"4 Hours For Oil Service Change"
I waited 4 hours for my oil change and when they finally returned my car they didnt even wash it like they originally mentioned. I spoke to the employee helping me and asked why my car hadnt been washed he said its another 45 minute wait. Go to Elmore Toyota instead its worth the drive!!! && NOT TO MENTION I HAD AN APPOINTMENT !!!

Scheduled appointment online and it was super easy. I was a bit skeptical since this would be my first time bringing in my Camry to this dealer. However, I was treated with courtesy by Richie Misa. He was customer friendly and provided me with the information I needed for the care of my car. He also made sure I got a shuttle to take me to my office, which took less than 5 minutes. My car was ready to go in less than 2 hours. I will definitely use this dealer moving forward.

Being new to the states I had yet to go to a Toyota dealership here in California. They were friendly and made the process of getting service done really easy. They offered a ride or shuttle service which I did not need because I had a ride already planned. The waiting area where the cashier is when you pick up your car is impressive. They even washed my car which it desperately needed! Everyone made sure that I was all set and taken care of which made it a really good and easy experience.

He was never too friendly, but polite and kind. He used to own a Highlander and thus was highly knowledgeable. He knew this was the car for me and made the buying process as easy as possible. I never once felt he was hard-selling us. The finance man, Lawrence, was also smart, friendly, efficient and very informative. Overall, I felt very comfortable with the entire car buying process. We paid very little down, got a great number on our trade-in (including being upside down on our loan still) and a beautiful new car with all the bells and whistles.

Gary had listened to us when we were discussing colors and features and used that to show us a fully loaded Corolla in my boyfriends favorite color.

I went to the dealership to look at a Scion FRS, because my boyfriend and I saw one on Top Gear and then driving around and wanted to see how it drove. We parked and Gary immediately chatted us up. He showed us the FRS, but it was too small for us (Im 6 and my bf is 62"). Gary listened to us and showed us a Scion iQ as well.
