He always has a smile and a pleasant attitude and he walks you to your car to see if you have any questions. I drive extra miles to go to Timmons because Mike is there. If he ever leaves, I wouldnt drive the extra distance. The other rep was civil but didnt even remember me when I came to pick up and he had checked my car in just that morning! I always prefer the helpful, friendly service I receive from Mike, a pleasant change from the usual bored service most places offer nowdays. For example, Mike recognized me and gave me a friendly and cheerful greeting that morning, even though I wasnt "his" client to check in. I believe Mike should train the service reps, none of the others seem to care about the customer and welcome you. As a customer we have choices where we take our cars for service, Mike always makes me feel appreciated and valued as a customer--not that Im an interruption. Timmons management should reward him for giving them repeat and loyal customers. .

Mike is the sevice specialist who has helped me out on two occasions. This last time was at the last minute at the end of the day. I brought my car in, because i had just had the oil changed elsewhere and i noticed it was severely leaking oil. Mike simply took the car back himself and had it taken care of in 20 minutes. He fixed and repaired the other guys mistake for next to nothing, $15. There is always peace of mind when you know something was done right. Thank you Mike at Timmons Volkswagen of Long Beach!!

I am forever grateful to Mike Bennett. I have always been wary of going to the dealership beacause 1) I dont know a thing about cars so I felt like I would get taken advantage of and 2) Im a broke college student. However, my experience at Timmons was by far the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. Even better than when I actually got my car! It was because Mike really helped me out. Ive had some problems with my ttransmission and manifold intake. Not sure what that all means, but it all sounds like a complicated mess. In the end things worked out. From the start they were very helpful in trying to pick out the exact car I wanted. They did not cut any corners and once it came down to the car I wanted, all they wanted to do is help me with the deal. The experience was excellent and this is the second time I have come here to buy a car from them and when I want to buy another car I will be sure to stop by here first. They are very helpful throughout the process!! Roze made sure that I picked out the exact car I wanted. She was the right person for the job. I test drove a passat and didnt like it but once I looked into a Jetta I knew I wanted it and she showed me all the models there were. "Could Not Possibly Be Happier!"
As a 25 year old working adult the thought of buying a new car honestly made me sick. I grew up around Subarus and I knew that was the car I wanted. Before we even arrived at the dealership I had already been working with Dave Martin, who sold cars to my father, sister and my roommate and has been working with my step mother to find a car for her as well. Going to dealerships you kind of assume they are going to just try and push you into whatever car they can to get a sale. Thats not how it works at Timmons, and thats not how it works with Dave. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, and how much I could afford. Being 25, I dont have very much established credit, so my original interest rate was high and I was about to walk away from the deal. But somehow Dave got it down far lower than I even expected it to. He was able to find the EXACT car that I wanted and get it over to Timmons. When we came back to sign all the paperwork it seemed like I was in and out within an hour. I drove there in an old Chrysler, and drove out smiling in a brand new Subaru XV Crosstrek. I could not be happier with my car, or with the deal. Dave Martin is the best kept secret of Timmons Subaru, if your considering buying a new car, Dave should be your first call. Hell make this the easiest car buying experience of your life.
"Mitch Atkins Was Patient And Knowledgeable"
Went there to see a used Mazda 6. The salesman Mitch Atkins made me feel comfortable without any pressure. During the test drive Mitch asked me what kind of car I was looking for. I told him wanted a car that was comfortable, handled well with decent pickup and was got good gas mileage. After we drove the Mazda Mitch asked if I had driven a new Passat. I stated I wasnt interested in a Volkswagen. During our conversation I mentioned I had already test drove a new Mazda 6 and a New Accord, but may have to purchase a used car since the price always seems to be just out of reach. Mitch stated are you sure you wont test drive the Passat. I said I wasnt interested. I told Mitch how much I would be putting down on my purchase. He printed out a sheet and handed it to me. The financing for the new Passat was $27/month less expensive and my down payment was $2,000 less than I was originally putting down on the new Accord or Mazda 6. I said well while Im here I might as well test drive the Passat. The Passat 1.8 turbo handled well with decent pickup and had a lot of room inside with really good gas mileage. Mitch was able to determine what I needed in a car and saved me $3,600 over what I was going to pay for the Accord or Mazda 6 from another dealer. And the first 2 years of maintenance are also included. For its probable saving me over $4,000 in the long run. I would recommend Mitch Atkins. Thank you Mitch!

Louie made my car buying experience amazing and smooth. Great guy with a lot of knowledge about the cars. Helps you select the perfect car but without all the pressure. For me I wanted a Jetta initially but he convinced me and showed me that with what I need, space wise cause I carry a lot of equipment, plus Im tall that the Passat Wolfsburg edition was the best choice. I got a great deal and am extremely happy with him my experience at Timmons and with Louie. If youre going to buy a VW go see Louie at Timmons!!
